Even though this is not the actual TDM thread, the same rules apply here. So be sure to follow them please. And as a reminder they are listed below:

In addition to those rules, here are a few more that apply directly to our team thread:
~Please attempt to type normally. (aka no txt talk please! Spelling errors are understandable. I make them myself all the time and I'm a college graduate. ^^;; )
~Please don't spam or advertise in the thread (unless it is part of your post code). If you'd like your art shop, charity, etc. to become an affiliate of the team, simply pm me and I will be happy to add an affiliate section to our team thread.
~Keep bumping to a minimum. If you're the only one around and our team thread is at the bottom, feel free to bump it up but don't obsessively do it. It will not be rewarded.
~Please don't beg for gold. Instead enter one or several of the team or event contests. ^^ They all ask reasonably simple things of you, and you have a chance to win gold or an awesome prize plus, you won't annoy anyone.

About Your Captain For those of you who are unfamiliar with me, my name is Mrs_S_Snape (Mrs. S, Snape or Snapey for short). I have been actively involved with The Daffodil Movement for a number of years now. I first got involved because of my aunt developed and lost the battle to colon cancer. I chose to lead Team Breast this year because my Nana was diagnosed with breast cancer at the end of last year is fighting against it.
Team Updates I will try to keep updates posts as soon as possible posted up at the top of this thread in the welcome post. I just started a new full time job! Which is super exciting but my computer time will be limited to mostly evenings because of it. ^^;; But fear not! I will be around as much as possible.
Team Spirit Normally, I like to post a variety of items as examples of items that could be wore for team spirit. However, the best way to show support and spirit is by wearing a daffodil bouquet. There are many ways to obtain one. You can make them in the exchange via Buttercup Cafe, or buy one off the marketplace or to save on gold you can request one for FREE from either myself or The Daffodil Movement mule. More info on that can be found in the main thread's FAQs post which can found here.
We also got support ribbons! I will be happy to buy a pink support ribbon, like the one I have equip for each member of Team Breast!

Really sorry for not having the thread up and ready. sweatdrop Time just kind of slipped away from me with year.
As the Daffodil is my Birth flower, I carry it in remembrance of my Great-Aunt Sadie, and a wonderful woman named Lillie. There are many more in my friends and family that have fought, died, and still fight today!!!

My paternal grandmother had breast cancer, and had to have a mastectomy, but she recovered and lived for a few more years. Good luck everyone, I'm not sure which team I should join, but good luck to all of them.
