Hey there Tamers!

I hope that everyone had a great close out to 2015 and lots of memories were made. It was fun filled year here in DTI with some
great contests and events, and even the occasional RP Mission. 2015 had its ups and downs and I know if you are like me I'm not
just talking about the guild. As eventful as 2015 was though it's over and we have a whole new year to look forward to, a clean slate,
a chance to revamp and move forward!

That all being said, Welcome to 2016!!!!

This year will be fun year for DTI, we already have
some fun thing planned for the year and I'm sure there will be even more coming as we go. We aren't quite ready to reveal
any of our big changes or fun yet but just keep an eye out and you'll see them soon or later!

None of that is really why I'm coming to y'all today. Today
I am here to just talk to you, get you opinion on the guild, see what you like and don't like and what thing might need to change. On
top of that we want your ideas! Our goal as a crew is to get our current members more involved with the creative side of things
in the guild and to reshape the guild in a way that you would like to see.

What does this mean you might ask? Well first of all it
mean a strong return of member run contests as well as maybe a few other thing that you as a member might get a chance to
stretch your creative wings on. We also would like to give you all opportunities to grow beyond just member and into
more leadership positions. We also want to get you opinions on what's good, what's bad and what we could add.

On top of all that we as always will ask you to do the two most important jobs of any member of the Island. 1. Be Active and
2. Invite people to join us, especially Digimon fans! We must stand united! The good news is we have new shows an new
games coming out that are sure to help us pick a few new fans, we just have to be ready for them!

Here is a brief summary of some of the answers so far, I will also include a working list of Jobs we need help

Well...everything really the rp the contests the members it's all made DTI wonderful for me.

Hm...can't think of anything that bothers me enough to change it owo

I remember when I first joined there were some clubs? Not sure if they're still a thing but they would be fun to bring back I think. Also I really miss the Battle City that was going on but it stopped.

I already am but I like to help out with the art related graphics for things.
9. What Digimon should be given out this year (can be more than one)?:
Has Huckmon been given out yet? If so him, since tri is set to make another film in a couple of months and he was hinted it might be a fun thing for a contest or something.
10. What Digimon should not be given out this year?:
I dunno if I'm remembering right or not but I feel they give out a lot of dino type digimon...maybe give them a break?
11. Do you have any ideas to bring in more members?:
Honestly everything about this place is appealing, its just the activity that needs worrying about as soon as they join. RP, card battles, rp battles, missions, great community to talk to, contests- all of this is great.
12. What is a way to get members to be more active?:
I know that contests have kinda been the go-to for member activity but the RP is a great resource to use too. It seems to die off rather quick just as it gets a good running of posts, so maybe something rp related could be done so that new members can be encouraged to participate this way.

I don't think any really

I would have to agree with Foxy on the Easter Clash of Deva contest

Can't say I had a least favorite. even with the evil and taunting turkey

I like when I rp with others. that's what really got me here and contests and ppls helped me stay

I would like to change the rp part since it seems to tread nicely and lag without a set in motion storyline to follow. But then again, it's usually a free for all so maybe it's more
6. What new thing would you like to see added that would make DTI more fun?:
more contest involving restricted digimon because those really get the heart racing to win XD. As well as

I would like to.

Demon Lords, Olympic Twelves, the Devas, heck the Angels

I think what DTI already has is good to bring in people, just have to do a some recruiting.

maybe some out announcements more about stuff going on

I would like to try the battle city that foxy brought up.

1. What was you favorite contest this year?:
I would say my favorite was the Digital Race. The Digital Race encouraged working together, and it used many of the guild's systems in a single contest/event, but mostly because it used the RP forum for a contest.

2. What was you least favorite contest this year?:
I don't think I really disliked any contests.

3. Would you like to run a contest this year?:
Maaaaaybe. Although the real answer is yes, I will almost certainly come up with and run at least one contest this year.

4. What is your favorite thing about DTI?:
The members, I really don't think I would have kept coming back if it wasn't for the friends I had made here.

5. What would you change about DTI?:
Not entirely sure.

6. What new thing would you like to see added that would make DTI more fun?:
Can't think of much.

7. Would you like to run an official RP mission?:
Ehhh no, I personally wouldn't want to because I like to see what other people come up with, I'm not really good at dictating the direction of the story.

8. Would you like to get involved with more jobs around DTI, if so which ones?:
I really don't, but I really should. I am part of the Card fixes group though, so whenever that happens it happens.

9. What Digimon should be given out this year (can be more than one)?:
Honestly, I feel we should do something with the Spirits/Ten Legendary Warriors, and Huckmon. The former because it's been like forever and a half since the last time we did something with them(I think); and the latter because Tri, we caught a few glimpses of him in the first movie set, and we will probably see more when the next set of movies comes out.

10. What Digimon should not be given out this year?:
I can't really think of any single digimon that gets given out every year/ excessively but I think we could do with some cutting back of the really popular/well known digimon, like the partners of the show tamers. Yes they are easy to do contests with and such, but we should really try and be more creative with what we give out.

11. Do you have any ideas to bring in more members?:
Sadly, no I don't.

12. What is a way to get members to be more active?:
More emphasis on RP stuff, I mean, in the end this IS an RP guild, it would be silly if we didn't have something with the RP happening.

13. What current system would you like to see be updated?:
Personally, Card Fights, they really get boring before they've even started and there just doesn't seem to be a good balance with the cards, especially because there are some really dominating strategies that basically become wars of attrition.
