Family
Rowan's mother is a successful business owner in Above, and comes from a prominent Elf family, Rowan's father is an illustrator and comes from a slightly-lesser prominent Elf family. Their marriage was arranged, and while it is a little stressed at times, the two Elfs love each other and made it work. Rowan's mother is more professional, hard, and uptight, while his father is more laid back and comedic. The two of them together make quite a pair. It was Rowan's father's idea to move to Below, to further explore the land and shake his artist's block. His mother agreed, but ends up spending long periods of time Above managing her company and visits sporadically. Rowan's father took the stone with him Below, settling in to their quaint new home and waiting for the return of his wife to awaken their stone.
Plans for the Future

Personality
- - - patient ; Rowan has his moments, but generally he is hard to anger. He tries to be empathetic, hoping that if he gives people time to open up they'll do the same for him.
- - - kind hearted ; It's not that Rowan tries to be aloof and awkward. He genuinely likes people. Normal people like other people after all, and Rowan wants to be as normal as he can be despite the voices that live in his head. When he talks to people, he really tries to listen, being as attentive as he can.
- - - docile ; Rowan is very good at following directions. He doesn't have a domineering bone in his body, which guides him to be more of a worker bee than a leader.
- - - detached ; It is hard for Rowan to concentrate, which leads him to space out and let the white noise wash over him. He has friends, but they are distant and he doesn't get invited to a lot of outings because he doesn't talk much.
- - - tactless ; When Rowan does talk, though, his verbal filter isn't very good. He doesn't pick up on sarcasm easily, or detect the emotions of others very well.
- - - lacking self confidence ; Rowan doesn't really believe in himself. Because he is inherently awkward, he doesn't think he has it in him to be very likable, and has convinced himself that he's not worth most people's time.

Your Nightmare has just woken up on a day where they have class. What is their morning ritual? How do they get ready?
Rowan tossed and turned, plagued by a particularly bad dream when the alarm on his watch buzzed and pulled him from his dreamscape into the darkness of his dorm room. He sat up in his bed, still breathing heavily, wiping the cold sweat off of his forehead. His crystal watch read 5:25 am. His bad dream had disturbed one of his roommates, who groggily shot him a disgruntled look before they rolled over. The lanky Elf grabbed the comb from his little shelf along with a t-shirt, shorts, and his running shoes and socks. He made his way to the dorm's bathroom and changed into his running clothes, attempting to tame his bedhead before his morning run. Like always, he gave up after he nearly lost the comb in his hair, slipping back into his room to deposit his neatly folded sleeping clothes and his wide-toothed utensil before setting out into the dark cool air.
Rowan had around an hour and a half to run, which gave him enough time to shower and gather his books and homework for class that day when he got back. He was working on his endurance,and could nearly keep a steady pace for forty-five minutes after his fifteen minute warm up stretch and light jog. The quiet that surrounded him on his early morning runs comforted him from his bad dream, the silence surrounding him and clearing his mind. This was where he could be completely himself without worrying about stumbling on his words or saying something awkward or out of place. He had no one to impress out here, wasn't getting a grade or being forced to do something he didn't want to do. He was free.
He set his watch after warming up and gave this run his all, making record time before almost collapsing on a bench by a small fountain. A large dimpled smile spread across his face as he caught his breath, almost laughing with delight. If he kept up this track of improvement, he would be able to do almost a full round of the campus before his Junior years! Cooling down on his walk back to his dorm, Rowan took a well-needed shower and dressed in his uniform, taming his hair with a bit more success before gathering his bookbag and homework and heading out for the class of the day: social studies.

Appearance: Looks good! Your custom form is missing the A or B next to the "freshling" part!
Backstory: I like what you have here a lot~ especially your plans for the future.
I noticed that as a freshling, he thinks he hears voices, and as a junior he becomes more paranoid-- but those are the only two references to any mental health problems (minus some coping mechanisms in his habits section) that Rowan may have. If you could expand on that a little more, that would be very helpful!
Personality: Everything here looks good! Just add that expansion on his mental health and it'll be A+!
