Captain Richterite had spent three years flying just under the radar. He had collected his energy, filed his reports and kept his nose clean. He had done everything within his ability to mind his own and stay out of fights if at all possible, putting the majority of his focus on gathering information. He had not been the best that he could be. He had not lived up to the full potential that General King Zinkenite had awoken in him when he'd brought him up to the next level. He hadn't done anything. Richterite was going to change that tonight. He was still seething from the state he had found Lieutenant Prehnite in. How had that place gone overlooked? For a whole week? Would anyone have come looking for him had he gone missing? Zinkenite, Scheelite, Fayalite, Painite... Livid, Richterite had gone out that night in search of a fight and what better way to draw one to him than to settle down in a place and do what he did best, drain energy. He avoided the theater district this time, not wanting to draw anyone who might know to seek him out there, instead heading for a seedier part of town where he could just let the bodies pile up as they came to him. Muggers, drunks, vagrants. Senshi. Knights. Let them come. He would take them all.

Yi was totally unaware that a mass abduction had just taken place; after all she was new, inexperienced and still not fully clued in when it came to her powered self. If she had known; well, she would want to part of it. She saw herself and the other Senshi as heroes; and heroes did not act like villains. It was an idealistic thought, but one she hole heartedly believed in.
Her numerous tails and long sleeves swayed and danced behind her as she moved, cyan eyes on the look out for anything that was not quiet right, unaware of the fact that everything had just gone so so wrong.
She had sensed that tainted aura and admittedly it was stronger than the ones she was used to, but she headed towards it all the same. That is what she did; that was what she was meant to do. It was her role as a Senshi.
The kistune-esque woman soon found its source, but it was clear that it was not just evil that the man was radiating - it was anger, an anger that made her pause for thought. Deciding to be tactful, for once, she kept in the shadows and spied on his activity. She could not him harm anyone, but at the same time she had a bad feeling about this.
Though she knew, knew that if she could feel his aura, he would be able to feel hers too. It was too late to turn away; and even if she could, that was not the way she did things.

He picked up the trace of the order-aligned aura, pausing only briefly to see if he could pick out what direction it was coming from before moving on. His focus was too scattered to pick a direction and the aura wasn't closing in on him. Watching, then? Maybe. He would have to give whoever it was a good show. Richterite rounded a corner, running into a man who had just come stumbling out of a nearby bar. It was a seedy establishment; a place where fights broke out often and it wasn't uncommon to find someone lying in the alley out back to 'sober up'. The man was a bit taller than him, but lean and clumsy from the alcohol that he reeked of. He was an easy target and the captain took advantage of that. "Too bad I bet your starseed isn't worth anything," he murmured, voice low as he pressed an energy orb to the man's chest, putting focus into draining him quickly, not giving him a chance to fight back. His starseed might be worthless, but energy counted just the same and what better way to draw out whoever was watching than by attacking the 'helpless'.

Skye Starrfyre Feel free to have him jump back; her aim is not 100% ~
Sailor Scout Attack: Enerugī Nusumu Ishi | エネルギー盗む石 | Energy Stealing Stone Sailor Zhou calls out her attack name and closes her hand into a fist. When she opens her palm it is revealed that small, glowing, marble sized stones have materialised (*Note these stones are magic and disintegrate after the attack ends). She throws these stones at his opponent and the stones manoeuvre to form a circle around them - a magical rope chain connects them to complete the circle.
The stones glow brighter as they drain the energy from their captor. This attack lasts for only a few seconds before the stones have taken their fill and fall lifelessly to the ground before dematerializing. This attack will leave the victim feeling like they have just ran vigorously for a few minutes ie, they will be out of breath and fatigued - They will need a moment to catch their breathe before they can continue the battle. Zhou can use this attack twice per battle.
She did not mean for that to happen, but it did.
The scene played out infront of her like she was watching a horror movie - adrenaline suddenly hit her as she ran from her hiding place and towards the officer. She had ******** up. What she she thinking? Hiding like a child!
"N-no. Stop it!" She cried out; she needed to do something, she needed to do something right away! Her metaphorical s**t button had been pressed; so she did the only thing she knew how to do. Summoning the magic she had been gifted with.
She clenched her first and light started to seep between her fingers; it was like she was holding a lightbulb in her palm. "Leave him alone!" She reinforced the statement and threw the small stones which had formed in her hand, lighting the street as they flew towards the man who was carrying out the draining.
She prayed; hoped to high ever than her aim had improved since last time!

"N-no. Stop it." He mocked the senshi's protest, adding in an extra whiny note at the end for good measure as he banished the orb to Negaspace, letting the civilian crumple to the ground at his feet. Still alive, still breathing. He hadn't killed him, but that didn't mean that someone else might not come by and finish the job. He remained still, eyes fixed on the nameless senshi as he waited for the attack to come, glaring at her as the stones formed their circle. He was familiar with the way the stones were working, his own energy collecting orb similar in its nature. The difference seemed to be that her stones disappeared whereas the energy he claimed stuck around to be tapped into and used. Captain Richterite swayed on his feet slightly, puffing out a breath as he glanced down before grinning as his eyes lifted to her once more. "Is that all you've got?" Buying time as he took another breath, Richterite called the orb that he had banished back, drawing on some of the energy from it to replenish his own. "Want to give it another go? What's your name? I like knowing the names of senshi before I take them out."

Yi pouted as he mocked her, raising her hand once more and clenching her fist tightly by her head. "Don't tempt me, a*****e." Her voice was thick with aggression as she threatened him, light once again seeping between her fingers and illuminating one side of her face. She did not like this guy; knowing what they did to people and seeing it were two different things.
She would not stand for him hurting someone, not whilst she was around to witness it. She felt anger, an anger that was new to her usually laid back soul. It suddenly hit her all at once, the reason why she was out here freezing her butt off every night. It was to put an end to this.
Yi was under the impression that her magic had no limits and unaware that she only had one shot left. Nobody had provoked her enough to use her attack more than once in a battle.
Cyan eyes burned cold; "My name is Zhou Yi - In the name of the Sesshoseki, get the ******** off of my turf."

"Captain Richterite, and unless I'm mistaken, your name isn't anywhere on these streets, Scout. If you want me off of your turf you're going to have to do your best to make me leave." Childish as his words might have been, they were delivered with a dark grin as he drew his weapon, a set of four metal throwing cards that caught a gleam in the street light. "Want to try that attack again, kitten? Or is it my turn?" Not waiting for a response he shifted one of the cards to his throwing hand, launching it in her direction.

"You clowns always have stupid names."
Looser-lite. Lame-atite. Fail-tron. Though as an added bonus this one came with an annoying smirk to match. He was acting like a brat and Yi could not help but think about her little brothers; just like them this guy seemed to know how to press her buttons. Her bright, cyan eyes narrowed and she pouted in his direction, his words making her eyebrow raise.
She was trying her best not to fall down to his petty level and respond. She wanted to though, she really wanted to.
The light in her hand dimmed and disbursed as she jumped to the side in time to see a card fly passed her. Though it did not hit her, there was a notable rip in her sleeve where it has been sliced. She blinked in surprise, wondering what had just happened. Though as she looked at the hole her face soured.
She ran towards the agent, in one swift movement flicking the stones from her hand in his direction.
"Enerugī Nusumu Ishi!"

"Like your name's any better." Not in the mood to waste time with drawing more energy from his storage orb, Richterite hopped out of the range of her attack this time. The stones just missed him, clattering to the ground as he fired another card off in her direction. Neither of the first two throws were intended to be lethal; the first card aimed high, the second now low. If anyone were to make a guess they might think that he was toying with her, as he often did when it came to 'battles' that he often tried to skip out on. Not this time, though. This time he was just warming up, attempting to gauge her skill level while waiting to see if she would make a mistake out of anger.

Skye Starrfyre Feel free to grab her! : D The stones hit the ground and shattered like glass, sending sparkles flying all over the place as the energy dispersed and faded to nothing. Well fu-.
The kistune looking senshi stopped in her tracks, leaning out of the way of one card that just narrowly missed her face; only to have another run across her thigh. It felt like a razor blade and she whimpered as her hands fell to her leg. Pain ran up her body as a warmth spread across her palms, she was bleeding.
Red soaked her tights, staining what was once white. She glared at him and carried on her offensive. She clenched her first once more; but to her shock no energy pooled in it. She hid the surprise from her face, adrenaline pushing her forward.
With no time to second guess herself, she took that clenched fist and aimed it right for his pretty boy face.

"Uh-oh. Are we all out of magic?" He deflected her fist, letting it hit his hand only enough to grab her by the wrist and twist her arm behind her back. He yanked her back, stepping up behind her while firming his grip to keep her still. "Bet you weren't expecting that. Bet you weren't expecting this either," he murmured, voice low and dark as he stepped back so that he had enough room to press his other hand onto her back and then through her back. His fingers had slid into the subspace pocket that housed her starseed, wrapping around it and drawing it against his palm until he could feel the edges biting into skin. "One move and it's mine. One move and you won't be the senshi of anything anymore. You won't even exist."

Yi was not a fighter, at least not the same breed of fighters that agents were - her kendo training did her no favours in these situations. Still, she was not what she would call defenceless, up until now she had done rather well on her own. I guess that was always the case, until you found yourself helpless and at the mercy of an enemy.
He moved her around like she was a doll, closing her eyes tightly as she felt his breath on her neck, all those little hairs suddenly standing on edge. A very obvious shiver ran down her spine at the sudden closeness, her body twitching as she tried to pull away, create some distance. "F**k you." She spat out, eyes wandering to the side to avoid his gaze, she did not like him being this close, not at all.
What she did not know is that he was about to get a whole lot closer.
Something was very wrong.
Her blue eyes opened wide; suddenly filled with large tears that turned into streams down her cheeks before finally dropping to land by her feet. She could not speak; she could not even scream, all she could do was stay paralysed as her very cells began to burn. What was happening?
What was happening?
A whimper left her lips as her body slumped, all fight leaving her muscles, leaving her as nothing more than a dead weight on the end of his arm.

When she slumped he shifted to catch her, releasing his hold on her wrist so that he could hold her up when he could have just let her fall. If she dropped to the ground than his other hand would slide free from within the dimensional space, drawing her starseed out with it. It would be so easy. It -- His fingers flexed around the starseed, cradling it far more gently than his own had been handled by either of the General Kings; the first at his induction, the second at his promotion. He pondered briefly what would happen if he tried to push some of his energy into it. Would the senshi corrupt? Or would she just shatter? Chaos is a parasite... The voice that he heard in his head was not his own. There had been another senshi recently; another red-head, far more confident than the young woman whose life he now balanced between his fingers. She had said something that had stuck with him that night. When he had found Prehnite in the cell, bound in chains, he had pushed it away, forgetting any doubts he might have had. Why was he hearing it again now? Why -- Chaos is a parasite..."Shut up!" he growled, closing his eyes tightly, seconds away from yanking the starseed out and being done with it. Chaos is a parasite and the time will come where you lose sense of yourself and I pray to Cosmos that when you see it, it won't be too late. He released Zhou Yi's starseed, giving the Senshi of Sesshoseki a rough shove away from him as he drew his hand back. "Go. Leave. I don't ever want to see you on my turf again."

Zhou Yi collapsed onto the floor as large, silent tears continued to cascade down her face and pool on her cheeks. Moments ago it felt like her very blood was boiling but now her body felt numb, and as she laid on the floor shivering the gravity of the situation sunk in. She did not have any clue to what the Captain had just done to her; but her very bones told her it was not good.
In that moment the Magical Girl felt very human; horrifyingly mortal.
Her fingers twitched; and slowly breath returned to her. Cyan eyes began to refocus and after a moment light returned to her glazed over expression. She gasped and pushed down on the cold concrete with her arms in order to sit up, her muscles quivering at the action as if her weight was too much for them to bare. Gritting her teeth; she Senshi of the Sesshoseki looked towards the officer, the hollow pain she felt suddenly overcast by her own anger.
"I really do not understand you people." She began, shaking her head. "What kind of psychopath gets off on hunting people; hurting people?" She pushed up onto her feet, though the weakness in her knees made it feel like the ground was moving. She swayed in an attempt to remain balanced, though the effort made her head spin - she was exhausted and even though the simple act of filling her lungs with air felt like an excessive workout, she did not hold back her words.
"There is no saving any of you."

"What kind of foolish senshi sticks around to insult the person who's just given them the precious gift of their life? I told you to go." He didn't know what he would do if she didn't leave. He wanted to apologize. He wanted -- There were so many voices in his head, all disappointed, all chastising him. ... I pray to Cosmos that when you see it, it won't be too late." GO!" He snapped, faking a lunge forward at her in an attempt to startle her off and possibly hide the fact that he was shaking. He wasn't sure that he could keep the trembling at bay long enough to focus on teleporting himself away and he wasn't going to run; didn't trust his legs to carry him. What had he almost done?
