A mini-event is an event that is way smaller than the actual AURB itself! A mini-event can last from a week, upwards of a month, and does not necessarily have to line up with anything else on Gaia. Mini-events will include events for guild members, as well as the events outside the guild!
how many will there be?
Since the actual AURB won't be until sometime in September at this point, it is possible to do at least two mini-events while we wait. To make these events as amazing as possible, I'd like to spend at least a month developing each idea. This would put our first event sometime in late February, early March, and the second one in May or June. From that point on, I believe it is more important to focus on the rooms and smaller advertising/fundraising ideas.
what type of things will be included?
In-Guild Ideas - Game nights! Whether on Gaia or off Gaia! If it's something free and easily accessible, we can do it! - Word Games, AAY threads. Just anything to boost activity in the guild! - Town hangouts! We'd pick a day, a time, and just have a party. - Chatroom hangouts! Same concept, but probably less lag.
Outside Ideas - Roleplaying Events! A cool idea would be to take ideas from past rooms and create spin-offs from them! - A massive fundraising effort. With how much time we have, we could easily make this one of the most well-funded balls yet!
how do i get involved?
Just start posting in this thread. Once we get enough ideas to have an idea on how this will go, I'll start making a list. Applications are daunting! I want everyone who wants to be involved to be involved! I'll also be keeping a list of ideas!

Heck yeah! I think that we should have this in a main forum cause advertising committee and all.
Also I feel like this could maybe work like a game we had in the circus room last ball, but I feel like that mostly depends on getting funds, which if I ask nicely shouldn't be a problem. o3o
