 Cody Rivera, a 24 year old engineering graduate, lives alone due to his family being gone. His father wasn't around and his mother passed away from an illness. Cody's had made him work towards getting a good career but ended up working as an intern for a special project. He was only aiding the actual engineers of it but when it was time for his internship to be complete, they couldn't hire him on but needing to work on the next project, they began to question him. Asking about what he wanted in life, which he wanted to have a nice family, a steady job and a happy life. They had him tested and he gave them a few samples but it wasn't that long, he was contacted that they needed him to keep an eye on a 'developing project'. When the time came for the project to arrive, he was surprised that when the project arrived, that it was an android that had artificial organs that was growing his child. The android could learn and gauge the progress as well as the condition of the child's growth. Cody was sitting in the living room, working on getting some reading done as he wondered about what project would be arriving, not realizing that it was going to be a big part of his life and would be rather strange. They didn't say what it was, but he knew that it must have been something interesting. It wasnt long till he heard someone knocking at the door, he got up and walked to the door, opening as he noticed one of the engineers but their was a strange woman behind him as well, not sure what to think, "Um... hello?" he asked curiously to them.

( I am not got at starters myself) The engineer, looks up and turns his head toward Cody and with a big smile and proceeds raise his hand palm facing upwards pointing towards at a blonde female android, wearing some wierd looking fantasy sapphire colored battle maiden outfit with what looks like some sort of horns, and then he proceeds to say " Hello Cody Rivera, I would like you meet the fantasy android series model R-408 MK.II. I like to call her Veronica," then then pulls his hand in front of Cody ready to shake and continues. "and I would like to thank you for participating in our project, do you have any questions? or anything you would like to say? are you excited as I am?" (minus the red katana)

Cody looked at her when the engineer introduced her to him, he thought it over, "Um, I see, when you told me about the project, you didn't say much but um..." He shook the mans hand, looking him over, curious to why they made her a fantasy android but she seemed human enough. He looked at him, "Um, I guess so, what am I suppose to do to keep her running? You said she is an android, so what am I to expect?" He asked curiously to him, wanting to know a bit more about her.

As the engineer gasps he pulls his hand over his mouth, but then relaxes and begins to explain. " I have not told you about our project, well then I will give you a nice explanation right now" he walks up toward cody, and places his left arm over his shoulders and proceeds to point to the android "remember all of those samples we asked you to give us, well we used those samples to do some successful experiments, and now we are ready for the next phase so as of now this beautiful young android, is currently the surrogate mother of your child, so congratulations, you are going to be a father."

Cody looked at the man as he relaxed and explained, he looked at her again but hearing what was said, he soon was just shocked, hearing the bits of what was stated, "You... you're saying that this android is pregnant with my child!? How is that even possible!?" He asked confused as he thought over how this robot could even have a child but he listened to the man's explaination of how she had to eat only to make things for the baby to grow and survive. He looked at the android surprised still but he had agreed to the situation so he had to accept it, "Um, so welcome to your new home... um, what do I call you?" He asked the android curiously.

While giving off a blank stare and an emotionless response, she turns to Cody with a monotone like response " I am the the procreation android model R-408 MK II" She then continues to star at Cody with a blank expression.

Cody saw that she seemed very robotic in personality but she just stared with a blank expression. He thought it over, but nodded, "Um, nice to meet you..." He said as he began to let her in, "Do you happen to have a name that I can call you that isn't a serial number?" he asked curiously to her, wondering what he could call her by then that.

For a brief moment there was a pause, then she responds with an monotone like reponse with a name given to her by the engineer. "My given name is Veronica, if you would like to you can call me what ever you wish." After that response she continues to look at Cody and tilts her head and continues to speak " is there something troubling you?"

Cody looked at Veronica as she instructed that he could call her what he wanted but he shook his head, "I think that Veronica is just fine... and nothings troubling me, its just surprising to have gotten use to the idea that I would watch after their experiment, but I didn't expect the experiment to be anything like you or that you were carrying my child." He said as he looked her over, looking at her stomach, the thought of his child growing in her was still trying to set that in.

"This will not do" After one look at him and his house she begins to walk around the house scanning the house from top to bottom then proceeds to say with a little more of a disappointing expression " This house is currently not suited to raise a child. You and I must begin to clean and organize everything in this house until Ideal conditions for infants and children have been met"

Cody looked at her seeing how she spoke about the house not being ready for children, "Um... well of course it hasn't been organized... I have been living alone and hadn't planned to have children. When they told me about you, they hadn't informed me that you were to be growing said child in you..." He stated softly.

"I understand." after saying that she turns around to face Cody "Now, you and I must spend some time to get this place together, before our child be born. I would prefer that you would help me because this is your house, but if you do not want me to get involved I will stand aside for you."

Cody looked to her when she faced him but he thought it over, "Right um... of course, but I mean we have nine months till the baby is even ready to be born correct?" He said wondering why she seemed to rush getting everything ready but then remembered that she wasn't human and didn't need rest so she probably was just getting through her instructions.

"That is true, it will take an estimate of 8 months 24 days for this child to be ready to come into this world." After saying that she looks around at the walls, the floors, and various other spots of the house and continues to say " estimate time it will take to clean up and renovate will be an estimate of 3 months and 12 days, by then I will not be able to operate fully, i will be monitoring the child," she says as she takes her hand and rubs her belly in circular motions "If you have any question at all feel free to ask. Is there anything to eat?"

He was surprised with how she seemed, he hadn't thought about how being a machine that she would be monitoring the child. When she rubbed her belly, he nodded, "Right, we can get that done in that time... and um, what is it that you want to eat?" he asked curiously to her, wondering if she was eating it or if she was just having the food for the child.
