The TWE championship is the top championship of the TWE promotion. Previously it was the WWE Undisputed championship after the unification of the WWE Championship, ECW Championship, and World Heavyweight Championship. However, after cutting ties with the WWE, TWE renamed the title.

With the Extreme 24/7 Championship, comes a unique set of rules:
-The 48 hour auto-hit is set to 24 hours, and then consecutive 24 hours for an auto-win; it has to happen in that order.
-The Championship can be contested at anytime, anywhere, and under any circumstances. However, a challenge cannot be made while a challenge is currently underway.
-If held for an entire month, the holder can call for one time-out lasting up to a week.
