Fae Silvercrest, a young trainer hired by Officer Jenny, was on her way to the town. At her side was an Arcanine, Nero, he knew flamethrower, fire blast, take down, and fire fang. She also had a Ninetails and a Glaceon. Reaching the town, Fae went to find officer Jenny, she needed to know more about what was happening.

"Hmm, that is very odd indeed, but I'll see what I can do. In the meantime, tell the residents not to try anything else to catch her, we don't need anymore people getting hurt." Fae adjusted her glasses, thanking them for the information they had on Liepard, then left the station. This was going to be difficult, with so many hideouts, it was also going to be time consuming, Fae would have to find a place to stay during that time. For now, she didn't mind spending a couple of nights under the stars, it also gave her an idea.
Instead of trying to trap the Liepard, she would let her come to where she was, offer some food and gain her trust. Fae would have to admit, it was a long shot, yet she had to try, or come up with a different plan if it failed. After gathering up supplies, she found a perfect spot to set up camp, "Alright, that should do it, hopefully my plan works."

Having set up camp, Fae was now making herself some dinner, that's when she felt eyes watching her, sending a shiver up her back. She figured it could be Mizuki, yet she made no attempt to see if she could spot her, Fae just went about the task at hand. Once dinner was done, Fae let her Pokemon out, so the could eat and get some fresh air as well, "Alright you three, bed time in ten minutes, I don't want to hear any complaining." She teased. The ten minutes soon passed, she returned her Pokemon to their ball, except for Nero; the Arcanine was happily asleep at her side, so she just tucked into her sleeping bag and called it a night.

Fae woke up when she heard the crash, she managed to just see Mizuki running off into the dark, while Nero was up and standing guard. Reaching out and placing a hand on the Arcanine's neck, she ruffled his fur, "Settle down, I'm not hurt, looks like our friend is a curious one. Come, let's go back to sleep, it's going to be a busy day tomorrow." Come the next morning, Fae had gone into the forest, she gathered up a good amount of berries, before returning to camp. Using her own secret recipe, she whipped up a batch of Pokemon food, leaving some for Mizuki, along with some berries, then packed up her camp.
Hoping her little gift would be found by her, Fae went back into town, doing a little investigation of her own, she asked around about the Liepard.

Writing down some notes, Fae bowed slightly, then continued on her way. Finding the remains of the burned house, she looked around a little, but didn't touch anything, Fae could sense there was something meaningful about it. "Interesting, the energies here aren't angry, but rather sad. I think I understand now..." Saying a few words, she left and went to look for hotel to stay at, but went to check on the spot she had spent the night before first, finding the food gone.
Fae smiled slightly, it was the start of her plan, now she had to find Mizuki herself. As she walked to the nearest hotel, she happened to pass the cemetery, where she caught a glimpse of a figure near a pair of headstones. Talking a chance, she went into the cemetery, slowly coming up on the Liepard, yet she kept her distance. "You miss them, don't you?"

Fae saw the shadow ball coming at her, but before she could dive out of the way, a stream of fire hit it. Nero had just used flamethrower, and was now standing beside Fae, "That's my good boy, let's not disturb these grounds anymore, come on." The two of them left, going to check into a hotel, yet there wouldn't be a room until tomorrow night, which was fine, she didn't mind another camp out.
Fae visited a few of the shops around town, restocking some of her supplies, then taking her Pokemon to a pokecenter, so that they could get a proper rest. She decided to let them stay overnight, that would prove to be a bad idea that night, as Fae was sitting by the fire, a couple of thugs came up on her, demanding she gave up all her money. Of course, Fae wasn't going to give in, yet she had no way of fighting them off, her options were slim to none.

That was more than enough excitement for one night, Fae drowned the fire, then got her things, going to pick up her Pokemon. After that, she set out to find the injured Liepard, Fae couldn't just leave her like that. Going back to her camp site, she had Nero track the scent of blood, following after him once he had it. "Now remember, do not attack, we're here to help her."
