The stallion landed softly upon the ground as the little passenger slept peacefully curled in his mane. He straightened his wings laying them carefully on his back not to disturb the exhausted songbird that had talked his ear off for a day straight. Well, it seemed that way in the icy blue male's eyes the way she mother henned him somedays. His mind though gave thanks to the day he met that charming little companion because even on the rainiest day her lyrical voice was a heaven scent. He had been flying for days it seemed so the male decided it was time for a break. Moving smoothly as not to jaunt his friend awake he looked around him for something to drink. The night was beautiful with a hint of chill to it which made the female bird nest deep in the height of his long braided mane. Letting his ears swivel this way then that he listened for a slightest sound that a stream or even lake lie in waiting. He was amused in the life he grew within that his sense of smell could pick up on interesting things such as a simple pool of water.
Closing his eyes he turned his head as his ear swiveled listening to the night as something peaked his interest. Moving smooth yet steady his strong forelegs carried him to motions of a lake not far ahead. Once he was sure his query was legit in his mind he craned his head downward drinking peacefully still mindful of his companion sleeping peacefully within that braided tresses she loved so well. As the cool liquid slid down his throat he noted that winter was passing soon giving way to spring. It had been years since he left this land which he regretted pushing away the bond he had with his siblings. He knew though that the youngest yet eldest of his sisters would always be waiting for him. Strangely, enough Celendria of all his family members held a mystic sense to her over the others in the family line. He definitely agreed she was voted most likely to be an elder someday which rightfully was her calling. Breathing deeply he closed his eyes and relaxed for it was quiet without even the noisiest protest of a cricket to disturb his thoughts at the moment.

She had been watching the stars this night. Her pale blue eyes were locked on the sky for long moments, pondering nothing and yet everything that night. Stardust was perched on a branch near by, looking disgruntled still after she'd run him off from her mane because he'd pulled in one too many times in his attempts to get comfortable. He was a welcome companion, but some times an exasperating one. His insistence to stay close and play her protector got a little tiring some days. Taking her eyes from the sky but a moment, she glanced to her feathered friend, giving him a small smile. "You know, the stars shine brightly this evening. Tis a good omen indeed. Bright stars crisp clean air, this year shall be an amazing one. What do you think my friend?" His silence only proved to her that he was still scorned with her previous chiding. Giving a small sigh, she returned her gaze to the glowing orbs above.
She continued her observation in silence for long moments. It wasn't until movement ahead of them caught her attention that she tore her vision from the stars once more. There a few feet ahead of where she lay was a stallion. He'd come upon the lake to get a drink it seemed. Watching him closely, she waited to see what he intended to do. He seemed a bit out of sorts for these lower lands. More suited for colder climates from what she could see at least. She had a mind to stand and make herself known to the stranger. Remembering the bird on the branch beside her, she thought best to act as though she hadn't even noticed the other. Stardust could be especially stubborn about stallions when they came upon them. Turning her head to the side, she paid the sight before them no mind, waiting to see if Stardust seemed to take notice of the visitor that stood only feet away.Though he'd sat still on his perch, he'd been watching his mistress all along. Still scorned from her earlier words indeed he'd sat his vigil quietly. When he watched her stare blatantly at the stranger, he felt the fire burn and flourish inside his tiny chest. Once she looked away, however, he still knew the mare too well to know she was still interested in conversing with the individual. He was off at once, the dark figure flitting from the tree line and towards the pale blue stranger. He was already beginning a chirping squawking fuss all the same.

It was peaceful being so snug and dry within the braided stallion's locks. He was always so thoughtful of her when she was sleeping which she loved him dearly for that. Yawning she nestled in a smaller ball her little claws gripping the mane tightly but not so much to shred or destroy its lustrous sheen that glistened from top to bottom. She was quite proud of herself being able to talk to him about returning to his siblings. It wasn't easy which took quite a lot of soul searching on his part but he did make a promise to them afterall. She sighed in her sleep dreaming of millions of stars that they were flying under at that moment in time. The little avian companion knew they landed because she felt him going downward but not in a rough landing like somedays. He was being extremely patient and quiet this particular night.
Suddenly, her eyes popped open when the noise started. She thought it was her imagination at first but it was definitely a bird making some serious racket. Yawning with a disgruntled look on her face she poked her head out of the braid to see where the noise was coming from. Quickly, she bolted out of his mane to meet the attacker as her eyes were clearing.
"What in the world?" her voice trilled so lyrical, "What's going on Celenduin?". A yawn escaped her again as she flew directly in front of the stallion. Whatever this bird's problem was she'd figure it out.
~*~*~*~*~**~
The stallion closed his eyes picturing what his siblings looked like now as the stars caught his attention in the mirrored pool below him. It had been 10 years give or take he only stayed two years in between monitoring them yet never breathed his existence. Celendria is twin as he called her never lost hope in his return forgetting the tragedy that had lead them to this point. He just couldn't forgive himself that he was the cause of this mess even after the danger faded away far into the recesses of their mind like a fleeting storm.
"I'm sorry" he breathed opening his eyes, "I don't know what's going to happen, but I made a promise and I'm coming home".
A strong as the stallion was he still shed a silent tear letting it fall heavily to it melded into the lake causing a ripple that seemed endless. As he watched the ripple his senses inspired him to focus his vision seeing a smaller mare standing not too far away. She was deep as the water yet ethereal as Spring herself. She was too far away to scent any form of danger that could emulate but he was sure she wasn't aggressive. However, something came from her direction that was indeed riled up chirping, and squawking threats as it made a beeline toward him. The stallion's head flew up in alarm of his assailant then he noticed Isabeau was making her own lyrical noise at the attacker. She wasn't happy to say the least since she wasn't a nighttime bird basically in which he dealt with her gently sleeping next to him buried in his thick tresses braided into one giant train of protection for her.
He didn't get to say too much as her feathers riled in front of his muzzle, "I have no idea Isabeau". His confusion was just as all his intentions were was to gather water then be on his way. Not start a war.

He continued his winged assault heading towards the stallion when he saw something fly out of his mane and position it's self between himself and his quarry. Narrowing his eyes, he meant to meet this new opposition and have a few choice words. Drawing closer he opened his beak to speak. "Now look you.. you and that buddy of yours had better take wing and beat it.. I'll not have you here upsetting and distracting my mistress as she contemplated the depths of the sky!" His little face had furrowed into quite the scowl as he puffed himself up to look bigger than he really was.Sighing deeply she stood up flexing and folding her wings against her body. Here we go again.. She thought miserably to herself. Why her companion always had to make such a fuss she'd never know. Did he intend to keep her from harm and all to himself? Likely the little devious ball of feathers.. She had only her brother to thank where ever he was now for such a riled up little protector. Likely he'd told the little scamp to make sure no on got very close t her during his time away from her. but that had been so long ago and he still hadn't retuned so she had still to endure such a watcher.
Shaking her head, she made her way slowly to the calamity that was unfolding. Bells in her tail chimed softly with every step she took till she stopped a safe distance from the group and gave an apologetic look to the stallion. Her head wings opened and closed as she dropped her head in a dipped bow. "I do apologies if my little friend's upsetting you and yours.. He's rather.... touchy." Her eyes flicked to the arguing bird once more before landing back on the stallion.

Isabeau's eyes opened wide hearing the protest. He was quite handsome but he reminded her of an elderly bird that had nothing better to do then cause a fuss. Flapping her wings she shielded her friend as she chirped in a half song, "He's allowed to get a drink for crying out loud! You on the other hand are making so much noise you woke me out of a good sleep" She dipped her head in protest making a statement. She really was having an amazing dream after all till Mr. Cranky ruffled his feathers and caused such a fuss.
In spite of their squawking she mused momentarily, "Besides I don't see anyone's name written anywhere in scawl nor readable restrictions. I think you should rethink your hostility". Her voice was like that as a bell with a high pitched overtone though it wasn't as threatening as one would have thought. In fact she knew this old bird was just being protective of his quarry as much as she was. It's the one thing familiars did for their bonded that they gave their lifetime to. Though it wasn't on the level of life mates it was something more precious that even the two-leggers seemed fascinated by it.
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
Celeduin was downright confused but he stood his ground behind his little guardian protector. She was a cranky little bird but her tone almost held laughter within even in a fit she was protesting. His eyes watched the smaller mare come toward him and his thoughts lied upon Avalon since she was the youngest. It was hard once they all separated but he tried his very best to keep a vigilant watch over all three. Celendria was the one that went the furthest but she was always mindful every winter to watch the sky incase of his return. His heart raced to see them but the fear was enough to n** him senseless if he allowed it to do so.
Only when the little mare spoke did he respond, "No don't apologize. I was just startled that's all". His muscles still twitched from the scare but he remained calm as she approached him. He had intended to be on his way quickly until her feathered companion decided to further the meeting on his own accord. He blew out now inhaling her scent which posed no threat which made him relax some. Isabeau refused to move from his muzzle defiantly as her large wings compared to her body made her stay in place as her long elegant tail hung behind her lie a train on a dress.
"I won't trouble him anymore then we have" he said trying to look around his companion, "I have a long journey that's far from over". His body language though proved him otherwise wanting to speak with her more but he was never a bold stallion that mingled in other's unhappiness.
"I'm Celenduin from the North, I'm on a journey to see my siblings again." he said suddenly almost as if asking for composure. The large male never really made friends in his lifetime because the past was a haunting evil that never allowed him to do so.

He looked a the female in astonishment. "Yes.. get a drink.. get your drinks and be off with you.. I apologies for rousing your slumber however, I'll not have any males sniffing around my mistress.." He darted sideways giving the stallion an unfriendly look before turning his attention back to the bird. "Why I never.. such cheek!" He exclaimed.
He looked back to where his mistress had been laying peacefully moments before and seemed almost in a panic to find her missing. Looking for her, he gave a slight drop in the air as if startled to find that the mare had 'snuck' up behind him and was now engaged in conversation with their intruder. Turning back to the other bird, he gave an exasperated flail and sunk to the ground. All his work had been undone. She was talking to a stranger. He looked up at the little female and gave an over exaggerated sigh of defeat. She offered a friendly smile to the stallion dipping her head once more her head wings fluttering slightly once more. "Star can be a bit... hysterical about things..." She shook her head as though the bird might be just some naughty little foal causing mayhem and chuckled amused at her little friend. She'd grown used to it in a way though it did get bothersome from time to time.
"I'm Dheneb, Dheneb Nashira." She smiled politely once more. "You've met Stardust already sadly." She grinned wider and looked at her little friend once more. "Come now Star.. Say hello to them and behave yourself like a good boy." She didn't even wait for her companion to utter a greeting. She knew he'd play stubborn for a while yet. "It's a pleasure meeting you. Been traveling long?" She knew a search for one's siblings could take a long time or no time at all if you never really lost track of one another. "I Hope you find your family.. Being separated can be a bit.. sad and lonely." She frowned some.

Isabeau's eyes were burning but not because she was angry. Her little eyes craved sleep badly as did her furious flapping wings a moment ago. She yawned again trying not to be impolite then flitted to the ground. Seeing the male was finally calmed down and rather depressed she lowered herself to the ground folding her wings neatly on her back as her long tail filed like a wedding dress train behind her composed of shining feathers.
Tilting her head she smiled a little, "You're just doing your job, I get that. But believe me when I say Celenduin isn't a sneaky mare stealer like most. He's very soft spoken and is very broken from the past. Try and not be so hard on him, K?" she nodded in a sweet chime that trilled off her soft voice, "Let's try and do this the right way shall we? I'm Isabeau and that's Celendruin". She yawned again shaking her head a little, "It's been such a long day so I'm sorry if I snapped". Her little form wobbled a little but she righted herself. It wasn't polite meeting someone dozing off like a baby escaping to la la land.
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
The stallion's muscles relaxed once her companion decided to quiet himself. It almost amused him seeing Isabeau teetering on the verge of sleep actually trying to start a conversation. He never minded her sleeping in his mane because she was always careful about snuggling her way in. He was also thankful Isabeau was there for her little nestled form gave him warmth and purpose. She was his reason he traveled back from the wintery peaks to face his family again. It took more than sheer effort but she succeeded with her little voice of reasoning. His mindset though returned to the mare's soft voice whose words like Isabeau's were lyrical and beautiful.
The icy male nodded, "Isabeau is protective about me as well. Like a dream she came into my life and I'm content to this day she did."
Flicking an ear he responded to her question, "I've been traveling for close to ten years... afraid to return back home". His head hung low as his eyes looked off into the starcast night of ebony. The canvas seemed endless yet those shining beacons always called to him with knowledge someone waited upon that hillside listening for his return.
"Have you time for a tale from a stranger. Complete honestly with nothing more than heartache that is lined with betrayal?" he said in a shaky voice. She was not the judging type and his inner voice wondered if she may in the light of despair maybe give insight or just listen to his heartache. He carried this burden for years now and a complete stranger might ease the pain before he had to tell her beloved siblings.

At first he didn't hear Isabeau's words. He'd been watching Dheneb closely before it dawned on him that he'd been spoken too. Shaking his head, he looked at the female in a quizzical sense before nodding. "Think nothing of it, miss." He offered a rather cordial look. "A pleasure meeting you.. I'm Stardust.. My mistress is Dheneb." He spoke his words and voice softer than had been earlier. He wasn't an old bird though his actions and fierce protective nature over Dheneb often led others to believe him to be an old cranky bird indeed.Dheneb blinked a few times. It wasn't every day some one offered to pour their heart and soul out about personal matters such as family. "I have time.. That is if you wish to tell your tale.." She wasn't going to pressure him into saying anything he wasn't comfortable saying. "But only if you are comfortable telling it." Her flutter wings flitted about against her back slightly before resting softly against herself once more.
She took a chance to cast their companions a look before returning her gaze to the stallion once more. She was glad to see her little friend acting cordial for once. "I'll pass no judgement for to be able to do so requires more knowledge of your circumstance and a closer connection. To pass judgement upon a stranger would do more harm than good I should think." She gave him an earnest and pleasant smile as she settled herself to hear what she expected would be a long story indeed.

The little songbird finally dozed off for a moment shaking herself awake. It wasn't for the sheer reason of hearing her companion's tale but to keep an eye upon the male bird that had woken her in the first place. She admitted to herself she shouldn't of stayed up so long that day but her excitement of seeing Celeduin seem more focused gave her hope. Her voice chimed like a little bell so much that now it seemed a bit lower than usual. One eye then the other dipped lower causing her to lean a little unbalanced. "I feel light-headed" she murmured as her wing touched upon her bow hoping it would bring her to her senses.
Forcing a smile past her body fighting for sleep she nodded to him, "It's a pleasure to meet you Stardust. Again I'm sorry for making a fuss as well. Listen to Celenduin's tale you'll learn more about hi..." she nodded mid-sentence then practically let her head hit the ground as did her standing body. She couldn't stand not resting anymore as she finally fell into a deep sleep with tiny whistles exhaling her exhaustion.
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
Celenduin through conversing with this new mare kept watching his companion till she fell flat on her feathery face. The stallion shook his head, "Excuse me a moment please Dheneb". He then walked over to his companion nosing her with his muzzle into a more comfortable position with her head nestled in her feathers like most birds would do in the hint of exhaustion. He even took the extra measure of finding a large leaf to put over her so a chill wouldn't deserve her slumber. Once she was secure under the arched leaf he returned to Dheneb.
"She's not your run of the mill bird as you noticed. She's quite the unique one I think so when she normally gets this tired she'll sleep in my thick braid that keeps her warm from the cold air." he nodded with a small smile towards his tired little friend.
"Now if you'll open your mind I shall tell you my story" he said softly trying not to look at her when he spoke. He didn't want to rile Stardust's feathers by having him assume something without clarification. Clearing his throat he closed his eyes then began his tale.
"Along time ago there was four siblings that had two amazing parents. Their mother known as Isolda was the most caring Soquili ever to be brought into existence. She was extremely patient and above all forgave mistakes never blinking an eye when something seemed off or unknown. The father was known as Frost was rigid at times but he loved his mate dearly even though he kept a dark secret. The stallion would disappear for days on end bringing back gifts for his mate and children. He deemed himself an adventurer he would say willing to risk his life to find perfect things to bring back to his family. His eldest daughter was known as Celendria whom was quiet and very distant at times. She seemed far in her years even as a young foal. The second daughter he named in honor of his namesake calling her Frosta. She was a happy filly that was quite naive at times. Then there was Avalon whom was the youngest of the siblings. She was quite the quirky one always trying to cheer up her family when life got them down. Last but not least was the brother known as Celenduin who stands before you. We were known as the Ice and Snow family whom was a proud and thriving family never questioning too far why father was disappearing for weeks, then months at a time. We were content that he always returned to us and in return we showed him love and understanding." he then looked downward and grunted as his eyes clenched.
The next part of his tale was going to take all he had to repeat what his heart shielded from the truth. But, he knew that this stranger wouldn't hold judgement against him no matter what truths may blacken and become heartless souls that linger forever in the recesses of one's mind.wc: 510

Star watched Isa sleep. Looking up, he was about to protest to the displayed scene but just as he opened his beak the stallion started his tale and he shut his mouth to listen. She watched him tenderly care for his little friend and a smile crept to her face. "It's quite all right. She needs her sleep like we all do." He was quite attentive to the little bird. It showed a close bond. Glancing at Star, she cast her little companion a swift wink. a reminder that he needed to behave himself for once. With Isabeau sleeping not too far from his, she hoped he'd be courteous enough to hold his peace so that she could sleep.
As he began his story, she watched him, giving her full attention now. It would have been considered rude of her not to give her attention since he was obviously sharing something so personal. She was quiet and only moved to settle herself into a more comfortable standing position or to chance a quick glance to make sure that Star was still there and behaving himself. As listened, she was learning more about him, things she hadn't before obviously. He was one of four, not so very different were they. She had her own siblings. So why was this so horrible? One thing for sure was that he wasn't fond of speaking of this; there seemed to be an emphasis on the fact that their father had been an adventurer of sorts. What so wrong with bein adventuring sort?
She let him pause, waiting for him to continue the story of his family. Shifting from one hoof to the other, she waited patiently for him to continue the story. She hesitated to prompt him but finally decided it couldn't hurt to speak up. "Were you all not happy for long? What happened?" It wasn't that she was trying to be rude, she just wanted to hear more.

The stallion's eyes never ceased to keep watching over his companion as she continued her slumber. He mused for a solitary moment of how he'd be ready for sleep when she was wide awake and talkative yet again.
Then the iced stallion in blue turned his focus back to his listener whom had queried him about his past. True, it was hard speaking about heartache and pain but it had to be done which he offered in his own accord."For a while yes we were really happy till that storm developed and carried away that shining beacon in the night's sky leaving a vague sense of nothing behind" he sighed to himself. Now he's have to talk about that demon that swept in like a spirit of the night with those deep steely eyes that penetrated your soul. "Father had a secret which at the time none of us had an inkling about. It was dark which he shielded his family from purposely. He knew he was a charmer and for that he burdened his ideals further from the truth. While he loved his family he loved others too". Pawing the ground he grunted with a painful recollection the day he faced his father then told his mother. Till this day the tall male speaking this tale fully blamed himself for the occurrences that followed after. He was quite young after all making mistakes, but his heart knew truth and he wasn't denying that fact no matter what pain was created and stabbed rightfully in his family's heart.
"He'd go away for months like I said before but he'd always return. Till the one day I followed him as a colt concealed from his sight. For nights and days he traveled till he came to a peculiar lake where I saw her for the first time. I didn't know what a walker was for we were shielded from the truth as young foals. They were only made up creations in our imaginations that would devour us if we strayed too far or were very bad. This is the first time I got to see a nightmare in person associating with my own father.." he grunted again the pain shooting through him like poisoned laced knives.
He paused to look at her pulling himself out of his pain, "If my past is too painful for you please let me know. It's hard for me to reference back but I just need to get it out even if it pains me so. I've left this burden plague me for nearly ten years now keeping me from my family who need me most. I just need to know that what I did was right or rather my family will still accept me past everything that happened back then. Back when the storm arrived and separated us along with our bond we all shared." Turning to look away from Dheneb his eyes wandered up toward the heavens wondering if his mother was the brightest star looking downward.WC: 504

She was listening to everything. A slight look of shock had rolled over her face as he revealed his father had been most unfaithful . The double whammy was that this stallion had learned it at a very young age. She could only imagine the betrayal he had felt at the time. Break ups for families are never easy and to find the betrayal out so young in life, it had to have been devastating. She glanced down at her hooves, shuffling from one to the other before looking back at the stallion as he queried about her own awkwardness about being the listener.
Offering him a genuine and gentle smile, she shook her head. "I'm fine, But if you need to.. take you time.. I imagine this can't be easy at all. Especially with something so... " She thought of the perfect word for what she wanted to say. "Personal." It about summed it up to her. This was a personal story she thought at the very least. "If you need to take a small breather and collect you thoughts before you continue to relive this.. I'll understand." She watched him in silence, waiting to see if he'd choose to continue or break off. "However, while you ponder your options, forgive me if I should take a drink. " She made her way closer to the lakes edge as she spoke. Standing in one place became a little stiffening to the legs. The wings on her head opened and closed slowly as she leaned her head closer to the waters surface. She could see the stars glimmering in it's reflection disturbed only by the ripples caused by her mouth as she began to sip the cool clean water.

His eyes gazed back checking momentarily on his companion whose little breaths whistled sweetly into the night. He wished wholeheartedly that this moment of quiet serenity surrounding them now would wash away the memories that lingered upon his thoughts. The more he pondered about the Walker who still haunted his dreams drove him more into submission as the night continued on.
"No" he stated shaking his head, "I have to release the torment from my mind before it drives me mad".
Breathing in deeply as he closed his eyes he relayed his memories once more, "She was beautiful at first but her seething eyes were purely hatred for many things. She went by the name Lykoia which my father stumbled over in his lust for her beauty. He'd do anything for her even ... kill if she asked it of him. In a sense he was a mere puppet attached to strings she wielded. Her bloodlust sent shivers down my spine as she conned father like a plaything. She whispered many things acting like she cared for father. But, even in my own naive moment of life I knew she was using him. The more I saw this charade of her character the more angry I grew" he sighed as a strong foreleg pawed the ground, "Then I did the most stupidest thing I could of ever acted upon. I lashed out at father defiantly calling him out as he was showing love to this fake female. Only then did I feel death that was breathing down my neck like a predator stalking its prey.
Celenduin's withers prickled as his eyes reopened following quickly by ears that pulled backwards quickly, "I remember myself shouting at father. I plainly wanted an explanation of why he was cheating in our mother. How he could let himself be swayed by something evil and not see the danger they were all facing. "That's when I saw those seething eyes that locked onto mine sizing me up for a meal. Father stepped between us protecting his only son born of Isolda pushing me back from those teeth that threatened to tear me in half till I would lie there as fodder for the vultures. In that moment she had lunged catching me on the back of my right foreleg causing it to bleed heavily but not clear to the bone. Once Father had pushed Lycoia back he told me to run which I did with everything I had even if it mean short flights.
He paused wincing at his right foreleg feeling those sharp teeth slice through his young skin he was still growing in as a colt "Dheneb.... I wonder if I didn't call father out that day. Would things of been different?" His words were to her in sincerity because replaying this memory was honesty buried in remorse. Facing his siblings still seemed like a task set out too far in a dream that was sitting in heart of a dark abyss.wc: 498

She continued to drink her fill as he continued his story. After all, she could both listen and quench her thirst right? It was a sorrowful tale he spoke of. No wonder he'd wrestled so much with it. Clearly he was blaming himself for something but what? Skin walkers had always been known to be evil spiteful creatures cunning in their wars of destruction and mayhem.
Lifting her head from the water to look back at him, she balked. He was asking her opinion on how things might have been? She had to think of how to answer, pausing long moments before shifting and turning to look him square in the eye. "Celenduin, I cannot say.. Skin walkers are not known for being especially nice or having love for others. They're mostly a blood thirsty and conniving race. It's Highly likely she was playing your father for a fool and waiting to further her own ambitions. I'm not saying you are to blame.. Because no one knows what could have, or should have been had you not spoken up. It's the past and all you can do is learn from it, grow stronger and move on taking away new knowledge. In the end, she likely would have found you all and slaughtered the lot of you rather than just him."
Silence filled the air as she paused once more. "I would say that you need to forgive him what happened. Forgive him not for his benefit but for your own." As she continued, her face softened in compassion. "You also need to forgive yourself, it's the only way you'll be able to find closure with your family." She hoped her advice would be of some help if only a little. How could he expect others to forgive him if he couldn't forgive his father and himself? was young and angry, and something happened. There wasn't any sense beating himself up over it was there? It was always easier said than done though. Closure always took time, especially where family members were concerned.
"Keep you chin up, I'm sure your family will work it out with you. I'm not going to lie and say that it will be an easy path.. Because it might not be. I've never met your family but one could hope that they'd be at least a little understanding and willing to hear you out and not turn a cold shoulder without at least finding out your side of things." Her ears flicked about as she listened for any sign of her companion. He'd been oddly quiet and as she looked to see why, she found he'd taken up a sentry post by the sleeping female under the leaf. Stifling a chuckle, she looked back at Celenduin. "I hope my words have helped you some."
