(This RP takes place while the brothers are foals!) Little Tarragon Bay was still new to this world and did not understand, well anything. All he knew for sure was that he had a mom and a dad and two brothers! He was not very strong and wobbled as he walked. As such he tried to stay close to his siblings without admitting he might need to. Right now he was in a nice little clearing practing galloping around. He was moving too fast though and tumbled into the ground.

He'd been napping beside a small bush of rosemary. The filtered sun warmed his coat and the fact that he slept snuggled up so close to the herb he was so named after caused his coat to smell of warm rosemary. Giving a great yawn, he stretched and lifted his head to look about. Slowly and with a slight wobble to his knees, he clambered to his legs and looked to see if his brothers were near by.
Giving a wobbly skip, he set off to find some one.. be it which ever brother he came upon first. He was refreshed and wanted to have some sibling companionship at least since their parents seemed to be preoccupied at the moment.

Thyme yawned then flicked his tail he had been resting near the rosebushes which he now smelled deeply of. Looking about he didn't see his mother nor Father anywhere not to mention his siblings. Stretching he started to walk around looking for the others. Boredom never inspired him instead he savored the richer things in life. The golden coat colt tossed his head then started trotting through the herb garden peering about. Was it a game they were all playing without him? Not if he found them all first! Grinning he kept looking if there was one thing Thyme liked was excitement. He was ready for an enticing day.

The brown foal pushed himself up to a seated position with tears in his eyes. He was now covered in dirt and grass stains, though due to his fur color, only the latter was truly visible. Dejectedly the small male scraped his cloven hoof into the ground in front of him. Why oh why was it so hard for him to just gallop? His ear twitched when he heard the crunching of someone else walking nearby. Tarragon's blue eyes looked around to see who it could be.

He tromped along till he came upon the familiar sight of Tarragon sitting in the grass. Cocking his head t one side quizzically, he pressed on closer. "Hey! what's going on? Did you fall? Are you ok?" He'd fallen plenty of times himself. He wasn't near the wobble kneed tumbling foal he had been but still he had his moments now and again.
As he drew closer to his brother, he stretched out his neck and nipped playfully at the other foal's forelock. "Tried the gallop? It'll come.. I've fallen on my face a few times trying to get it.. Even so I still some times fumble. Dad said it's natural." Flopping himself down beside his brother, he offered the other foal a lopsided grin, the same goofball grin his father had often given his mother and brothers.

The golden colt had trouble at first in his trotting technique but once he got the hang of things he was off to a grand start. This whole new world was different then the darkness of the basket causing him to explore everything he could. Letting his ears flick back and forth he finally caught the sounds of his brothers and headed in that direction. He still wobbled from time to time but he was confident he could overcome this obstacle.
Snorting he rounded the corner finding Tarragon crying and Rosemary comforting him, "Hey.... what happened? Are you alright?" his eyes showed a worried expression to Tarragon. Looking over at Rosemary he smiled a little. "Oh you tried galloping right? I can master a trot but gallop not so much? Yeah I'm waiting for that one" he responded with an embarrassed expression. Still he knew much like their strong parents they'd be up and running in no time.

Tarragon looked at both his brothers and blinked the tears from his eyes before nodding his head. "I... I'm ok!" He gave his own little smile at their concern. The foal was so fortunate to have such wonderful siblings! "You guys have had trouble too?" It filled him with relief to know he wasn't the only one to have such difficulties, and also slightly surprising. Though it only reinforced his want to master galloping soon. Maybe he could even beat his brothers to it! He gave a small laugh at himself for such a thought but then flushed when he realized it was out loud. Shaking his head he made to stand back up. "Maybe we can all master it together?" His face lit up while he looked between the other two foals to see if they felt the same.

He gave a small nod. "Fell flat on my face behind father on my first attempt. I dare say it hurt my pride more." He gave a small chuckle thinking of how his rear end seemed to think it was in a race with his front end till he fell all together. Gently nudging his brother, he grinned wide. "Why don't we get more comfortable with our trotting and then ease into galloping hmm?" It was a logical thing to do. Rushing into things they were hardly prepared for could result in injury. "So what are we to do today? Mother and father seems to be occupied doing something somewhere.. It leaves us to our own devices boys." He chuckled as he winked at them all in turn. Still it begged the question of what they could do today.

The golden colt nodded watching the smallest brother, "Yeah I landed pretty hard on my first try. Right into the rosebush I woke up under. I think maybe today we can gallop together that way we won't look really weird."
He looked out of the garden to the sunshine that dappled over the land. It was coming into spring now but there was some snow that was still laying here and there. The garden they slept within was a sanctuary that seemed to keep the elements out yet somehow it grew the plants and herbs their mother watched over carefully. The colt's mind still didn't quite understand the usefulness of them yet but, he noted some were sour while others were sweet. Each held a delectable or repulsive scent he was starting to memorize after opening his eyes in this sacred place.
Thyme laughed, "So who wants to be the leader today? Rosemary? Tarragon? I think we should stretch our legs a little, maybe?" He yawned and flicked his little tail. They were all quite small now but he wondered as they grew just how big their feet would get? His mother had slender hooves while his father carried those massive fluffy feet. He stamped a little hoof then smiled because he wasn't alone in the world. He was highly thankful both his brothers accepted him as one of their own and such loving parents to watch over the three siblings. He turned then looking at his brothers wondering where they were going when someone spoke first.
