There was a lot on his plate, he knew it, but he did what he had to in order to keep going. School was getting better as were his English lessons were also coming along, though he wished it was faster. He couldn't rush it, he knew it, but he disliked it really. The education system in general was not what he was used to so he spent a lot of time studying on his own and pushed himself as hard as he could.
When he wasn't busy with school, homework or studying he was at work or the gym or patrolling. Recently, like within the last few days, he'd been letting that energy taking crystal grab energy from him all in order to help the cause. he didn't fully agree with it, how could he? But he was helping and the ware was showing...at least when the make up came off or if one looked at his eyes and how he moved and held himself.
he had also just started, the first lesson had been the previous night, at a martial arts studio. he'd finally decided on hopkido for the style and had found the studio he liked for it. He was glad for this, he needed to learn some form of self defense that he could use, it would help in the future and he knew it. He couldn't allow himself to fail at saving a person again, that still lingered and kept him up at night, among other things. His sleep was interrupted when he did sleep and it wasn't for long that he was managing to sleep, he had a lot on his mind and emotionally bothering and unbalancing him.
He needed energy, a boost of it, so he could get things done and it was why he had headed back to the clinic. He'd been there two days ago..and a few days before that...and a few before that. Walking the streets of Korea town he nodded, bowed, and gave greetings to people here and there as he headed down the block toward the clinic and pushing open the door stepped inside and to the counter right in front.
It wasn't long before the female in front was moving out from behind the counter and leading him into the backroom, a familiar thing now for him, and to a small closed off room where he could watch tv and regain some of his energy. As he waited for the doctor he turned on the tv and got comfortable. He didn't even notice, or pay any mind, to the few little bruises on his arm at the crease for the elbow and the more recent one on his hand. They were things that didn't bother him and were normal and thus ignored.
It wasn't ten minutes later that he had a bag hanging over his head with amino acids flowing from it and into his arm and thus into him. With his arm stretched out, the inside of his arm facing upward, he was relaxed and watching the tv as a yawn passed his lips, hopefully the last for a while - he had things to do.

Lately Terry had started to get a bit worried about Seung. The other man had been looking a little worse for wear, not that he could blame him for it since it seemed like there had been quite a bit happening lately on the powered side with Caedus, the crystals, the captives and such, but even so he was worried. He himself had donated his energy to the crystal he had but only before he went to bed and after he had a very filling meal so it wouldn't be long for his energy to be recovered and he figured that Seung was probably donating is own as well. He however had no clue on just what the other male was doing to himself with all the running around, energy giving, and over studying. Since he was worried though he had decided that maybe he could stop by the others house to check up on him and see how he was doing, while possibly giving him something that might help brighten his day. Hence why Terry was in Korea Town and browsing the shops for something when Seung passed by. As he hadn't picked anything out yet, Terry had moved to try and catch him. No point in visiting him later if he was already near by, provided he wasn't busy and wanted the company, and he still hadn't looked the best when he passed by the window. Thanks to the crowd that showed up, Terry hadn't gotten the chance to catch up to Seung and he hadn't wanted to be disruptive by shoving his way through or by shouting out to the other man so he kept following at a slow pace, close enough to see him go into the clinic. Now he was even more worried. He didn't even stop to think about it as he went in after Seung not long after the other male went in. What he found after some convincing of the nurse that he was a friend of Seung's so he could go in had him frowning, crossing his arms and leaning against the door frame of the room that Seung was in currently hooked up to an IV. "Are you okay?"

He had been watching a show from back home, Let Me In, and was staring with widened dark eyes as they were going over the surgeries the person on the show had gone through. Nodding his head and talking, more to himself than the tv, as he was agreeing with most of what was being said. They had needed it - all of it in his opinion. It was a plastic surgery show where people, people who weren't pretty, were made pretty and it wasn't just females it was also males. The show currently on was discussing a male, as there were English subtitles on the bottom of the screen.
While they were cutting to a commercial he heard a voice...a familiar one and one which should not be here - especially here! Turning, wide eyed, he stared for a moment. "Fine." He said holding up his free hand, fingers forming into a classic v sign. "All good...why are you here?" He questioned. How had the other found him...and why was he here? This wasn't an area of the city he figured the other would visit and not a place like this either. Never mind how Terry had gotten back here, as he very much doubted he came here for the same reason or any other reason.
"Something wrong?" He asked curiously, innocently.

From the position in the room he was at, he could hear the TV but as he didn't speak Korean beyond the very few words that Seung had taught him so far and couldn't see the subtitles, Terry had no idea what the show was about and had pretty much tuned it out. Terry's worry for the other stopped him from giving a small smile at the gestures Seung made but only just barely as they were frankly adorable. "I saw you pass by and you didn't look alright so I tried to catch up to you but was delayed a bit." He said as he eyed the IV attached to his friend. "I don't know, I think you would have to tell me if there was something wrong. Why are you here, why do you need this, and again are you okay because this doesn't look like the definition of 'all good' to me." He didn't let the small amount of annoyance show at being told the other was okay when he was clearly not in some way other wise he wouldn't have been here.

Wanting to alleviate the others worry, as he was obviously worried, Seung sat up and leaned back against the bed and focused himself fully on the other. Wincing as he jabbed himself with the needle due to his movements. He wanted to pout at that, it would certainly leave a mark, but he had other matters at the moment - Terry. His friend needed to know so he would tell him, it wasn't such a big thing and the other would understand.
"Tired, lots of things to do. Needed some energy, just need boost so I can continue." He stated motioning, with his unattached arm, to the bag. "Will give energy so I can study and go to gym and patrol. I have book to read for class." Which meant a dictionary was at his side as he did the reading. Two chapters wound up being much longer for him because of that. The book was a new assignment, or he'd already have the book in Korean even if he really should be learning how to read it all in English - he would when he wasn't on a time crunch for chapters as they were homework assignments.

At the explanation given, Terry's frown deepened even as he moved over so he could stand by the bed so Seung wouldn't have to hurt himself again on the needle by moving around too much. Once there he hesitated for only a moment before he opened his mouth to respond. "It sounds to me like you need some actual rest and not this." At the word 'this' he gestured to the IV bag and then to the over all clinic. "I think it is safe to say that you can skip patrol and the gym at the very least for the next few days so you can rest up properly because this is not going to help."
He honestly could not see how running yourself to the ground and then getting a drip so you could continue doing it was a good idea in anyone's book, let alone see why Seung was doing it. He glanced around the room once, taking in the everything before looking back to the other male.

Staring at the other, glad for him moving closer, he used his free arm and wrapped it about the others waist as he leaned in close, pressing his face to the others stomach. "Rest would be nice, but lot to do...no time." He didn't mention he hadn't been eating properly either the last few days. He did keep up with drinking, that was easy enough to do...though thinking about that made him want a small container of banana milk. He'd get that when he got home, before he went back to his books. At the other mentioning skipping things he shook his head a few times, though that action made him dizzy and had him pressing his face, and more importantly his forehead, into the others stomach. "Can't...need to not lose again..." Turning his head to the side he lifted his head slowly, dark eyes seeking out the others purple ones.
"Died in my arms...wasn't strong enough..." And he needed to be better, to keep it from happening again. He still wasn't a fan of killing but if he could protect and defend someone he would do it! He just...he just needed to get stronger, he didn't like losing in fights to them and someone threatening his own life as well. "Had one say...was going to kill me...let me go." He had been drained though and had passed out from it. He doubted waking up in a public place, as much of a public place as a roof top was, while in civilian clothing was a good thing - too risky.
"Taking hopkido also, cannot miss it." He added in, he had taken on more things and in the next few days he would have lessons and he couldn't miss them.
"Is not wrong...but you don't like.." He commented, and observed.

Terry rested one hand on the arm that wrapped around him and the other on Seung's head where he started to stroke and pet his hair as the other talked. "You have to make time for rest. I know it's hard." He said, getting a flash back to his own failure but he pushed it away to focus on Seung, meeting the others eyes in return. "I'm sorry that happened. I'm so, so sorry." Nothing he could say would make the death better in anyway he was sure. "But Seung, if you over work yourself, if you don't rest, if you don't take care of yourself then how are you going to have the strength to fight?" He asked gently. He didn't want to hurt the other male, he really didn't, but he needed him to see that this was not the way to do it. "How can you save others if you can't save yourself?" The hand that was resting on Seung's arm gripped slightly, not enough to hurt just firmly. "I understand the need, the drive to be better, but this will only end in one way and it wont be happy." Whether it was because he was too tired to fight and lost again or if he simply ended up catching something from the needles. "If you hadn't started or made a class appointment then you need to miss it for a few days." Maybe later when he wasn't trying to get the other to actually rest he would bring up the idea of them taking it together, but not right now. "No, I don't like it, not one bit."

He did have a point...but it was what he was used to doing to answer the problem, the problem being no energy to keep going and keep doing things. The problem had always been easy to solve and it hadn't hindered his grades. Biting down on his bottom lip he shook his head once. "Never had problem before...never failed in school." He said while trying to ignore how good, how calming, the other petting his hair felt - damn it. It felt nice and relaxing. This was different though...this was physical activity and not just studying and writing...it wasn't just a matter of his mind but his body too - right? And if that was tired...but this did help...but in a fight it might not be enough.
"Save myself...?" He asked, curious and unsure how that was meant. What did he need saving from? He was ok, healthy, and not dying or anything like that. So what did he need saving from? Shaking his head a bit, trying to hold back a yawn and failing.
"Already paid for membership...class in two days.." He said and shifted a bit. "You want me to stop?" He asked indicating his arm with the needle in it.

Terry let out a sigh when Seung admitted he had done this before. It wasn't surprising in the least thanks to how he acted but it was still something different to hear it had been happening for a long while now. "Yes save yourself. What would you do if you over worked yourself to the point where you didn't have energy to fight? What would you do if just one time they miss on sanitation and you catch something from this?" He asked, worry clearly coloring his tone as he continued to stroke Seung's hair. "What worked for you then wont work now. You need proper rest, not IV's." "No I don't want you to stop, I understand why you are taking it and I wouldn't take that away. Just rest and recover before you have class. A couple of good nights sleep and some hearty meals are a must." He then looked away from the others face to the IV in his arm then back again. "If you feel you need this right now then I wont stop you." He shook his head then looked him in the eyes. "But only this time. You can either choose to continue and I'll wait with you, or you can stop and you can leave with me. Either way I think we need to go to my house after this." He knew that Seung was technically older then him and was an adult as well but he could not just stand by and let him run himself to the ground.

He was right...he knew it and that did bother him some. He hadn't seen it himself, hadn't thought of it. He had been busy with so many things crammed into his schedule and so many things which were taxing, mentally and physically, that he hadn't thought of that point. Biting down on his bottom lip he nodded his head slowly to the others words. "Never would get sick." He was sure they were new and clean. He'd never had an issue or heard of someone having one. But he didn't say this, didn't mention it. He was too caught up in this talk, in the other, that he missed the big reveal on the tv - what a shame.
Dark eyes shifted this way and that as he wondered when he'd last had a proper meal had been. "Haven't had much to eat..." Food would be nice, he hadn't had the time really though and had, at times, forgotten. "I'm tired...will wind up sleeping if I don't...but you want me to rest anyway..." So he could do that and he was sure it would please the other.
"Why your home?" He questioned. He could easily get home from there and rest. But Terry wanted him at his home...? Why, he'd just fall asleep. "Can call the nurse if you like..." He could do this...but once he was done taking a nap he would get that two chapters read and figured out so he would be ready for the discussion in class, and if any questions came up or a quiz he'd be ready.

"All it takes is one time. One mistake and you could catch something." Terry said while shaking his head. He didn't want to scare Seung off from doctors or needles but he did want him to think about what could happen if he kept doing this. When he admitted that he hadn't had much to eat he nodded his head, having figured that might be one of the problems. "Because if I take you home that means I can make sure you eat a full meal and get enough sleep." He had no plans on letting the other only take a nap. Not if he could help it, though he knew if Seung really wanted to he could say no and refuse his help. He looked at him, wondering if the other was just humoring him by saying he could call the nurse in. "Okay, if you are sure."

He knew he could say, and do, whatever he wanted. He was an adult, and he very well knew that, but the other was a friend and while younger he didn't mind following him. Terry wasn't doing, or saying, anything which was against his morals or dangerous or anything of the sort. Like any friendship he knew there would be times they didn't agree on things, times he'd put his foot down, but for now - no.
"Oh." So there was a reason. To ensure he did what he should...made sense really. If he had gone home he likely would have tried to push himself till he just couldn't remain awake and passed out either at his desk or his bed. Either the other knew this, or figured it, or was just wanting to help get him what he needed before he went and threw himself at everything again. He wasn't very good at not over working himself, at least when he needed to such as exams and other important things.
"Will make you happier." He answered the others last words, even while the one arm about the others waist gripped at his shirt and he lowered his head, dark eyes closing slowly. He would let the other win this, at least today, he knew and understood the others logic and reasons against what he was doing but it was a habit and what he was used to going to.

Terry studied him for a moment or two before nodding, taking his word for it. He trusted that if Seung said he was okay with stopping early, even if it was just to make him happy, he meant it though he was sure this would not be the last of this discussion in the least. "Okay, then lets get you out of here and taken care of." He said and ran his fingers through the others hair one last time before calling the nurse. It wasn't long before Seung was unhooked and Terry offered to help him walk if he needed it. "Did you walk or bring a car to get here?" He asked. He hoped the other walked simply because it would mean he wouldn't have to worry about him driving while exhausted.

"Don't have license." He said, ignoring or forgetting the fact he had used his fathers car only a week or so ago? He had a license just not for this country, so he knew how to drive and operate a car...just it wasn't legal here to do so. When they had left, after he'd paid, he had one hand holding onto the others sleeve while he was laying his head on the others shoulder. Any odd looks they got, or may have gotten, were ignored by Seung.
"We can stop off at store before we leave here?" Before they left this small part of the city. He could use a drink, he had gotten himself thirsty while sitting in the clinics back room talking to Terry and he wanted to deal with that. Food could wait, it wasn't something he hadn't waited on before or forgotten altogether before.
