IC Joining Information
While any Pridelander may extend the offer of friendship to a passing rogue, it is typically a scout that spots them first. All prospective members are brought to the Pridelands' monarch for a formal blessing to join the pride, helping them find their place (rank) in the pride. In nearly every case, the rogue is allowed to join the Pridelands. Afterward, they are taken to a historian who specializes in their knowledge of rogues. Long story short, these historians are the Prideland's IC member list. You may assume this interaction happened and they were given the king or queen's blessing and that the pride knows of them. It is also completely reasonable to assume that they were also introduced to others of their rank, especially a head.

The Pridelands does not require a JRP for certing.

Why do they want to join?: Due to the loss of the Swampie pride Maisha and her boytoy boyfriend have spent a while wandering about in the roguelands, but with thoughts of a new famly on her mind, she wants a safe and settled home. The Pridelands is the ideal place for youngsters and its so old Maisha hopes that what happened to her previous pride won't happen here. Jamal is currently living with her, but still retains his rank as a travailing Merchant for the Kizi for the time being.

Why do they want to join?: Kicked out from the Ithambo as pride tradition dictated, Musa is looking for a new home that closely resembles his birthplace. While the Pridelands' lack of Umholi confuse him, it seems the best prospect of being a home he has come across in his travails. Also he has heard that another ex-Bonelands male has turned up there previously and he hopes to seek out the older lion for advice.

Why do they want to join?: Once a lady of the Tete'boma, after it fell Jani was forced to live by her own out in the rogue lands. She trusted no one, and thus lived a fearful, lonesome life. She recently met a young lioness of the Pridelands, Mnong'ono, who showed her kindness and told her of a pride that was accepting of all. Longing to live a safe life, she decided to follow the lioness back to her home to live in the Pridelands.

Why do they want to join?: Tisiphone is hunting for a lioness (Mittere) on behalf of her father, Facio. She has no genuine interest in joining the Pridelands but she believes a good place to start her hunt is somewhere with a lot of lions.
ICly, she'll simply be a young lioness who says she is seeking a safe place to live, a home. And if she can ever wade through the hundreds of lions here and convince herself she hasn't found who she's looking for, she'll leave without causing any trouble (which is what will happen eventually xD)

Why do they want to join?: Abe (his nickname) recently disbanded from his original home (an OOC familial pride) due to disagreements on work ethic. Not to say this lion is lazy, per se, but he is uninterested in getting his fur ruffled if you will. He will hunt, though he isn't very good at it, and would prefer to spend his time sun bathing and sleeping. He is also as vein as can be and thinks a new home might allow his "beauty" (*snerk*) to be appreciated more.
