As the terrain turns from an icy wonderland to soft grasses with thriving tree's. Nalani makes her way towards a distant area in which she is to see her mother after visiting with her brother Alaric. With tail lazily moving in a involuntarily action. She makes her way up to a rock outcropping. Jumping onto one of the rock. Very fond of rocks for perches as she settles down for a small break.

Giving a yawn as he flew through the small patch of land. It was pretty cold flying around up as high as he was,but it was a thrill. He noticed something out of the corner of his eyes and decided to land.Dale was sure the other being had seen him.Fluffing his feathers has he landed he gave a quick glance over to her. She was so far away and he would wait a bit to speak with her.

Lounging on the rock, her nose starts to catch an unfamiliar scent. Blue eyes open as she starts to look around. Curved feline ears twisting to search for any telltale sound. Tilting her head she recognizes the sound of wingbeats. Killian? Alaric? Did something happen? Her gaze lands on a dark figure with bright colors in the distance. Not her nephew or her brother. A stranger. Curious she considers standing up but decides not to waste energy. It would be better to see what this stallion wants.

Giving a slight nod he noticed that she wouldn't be getting up.Turning to walk towards her,he gave a wave with his wing.She was one interesting being,paws,ears,and that long tail. Almost like those cat things he's seen. "Hello!" Daleson called out to the mare. He was excited to see how this went since she didn't seem so interested in his being.

Keeping her eyes on the stallion as he moved closer. She gives only the slightest nod at his wave of wing. He seems friendly enough.. Yet being so friendly without really knowing anything about the one he is approaching could end badly if it was the wrong being. Tail twitching she flexes a paw." Good afternoon.. You seem to be quite the friendly stallion. I would be wary around others. One never knows whom would rather hurt than talk. Though I am sure you have heard such warnings before."

Daleson listened to her speak and stopped walking."Well,if i was that worried about my life then I wouldn't have said hello. If its my time its my time." He answered with a calm voice and fluffed his wings again.He hadn't seen much blood shed in his life,no was he scared of it."Worry about happiness rather than death.Live a little." Daleson gave a smile.

Nalani tilts her head at his comment. Does he not value his life? Used to those that are a bit more selfish it throws her a bit off guard. Though she shows little of it in her expression. " You seem to be quite comfortable with that notion. Most would think of themselves and survival than accept such things. Well in my experience anyway." She gets up and jumps down from the rock. Approaching him as she inspects him. Claws on front.. long horns.. Feather tail.. Feathered wings.. He seems to be a mix of different breeds. Sorta like a puzzle. A grin crosses her face at that thought. A puzzle indeed." One could say worrying about happiness would just hinder being in the moment when happiness comes ones way." Circling him she flicks her tail under his chin teasingly. Noticing the slight height difference. Though quite impressed with his wings. " What are you? I am not familiar with some of these traits that you seem to have on your being."

Now she was interested. As she wandered around him interested in his full being he watched her.Giving a slight shrug to her he smiled more.Lifting his leg he almost wanted to give away his powers to this gorgeous mare,but he knew what kind of toll that would take on him if she didh appen to attack. "Take a guess."His breed was different,he was a mix of three.Which is unsual for his family,the little that he remembered from it. "I'll give you a little hit,I am three different breeds.One is newer,but the two i'm sure you've seen before."

Nalani looks at him closely trying to pinpoint what breeds he has in him. At the slight challenge she stops to where she is facing his side to get a full view of his being. Time to think of this logically.. What parts have she seen on others before.. Looking at his horns she is unused to such horns. Never seeing such long ones before. They aren't branching like cerynei.. Though cerynei have cloved hooves like his back ones...." Perhaps Cerynei as one.. Claws... no Talons.. and the feathered tail.. I have seen similar... oh what is that breed.." Racking her brain she circles around him again as if the movement would help her remember. "Goph... no.. not gryphon... but.. close to it.." Ears twitching she stops in front of him." Griff... Something with Griff in it.. Hippogriff. That's correct right? As for the third.. I have no clue."

He almost wanted to laugh as he watched her. "You are correct."Daleson tossed his bangs out of his eyes and lowered his head so she could get a better peek at this horns."Usually...there would be more than just horns on this breed. Unfortunately i just have the horns and something else that can't be seen unless I allow someone to see."He said softly and started walking around her,the tip of his wing gliding down the her side. "You are just a kit kat."A beautiful one at that. "I honestly don't think that there are many of my third breed."

She looks at the horns and shakes her head. Still clueless on the kind it belongs to. " Mmmm I don't think I have encountered anyone of that breed. I've encountered a few breeds.. Walkers, unicorns, Cerynei.. Half hippogryph among them. But not that one." The feathers along her side is pleasant enough. The rainbow feathers of her accessories slightly moving with the small breeze. " Just a kit kat hmmm? Most would say mutants when referring to me. Though from what my mother has said. My grandmother is a purewalker who had a fling with a mutant.. Though I am not convinced." She looks at him curious if he will even say what the third breed is.

"Why would they call you a mutant?" He watched her closely and listened.The wind picked up his braid and moved his tail feathers. "Apperance honestly doesn't matter."He said softly and shook his head."If you had horns and fangs,I wouldn't care.That's almost like saying your the black sheep."Giving a sigh,he looked back at himself."I am what they call a suti.Cerynei,Hippo,Suti."

Nalani gives a slight smile." They call me a mutant because I have features that aren't part of any specific breed. Sort of in the middle of sorts. I don't have a pelt like a walker. Yet I have paws and a tail akin to one. I have ears that are like a cats. That is why they call me a mutant." She chuckles. "To some appearance does matter. Like with skinwalkers. You always know that they are bad news when you come across one." She tilts her head and smiles." I don't mind being called a mutant. That is what I am. Though I am not a black sheep. My mother and father both had paws. " She listens interested as he tells her what he is." A suti.. Interesting.. Have you met another one?"
