 Akylan couldn't help but wander down the hall of the Academy with a slight bounce in his step. He was new to the Academy, his family deeming it necessary for him to learn more about the Below world. To be honest, he really didn't mind in the least, he loved meeting new people and seeing what all the Below races were really about. Anyone who knew enough about the Fey might find him pretty stereotypical, not that he minded, he was who he was.
So then, it probably wouldn't surprise anyone to find him making his way to the Dance room before any other activity that he did in the school. He had to check it out and see if it was up to par for what he was used to. He slipped his earbuds off, taking a glance around. It wasn't as grand as some of the dance halls in the Fey community, but it would do. Though he couldn't help but be surprised at how few students there seemed to be. He glanced up, giving a small smile toward the teacher, "Hello, my name is Akylan, I'm new here."Leopleuradon I figured we could start with Zoey first and then move on to Kimi, if you don't mind. =33

The last couple of weeks had been rather excited as far as Zoey was concerned. They were getting in influx of new students coming to the Academy from Above and with that she was getting more students into her own class as well. She thought she had been fond of dancing? Well, she was learning rather quickly that it was basically a way of life for Fey. She found they usually had two reactions to her class; disappointment because it wasn't what they were used to or they were excited about a Dance class being offered at all anyway.
The student that walked into her class seemed to be a bit of both. However, another Fey would be quite welcome in her class. She found their energy tended to catch on to the other students in her class as well. She smiled as the Fey introduced himself. "Hello Akylan, my name's Zoey. I'm quite happy to see that you've joined us for today. My class tends to be pretty free-for-all." She turned to her class than and gestured toward her new student with an open hand. "Everyone, welcome your new dance partner Akylan to the class." All of the students there waved and welcomed the new student quite happily. They all seemed eager to be adding another member to their ranks.
There was one blue fey in Particular that gave quite the enthusiastic wave.
Koiasi Ah yeah. Teacher Zoey, on the scene.

Leopleuradon I'm really sorry this took so long!
He stepped closer to her, taking a spot next to the blue fairy. "Hello. May I ask the name of such a beautiful lady?" His voice was hardly above a whisper, not wanting to draw attention away from the teacher.

The purple fey was the first Fey she'd met since coming to the Academy, not that she'd been there all that long at that point. She'd met other Daydreams though, it was only a matter of time before more Fey' s made their appearance on the campus. She had joined the Dance class assuming a lot of her fellow Fey would enjoy the class as well.
She was very happy when he made his way over to join her. She spoke quietly as well, but with a hint of charm in her voice. "You can call my Kimi" her gold eyes scanned the purple lunar Fey, she really loved the markings on his wings and the color of the flower on his chest. Sher gave him a flirty smile. "And what can I call such a charming gentleman?"

He gave a bright smile toward the other Fey, and slicked back a couple of unruly strands of his hair. "I'm Akylan, it's nice to meet you, Kimi." He pulled her hand close and gave it a small kiss. He was glad that she seemed to take kindly to his affections, he had met other girls before that weren't so keen on his brand of niceties, but of course, they weren't Fey so they really didn't know what they were talking about. Of course a Fey would see them for what they were and be just as kind in return. "So what brings a lovely lady such as yourself to the Below?"

As much as Kimi really was starting to like Below and the many different cultures in it, there was just something so refreshing and comforting in the way Fey's tended to communicate with one another. That's not to say all fey were rainbows and sunshine, but the fun ones were! Already Kimi could tell she was going to like Akylan, he's probably be a great partner (in a non-romantic sense) for her upcoming years at the Academy.
"Just a bit of wonderlust I suppose. I can't help but want to explore something new." She wanted to make all sorts of new friends as well, but things were a bit slow going in that department so far. She knew a lot of the people in her classes and House, but she hadn't been able to talk to them all yet. Still, any progress was good progress.
"And you?" Everyone had their own reasons, but she had a feeling that his was probably similar to her own.

Akylan nodded as he listened to her, giving her his full attention, regardless of whatever commands the teacher was trying to put forth to the group. He gave her his signature smile, happy to find someone who was so similar to himself. "I have to admit that I've had many of the same reasons." He began to explain, his eyes not leaving her. "It's a pleasure to meet someone so like minded. When I left I never thought I'd miss being among my own kind, however, meeting you here must have been serendipity. You remind me of what it was I loved so much about our homeland." Though to many his words might have seemed fake, he truly meant every bit of it. The Fae was a drink of cool water since he had been here. He had met a ridiculous amount of fake or otherwise unhappy individuals since coming here, and he was more than ecstatic to find someone who understood that life was about enjoyment, not endless schedules and appointments.
It also didn't hurt that Kimi was absolutely beautiful. He only needed to eyes to see that. She definitely put all the other girls he knew back home to shame, and that was saying a lot. He had had run-ins with lots of beautiful ladies, but there was something absolutely mesmerizing about Kimi to him, though he found it ironic that he had to come to the Below to meet a Fae that could sweep him off his feet the way she had. "And pardon me if it's rude to say so, but you are very beautiful, Miss Kimi. I'm sure you have had many others wanting to get to know you."

Kimi had a very similar mindset to Akylan. She had come to Below to experience something different, but aside from her Dance class, she was finding the atmosphere could be a bit smothering. She could never stray far from her little sun stone before beginning to feel sick and the students tended to be more...grumpy than happy a majority of the time. At least in her Dance class everyone was mostly smiles and fun. It was really great that this bright ray of sunshine had wandered into her class that day!
"Oh you. You're quite the catch yourself." Kimi fluttered her wings flirtatiously, although still subtle enough considering they were in class. To be honest she hadn't really had much interest coming her way since she transferred schools. Now back home? She could fill several closets with all the gifts she received.
"What are you doing after class? Did you want a tour? I'm a good guide!" Kimi gave him a little wink and then returned her attention to the front of the class where their teacher was showing them the next steps of the dance.

Akylan couldn't help but smile at the compliment, he gave a slight dip of his wings, a huge grin on his face. "I thank you. But I don't compare at all to how beautiful a lady of your stature is." It was probably a good thing she hadn't told him that she hadn't had many suitors here. He would have exclaimed in horror and probably made a scene, which the Dancer teacher was sure to dislike for disrupting the class. Akylan wasn't sure how a girl like her didn't already have a million boyfriends, for him it was practically love at first sight, not that he would admit that. He had to remain partially mysterious.
At the mention of being able to spend more time with her, he smiled, nodding slightly. He did his best to try to not sound too enthusiastic, but it was probably showing in his eyes. He was more than willing to spend as much time with her as she'd let him. "I think I'm free." He tried to play it off as cool. "I'd love for you to show me around, if you don't mind?" Of course, he was sure she wouldn't have offered if she did mind, but it was best to be polite.

Kimi hid a silent giggle behind her hand. At this point she actually couldn't wait for Dance class to be over and it was by far her favorite class! She looked forward to it all the time! Akylan was really taking all of her attention away from the class though and she had to force herself to keep up with the instructions of the teacher. With Akylan in class, she hoped they could work together, rather than keep each other too distracted....
"Well, if I can take some time out of your busy schedule, it's a date." She gave him a little wink, trying not to be too obvious about their 'flirting' with the whole class around them. It had just been so long since she'd met someone who was this interesting. Below was nice and all, but the customs were totally different from what she was used to back home. At least it looked like class would be wrapping up soon.
