So I'm not exactly sure if this is the appropriate area for this thread, but I do have some questions about windows 10 and if anyone had similar problems.
Recently my laptop would not get past the lock screen and would always become unresponsive. When i do manage to get past the 10+ minute wait to log in, it takes a while to load up again (usually failing and returning to the lock screen).
When i do somehow miraculously log into my desktop, nothing loads and everything is unresponsive and then a window pops up saying "Windows is being unresponsive, would you like to end the process?" that sort of thing
I generally didn't end the process but it terminates itself in the end leaving me a blank black screen with my pointer.
I don't know what happened. Everything was fine until then and I don't know.
I had to do a system reboot and lost many of the applications I installed (RIP my undertale Genocide route save file)
and as a safety precaution from now on i installed linux on my laptop.
So. Any ideas what the heck happened or anyone had the same problem?
