If Niadra had learned one thing from trying to customize the bracelet she had made it was that sometimes things were better off simple. Her bracelet had been pretty, even if it was simple, and as soon as she had tried to make it more complicated she had messed the whole thing up. She had to remind herself that she was no crafter, and that she had never even made anything like that before. She should have been happy with what she made, but like with her dance she had tried to over complicate things and that was where she went wrong.
Again she collected the glass pieces and brought them to the crafters tent, a sorry expression on her face. The crafter hadn't been that amused with her when she left, especially since she had broken one of his tools along with the bracelet she had made.
"I promise that I won't break anything this time. I just want some string and the tool to make the hole. I promise that I won't mess anything up, please just give me another chance."
The crafter looked doubtful but handed her the string and the tool to create the hole inside of the glass anyways. Niadra smiled, taking the supplies before the crafter had a chance to change his mind, thanking him profusely. Quietly she sat in the corner and repeated what she did the last time, this time not even breaking any of the glass pieces. She finished pretty quickly and handed the tools back to the crafter, leaving his tent with a smile on her face. This was the easy part though. She knew it would be much harder for her to give her mentor the bracelet and tell her that she was leaving. Oh well, one thing at a time.
As she walked towards her tent the bracelet, which she was wearing around her wrist so she wouldn't lose it, broke. With a frown Niadra shook her head. Looks like she would end up buying it after all.
