Putting the RIG's in the LK Christmas event was an awesome idea, it really helped out with deflation and it made me want to play the game. I didn't mind grinding away because I really liked the RIG incentive. Can you do this again with future events and maybe do it randomly through the year in between events?[/b]

for collecting the twelve days of Christmas freebie items we were promised that we would be able to exchange them for a special item if we had all twelve freebies.
You gave out a paws option for the freebie items however the paws base cannot exchange those item for the special item only the human base can.
This isn't fair at all, the Paws base gets left out of almost everything.
If you couldn't get the Owl Be Merry item to work for the Paws base then you should have made a separate item that would work for them instead of taking the lazy way out.
I'm also not the only one upset about this, check out this thread in site feedback.

In The Treehouse can we add some of the older event items in there? A lot of the older event items are outrageously expensive and hard to find if they were in the shop they'd become easier to get but they would still maintain some rarity because it takes forever to get enough stickers to buy an item. Can we have betta fish for our aquariums? They are pretty popular pets in the real world, I own a bunch of them. They don't have to drop a lot of gold or items. I mainly want them just because I think the flowy fins are colorful and pretty. Besides aquariums rarely get any new fish updates I think they need some new stuff.

With the aquariums we can have a max of 17 fish per tank, can we please be able to buy larger tanks form the fish shop so that we can have more fish in a tank? Now that fish are easier to get they are taking over our invos, which isn't a bad thing cause a lot of us love the drops from the dead fish but it would be nice to have the option to have bigger tanks. I think this would be a good gold sink too, there are a lot of people who maintain tanks and having the option to have bigger tanks for more fish would really appeal to them. [/b]

Is very vague, some items that are limited are from free event grants, others are from sponsors that cant be released again, and some are special items that were made from tickets. There's no guidelines up, granted these no-no's would be common sense for oldies but not for the newer members. [/b]

With the Arenas the only link that I can find to them in the drop down menus is for the Art Arena under Forums. To get to the Avi and Home arenas I either have to type it into the search bar or go to the map. Can you please put links to the Avatar and Housing arenas into one of the drop down menus? Doing so would be very convenient. [/b]
