If there was one real con to living in the castle of Negaspace, it was how easy it was for other officers to find her and request she assist them with their paperwork. If it was another lieutenant, Carnotite was a bit hit and miss in terms of if she'd play nice and help them. A Captain, or, god forbid, a General? Oh she'd be only too happy to make herself useful.
Which was why Carnotite was now lounging in a plush chair in what she guessed amounted to a waiting room for some of the offices, legs tucked up against her chest as she looked over some of the reports that needed to be filed away. A part of her was humoring the idea of setting up a sort of... Negaverse magazine. Something she could work on there in Negaspace--maybe do a digital version to send around?
A sketchbook balanced on her legs contained various clippings from fashion, political, and military magazines, mockups for her own entertainment as she kept notes along with notes to herself about work to do.
Like having a long chat with the officer whose report she was checking over for mistakes and assisting in getting it filed. Ugh. Did they not teach freaking grammar in schools any more?
The sensation of a new aura caught her attention, and the tri-eyed half-youma lifted her head, blinking lightly as the bulbs atop her head glowed warmly, illuminating the room without much effort. "Hm? Someone there? I can relocate if this room is needed for something, or if I'm in the wrong place."
