In laying down the foundation for the mission that he was about to embark, Captain Richterite had paused to think of the other members of the Negaverse that he might draw inspiration and guidance from. Hell, he would even settle for solid, honest answers even if he couldn't get inspiration or guidance. During one particularly frustrating evening he had left a message for General Benitoite via communication crystal requesting a meeting. " On or off the clock. Your choice. Name the place and the time and I'll be there. Would like to talk."

He'd been surprised with the communication, especially as he'd only encountered the other once in the past. But he had been more than willing to lend and assist and meet with the other. The place had been a roof top, as most meetings likely were focused around roof tops or the various local parks which dotted the city with trees and other greenery.
He'd decided to bring drinks, an espresso with pomegranate syrup for himself, and something rather basic for the other as he didn't know of any preference the other might hold. Sipping his drink, waiting on top of the roof of movie theater, he was using the large sing board to cover up his person so he wouldn't be spotted from the street. Closing his eyes he let the auras around wash over him as he tried to pick out the signature of a Captain.
The coffee he'd purchased for the other, which he was willing to replace with another drink if preferred, sat in the cup holder at his feet. The other should be here soon and then they could talk, about what though he didn't know. He supposed he'd find out and then offer whatever he could to the other.

He had found the aura of the General easily enough once he neared the meeting place that the other had suggested. The area was one that he was familiar enough with and he had spent enough time on that very roof that it was easy for him to teleport to the other young man's location. "General Benitoite," he stated the other's name respectfully to announce his presence even though the other man had certainly felt him arrive within the same space as him. He straightened out his coat as he approached the superior officer. "Thank you for agreeing to meet me tonight. It's -- Been a while, to say the least."

Shifting as he felt the presence manifest he nodded his head to the words which reached his ears. "Benitoite is fine, this isn't a formal meeting." He answered quickly, though easily, he might hold a high title but did he want it used all the time? No, Benitoite was far easier and less to say plus it was just less...formal feeling. Turning he focused his gaze on the taller officer and nodded his head, a smile tugging at his lips.
"Indeed, it had been. I hope you've been doing well since then." Came the ashen blonds words, sincere and honestly questioning. He did like to know his fellow officers were doing well, didn't have problems, concerns, questions, didn't have needs which weren't being met.
"Please, tell me what I can help you wish."Skye Starrfyre Sorry for slowness, busy with meta.

"Well enough." He nodded, running his fingers back through silver strands of hair. "Better than some of our fellow officers." Held captive. Tortured. Things had happened that he'd had no control over. He'd made a new friend and they'd been hurt and he hadn't even known to go looking until it was too late to take action. "I was hoping for some advice. I'm looking to assemble a strike team for a small operation. I assume, being a General, you've directed a group of your own before. What do you look for when it comes to assembling a team? What are traits that you keep in mind?"

"That's good." Bending he picked up the second drink, the one meant for the Captain, and held it out. "Coffee, I don't know what you drink. It's still cool out." Plus he had a drink himself and to not provide for the other, when he knew they were to meet, would be rude.
"Yes, some aren't fairing so well it would seem. The senshi seem to like the idea of kidnap and torture. not that we've not done the same. But they tote about their title of order and goodness." And yet did such deplorable things. Rather than torture why not just kill the person? Though every so often he did want to kill someone slowly, he still did intent to kill them. "I do wonder which one of them planned such a thing, or perhaps several actually learned to work together." That side couldn't seem to work together even if it would help them in a fight. They just seemed disorganized and rather unable to get along with each other - how pathetic.
"Truth be told I've only operated one thing and it was undercover. I have however been involved in my fair share of operations." Sipping his drink slowly he tilted his head a bit.
"You want people who can take orders and also think on their feet, in case things go bad. You don't want people running around like a pack of idiots. You'd best get some who can fight as well, and aren't afraid to kill, again in case anything happens and the operation is blown." Hmmm...what else? Those were the basic, and most essential, needs for an operation in his opinion.
"Aside from a few who can kill your want fighters...since you're looking for a strike team I assume you are looking to attack a place and not place some subtle energy gathering game - correct?"

"I've got a lead on a place that supposedly draws the attention of off the clock Senshi. I thought it might be a worthwhile venture to investigate and, while I was at it, give a few Lieutenants and maybe a fresh Captain or two a chance to shine." He didn't particularly like the notion that they might have to kill. He knew it was a possibility. He knew it was expected of him, especially at this point when it came to how he conducted himself around those aligned with Order. He would do it because he had to, not because he wanted to. "Definitely not subtle. If there are Senshi there I want them to feel like they need to power up so they out themselves and we get our targets. If they're not going to out themselves we'll just drain energy and snag a few starseeds." He finally took the coffee with a thanks, bringing it up to his lips so that he could take a slow sip. "Did you know anyone among those kidnapped?"

"I see, a place like that would be a good target to hit. I'd be ready to call for back up if you need it. You don't know what levels the senshi who are rumored to frequent the place are." or how many. The idea was both thrilling to him and frightening and for the same reasons. It would be a hell of a fight, something which thrilled him truly. But on the flip side having mostly Lieutenants and a Captain or two, not counting Richterite himself. If there were a lot of senshi or a few eternals or even several supers the group he had could wind up injured and defeated. The idea of defeat simultaneously left a sour taste in his mouth and angered him some. "What night are you planning for this?" He'd be sure to be in the area, in case things went bad.
"No, none on personal terms. But I've seen the files of nearly all our members, so from that I do know them, but in a purely business manner." Something he did wish to correct but when to find the time? Not only when to find the time but how to approach them? Some were much younger and it felt a bit...odd.
"I see, so you are looking to find out civilian identities then?" He asked smiling at the other. "That might gain you that information. They do tend to jump to play the martyr and in doing so might blow their cover." It wasn't a bad idea for how to gain information, attack a place you thought they might be as civilians and see who vanished and who appeared suddenly. You could make guesses than, educated guesses, and start hunting down the civilians.
Sipping his drink, watching the other do the same, the petite general flashed the other a smile. "Do you want me in the area or perhaps undercover as a civilian, just in case things get to be too much?" He would be helping, somehow, no matter what. Whether it was as support patrolling the nearby area in case he was needed or if he simply sat in the place all night and was never needed. he would be around the scene that night.

"A couple of weeks from today. I want enough time to get the right team together and make sure we're all on the same page when it comes to what I am going to require from each of them." He was aiming for the anniversary of his corruption, or as close to as he could get, honestly. The date wouldn't likely mean anything to anyone but himself and one General that he hadn't seen in a very long time. "I am looking to catch them off guard so they're easier targets. If we find civilian identities then I suppose that's just a bonus and maybe one will lead us to more." There was a part of him that felt sick saying that; a rolling feeling in the pit of his stomach. It was the sort of thing that he was supposed to say, wasn't it? No matter what kind of bitter taste it left in his mouth? He took a small sip from the cup he held to wash it away, eyes closing for a moment as he seemed to ponder things. "If you happen to be in the area and able to respond for backup I would be much obliged. I don't forsee anything going wrong," Did anyone ever? "But if something does I'd like to get the people who put their trust in me out of there safely no matter what happens."

"Yes, this is not something you can just call together random people for. Some time and care is needed." Less than what he'd done, without a doubt, but care was still needed. Care was needed in any operation especially if you wanted it to go right. Unaware of when the other wanted this to happen, precisely, and the why he was willing to lend his advice and help to the other. For him this was a Captain looking for advice and pointers and he was willing to provide.
"One will almost always lead to another. Like us they are likely friends in their civilian lives to fellow senshi and knights. If you find out an identity you can follow them and note who they make contact with and go through those people - some will likely be senshi or knights." He knew he'd gone out with several members of the Negaverse when a civilian. He liked to try and know their officers in both walks of life and be friends with them, or as close to friends as he could be with some of them. It made for tighter bonds and a higher chance of them wanting to help him or rescue him if he needed it. It helped the team as a whole. "Catching them off guard is a good idea, especially if you'll have lower ranked members. That will give an advantage, short as it may be, and allow for the lower ranks to gain some experience and perhaps get the upper hand on someone they otherwise would stand no chance against." He said taking a sip from his drink as he shrugged his shoulders. It wasn't a bad idea what the other wanted to do. He'd be in the area for sure, in case he was needed. Once the senshi and knights, if any where there that night, powered up he very well might be needed to help.
"Of course. I'll make sure to be in the area. Just give me a heads up on the night and what time and I'll make sure I'm in the area. I understand wanting to get others out safely. I'll provide that if it's needed...or whatever else is needed." Meaning he was willing to paint the walls and floor in blood and bodies if he had to as well. He wasn't opposed to either thing - he was a killer. For the smiles he smiled and the light way in which he spoke the words, the look in his eyes, and what he didn't say it was obvious. He had killed, would kill...and enjoyed it. He was also caring though and easy to work with and willing to help others.

He nodded in return, taking another sip of his coffee as he listened to the General's reassurance as well as his advice, making small mental notes while trying his very best not to think. If he thought too much about anything he would catch himself in even more trouble and after everything... It was the last thing that he needed, especially when he was so close to a promotion should everything go as planned. "I appreciate it. I-- When I was introduced to General King Marthozite I was brought into a family. A lot has changed over the years," that was an understatement, "but it is good to know that some things, like being able to depend on our superior officers, are a constant. Thank you, Benitoite."
