Personality:

The hemospectrum has its place. In general, highbloods deserve their rank and priesege, and lowbloods need to keep to the bottom lines they were born to. Chiara believes in the hemospectrum, or so she will claim to anyone who asks. Truthfully this blueblood feels the hemospectrum has become rampant with highbloods taking advantage of their lucky birth. Its her belief that the highblood class needs to be purged of the unworthy. They are the leaders of this race, they are what every troll in theory looks up to. If they act like spoiled brats, or trolls only stupidly relying on their birthplace to stay alive, than Chiara has made it her duty to point them out.

Chiara seeks out those she finds worthy in the highblood ranks, and does her best to sway the world to their favor. Chiara also seeks out the special lowbloods, the ones who truly shine, and recruits them to a decent highblood leader. If a stupid highblood has managed to take a hold of a brilliant lowblood, Chiara takes that as a challenge. No lowblood of decent value should be wasted on the unworthy. Although this blueblood does still fallow the idea that highbloods lead, and lowbloods fallow, she is not against the face of a truly brilliant individual defying that "rule". Its just, any lowblood that tries is going to have an incredibly tough time at it. But that makes it all the more interesting, huh?

Chiara is not a fan of the mundane. If someone is having an easy life, with no obstacles or problems, she will go out of her way to make some. This world is not fit for trolls who just want to slip by. Everyone needs to prove themselves, including herself. Although she is willing to prove herself in battle, Chiara prefers to do it via plotting, planning, and scheming. A straight out battle takes no brainpower. Any stupid troll can do it. Its the plans that only truly amazing trolls can really accomplish.

Chiara is a harsh judge when it comes to how a troll lives their life. She believes that a troll should have a goal, and seek it. If they don't they are just a drain on society. Ambitions, improvement, growth, these are all things that will help troll civilization as a whole. If some troll just wants to sit on their butt, focus on themselves and their own little world, in this Blueblood's opinion, they should stay out of the way of more ambitious trolls, and keep their weak genetics out of the gene pool. Sometimes these weak trolls crave attention, and get in the way of more important plans, trolls, and agendas. Chiara finds this inexcusable, and aims to have such nuisances obliterated.

Although these weak and self possessed trolls need to be gotten ride of eventually, the ambitious trolls of the world need some stress relief. Chiara is all for toying with the lives of trolls she finds insignificant, regardless of blood color. Might as well have them fill some purpose, some reward for letting them consume the same resources and share the same air. Besides, these entertaining "tests" and "trials" can even bring out a weak troll's worth, turning trash into treasure.

Chiara is always putting herself out there in social situations. She has an agenda, and she needs underlings to help her achieve her goals. What better way to pick out the decent from the worthless, then making her tests large and public. Besides, Chiara likes having others know her name, good or bad. In this Blueblood's opinion, there is never such a thing as bad press. Chiara often does things out of social norm, to really add that shock value to her name. She loves seeing how other trolls react to socially unexpected behavior. The reactions reveal a lot about another trolls, and Chiara hunts for as much information she can get her hands on. Information is power, and power makes the world spin.

In the earlier sweeps of her life, the blueblood was easily swept up in emotions. The pleasure of really grinding one's foot in someone's face, the joy that the feeling of being superior to others gave, that feeling of being on top of the world. She may have acted out in peruse of these brief bouts of joy, and has since had time to take a step back and really look at things. With this new vantage point, the blueblood has learned from the past she can look down on. She had been rash, impulsive, greedy, in the past, and it may have given her a bit of a bad rep, especially with one rather influential seadweller. The blueblood has since calmed down, realizing that in order to change a troll, one needs to do it from by their side, instead of from across the battlefield. With this new mindset, Chiara is going out to peruse her long terms plans, as apposed to the impulses her young wiggler self indulged in. Now Chiara acts to really embody the saying "keep your friends close and your enemies closer". The saying is even more so taken to heart with the blueblood's newfound ability to turn into anyone, friend of a friend, or enemy of an enemy.

Strengths:
Replacing Perceptive with Independent
Independent
Chiara relied on others once, and she was met with only betrayal and disappointment. It has since become very important for her to be independent. She may act like she depends on someone, or is friends with someone, but she makes sure that should things fall apart, she will be able to jump ship safely. The Blueblood keeps her emotions pretty safeguarded, as being open leads to being vulnerable, and being vulnerable means she depended on someone who didn't really have her back.

Weaknesses:
Replacing Impulsive with Judgmental
Judgmental
Chiara holds herself to high standards. When she messes up, she takes it as a lesson to shape up. She puts a lot more weight on mistakes, and will look down at trolls she finds inferior, even if their mistake was sweeps ago. She also holds others to a high standard, especially highbloods, and when they end up disappointing her, Chiara does not fully forgive, no matter what she says. She may be hard on herself, but to those trolls that society has deemed her superiors, she is especially unforgiving to. Its not just in how the higher class miss-uses their power, its in any insult, any slight, any time someone looks down their nose at Chiara, you can bet she is looking for a way to get them back. Chiara is quick to judge. Doesn't everyone know that the first impression is the most important? Well Chiara knows, and if it was a bad one, she is not likely to change her mind. She often looks at trolls and judges them, harshly, and it influences how she treats these trolls.

Hive:

Powers:
Chiara had the wonderful misfortune of almost dying at the Civisect space tower fiasco, which brought out latent powers. Her power? Well, if things go according to plan, no troll will even know of her power. She is able to shape-shift into any troll she wants at will. Her bloodcolor will not change to that of the impersonated troll... but everything else is an exact match. The blueblood is very possessive of this secret, if someone where to know, who knows how many missed opportunities she could loose.

Lusus:
Dead, just like any lusus should be. Indica's skull has a spot of dishonor on Chiara's mantelpiece, along with other "trophies" she has collected. Indica's skull is placed right between the locket of Zindel's blood, and Lutrin's wrist band. Chiara takes it as a point of pride that she managed to kill and overrule her "guardian" as a small wiggler. (every stage younger than her current stage is lumped into wiggler, even last sweep, that was totally old wiggler times, best to learn from it and let it rot.) The blueblood is of the strong opinion that a good lusus is one that is no longer breathing or moving.

Currently Chiara's Unforgiving and Judgmental flaws are reading very similarly. The same goes for her Ambitious/Aggressive strengths... which is actually surprisingly convenient if you wanted to condense Chiara's profile down to two strengths/two weaknesses. I'm also curious if/how her newfound powers have impacted her outlook--or how her outlook affects the use of her powers!
