The Divine Tree Introduction:It has been sometime since Naruto became Hokage and his children have grown and started going to the academy as Genin. The world has been at peace for some time with new ninjas being trained alongside the famous children. But there are stories floating about about a battle that had taken place before the peace over something called The Divine Tree. Some know the tale of the great tree, of a princess who used its fruit to become very powerful to stop the endless wars for good. But when she had two sons that were just as powerful as she, she went insane thinking they would end her rule and fused with the almighty tree. Though she was stopped, the tree still stands, laying dormant somewhere with forbidden fruit that can give immense chakra to the one who eats it. And someone is on the look out for this tree, stopping at nothing to find it and obtain the fruit. Rules:1. Follow all Gaia ToS rules. 2. No god-modding please! It makes things not fun. No super powered ninjas with all the jutsus or anything like that. 3. Canon and OCs are allowed! PM me what canon characters you want to be or your profiles and I'll be sure to put you down as them. Reserving is allowed as well. 4. Romance and fighting are allowed but keep it PG-13. No cybering 5. Please be literate. At least one paragraph and no * for actions or text speech. 6. I am way behind on the Naruto series so I might not understand everything but I can always use google to look it up so feel free to use whoever you want and whatever jutsus you want so long as they aren't overly op. 7. Multiple characters are allowed as I will be using multiple ocs of my own. lol 8. Have fun! We can always discuss more plot ideas and stuff later in the ooc thread to make this rp even more fun. =D

Shark Demon of the Leaf
Shayu looked around as he moved to his normal training ground, it was a river near one of the squad training grounds. He walked out over the water, balancing the chakra under his feet till he walked to the middle and sat down on the water. He balanced the chakra under him, as if solidifying the water. He began to meditate a bit, using his chakra sensing to look all around him, sensing the chakra in all the living things around him.

I'm just doing what we're told...Location: Forest to training ground in Leaf Village
OOC: Sorry for the late intro post. Been busy.Coming through the forest, back from a mission were three young girls. One with long icy blue hair tied in pigtails, one with long purple hair tied to a single ponytail with a big yellow bow, and one with lavender hair that went down to her shoulders. Each were hopping from tree to tree though the purple haired one almost fell over twice. "Come on Midori, keep up!" the blue haired girl shouted with a grin, continuing on as she approached the training grounds of the village. "I'm...I'm coming Kiyumi!" the purple haired girl cried back, huffing a bit as she tried her best to follow her teammates. As they approached the river of the training grounds, the lavender haired girl spoke up. "I sense someone else in the training grounds." she said, her tone emotionless and dry. Kiyumi grinned. "Good work Naoko. Probably another Genin like us training! Let's go watch!" she said and ran faster towards the person at the river. "W-wait for me!" the youngest ninja squeaked and tripped over a branch and fell out of the three and a couple of feet away from the boy who appeared to be meditating by the river. "Ow..." she moaned, laying on her stomach in the grass.  Lately I've been, I've been losing sleep
Dreaming about the things that we could be
But, baby I've been, I've been praying hard
Said no more counting dollars, we'll be counting stars

Shayu was sitting on the edge of the water when he sense the chakras of three women coming his way. He remembered them from school during when they were training. It wasn't long till he found that one of them fell before him. He hadn't even opened his eyes as he sighed behind his mask, "I have heard of wanting to drop by but taking it a bit far there Midori?" He asked as he opened his eyes, his solid black iris mixed with his pupil as he looked at her before looking up at where the other two were, "Naoko and Kiyume... aren't you going to aid her?" He asked curiously.
He got up from sitting, meditation seemed like it wasn't going to happen now that others were here but he looked around at all the female ninja, "So what brings you three out here?" He asked figuring it was training but he was curious to as what kind.

OOC: Midori slowly stood back up, brushing herself off and blushed when she came face to face with Shayu. "H-hi Shayu." she said shyly and with a tiny wave. Kiyumi was still in the tree when Shayu called out to them. "Aw Midori, we weren't supposed to give away our position." she said and climbed down to meet the two. "He would have sensed our chakra even if we stayed in the trees." Naoko commented rather bluntly. "True." Kiyumi called back to the short ninja who leaped out of the tree and landed swiftly next to her. The blue haired girl turned to Shayu. "Hey, we were just passing by and saw you training and decided to check it out. Though I guess we could do with a little bit of training ourselves...perhaps." she said with a big grin. Midori continued to blush at Shayu and nodded slightly in agreement. "I...I guess I could practice my fire chakra more." she said quietly, looking away towards the ground. Lately I've been, I've been losing sleep

Shayu looked between the teammates as they spoke. He saw that Midori was blushing but figured it was her feeling embarrassed but he sighed, "Well either way, I did sense you three a half a mile away without trying... as its been said about my clan, were good trackers. Either way, If you three need training, you need help from someone else instead of working off each other." he said as he looked at them, his solid black eyes passing from one to another. He looked at Midori, "Well then no better way to improve than to go against its opposite, water. I'll spar with all three of you at once." He said as he meant that it would be three on one, "Lets see if you three can take me on." He said thinking that he was decent enough to solo fight all three of them.

Fidgeting itty bitty master watches “Oh what an ugly taleAshton walked towards the training fields after his introduction into Konoha as part of the Treaty after the fourth Shinobi war, he pulled his hood over his head to hide his distinctive silver hair and pale purple eyes as he did so not really wanting to attract attention as he jumped into the trees and dashed toward the training field only stopping on the edge when he saw the small group gathered there, crouching he suppressed his chakra and watched to see what would happen Sprawling and crawling down the body and throat

Drink in and sink in every bit of your life

  Alteric moved through the woods, he had a cloak on with the hood up to hide his identity. The bracers on his arms restrained his massive chakra, he wore them so he wouldn't lose control of it. That day he escaped the destruction of his home, he had also taken a couple scrolls of his clan's history. In the oldest writings, it spoke of a terrible destructive force brought upon the world by one of their clan when they lost control of their chakra. As he walked along he looked up suddenly as he sensed five chakra signatures in front of him, one of which was pushing his down to try remaining hidden. If he wasn't trained in hunting the invisible, his chakra would have remained hidden to him. Alteric dropped his chakra levels down to near zero, he then resumed his walking along. He moved up to a tree and looked around it at the four in the clearing near the water, he could tell by their chakra levels that they were only Genin. He too was curious to see what would happen himself, he smirked some as he remained there silently hidden in the shadows. ~*~ Meanwhile on the top of the wall surrounding the village was Arianna, clutched in her hands near her chest. Was a scroll, written in it was a report from Alteric to her and him mentioning that he would be returning to the village on this day had made her excited. It took everything she had not to just go running out to try and meet him on the road, though she wasn't sure which direction he was coming from and she felt it was best that she wait here near the main entry into the village for him. As she stood there, Arianna closed her eyes. She could almost feel Alteric's pressence nearby, from even when they were young. The two of them could always sense each other, regardless of how much Alteric pushed his chakra down. She reopened her eyes slowly and looked out over the forest surrounding the village, "He's almost home" She said to herself.

OOC: Kiyumi stood with her arms crossed and a smirk on her lips. "All three of us against you? You're brave, I'll give you that. Sure, we'll take your offer." she replied to his challenge. The three of them got into position, each posing rather oddly. "Ready? Go!" Kiyumi commanded and was the first to take off flying in a charge, fist clenched ready to strike Shuya in the stomach then land a kick on the side. Midori leaped high in the air and shouted, "Goukakyuu no Jutsu" making hand signs then inhaling and exhaling a stream of fire. Meanwhile Naoko disappeared into the trees and whispered, "Shadow Manipulation Jutsu." making the shadows of the trees come to life and reach out to strike. Lately I've been, I've been losing sleep

Shayu looked between the female team members before sensing a chakra presence for a moment before it surpressed itself. He figured the ninja observing wouldn't be an issue but would keep an eye in that direction. He saw that the girls took the chance to take him on but he was use to fighting alone. He quickly dodged Kiyumi's strikes, and would have countered her with his close combat style but he jumped back, landing on the river surface and using a water manipulation jutsu, created a domed water cover that blocked the stream of fire sending steam into the air. He also used the water manipulation to create streams of water to counter the shadows attacks if they could. Shayu was good at keeping watch of peoples abilities and learning about them. He went through school with these three, so he took the chance. He used the Hidden mist technique which used the steam and water to create a thick mist that surrounded all three of them.

OOC: Sorry for a late reply, been busy.The three girls had no idea their training fight was being watched as they were too busy concentrating on attacking Shayu. His counter worked though Kiyumi was ready to charge in again, Midori's fire disappeared and she quickly ran to the side the send another attack, and the shadows struck the water and disappeared in the ground. The thick mist made all three ninjas stop in their tracks before quickly grouping up and standing with their backs to one another. "Midori, you think you can create a fire hot enough to light up the fog?" Kiyumi asked the younger girl while standing posed ready to strike. Midori was looking around anxiously. "I-I can try." she replied and made some hand gestures. "Housenka no Jutsu!" she said and summoned small balls of fire around them and sent them out in all directions, opening to clear up bits of the fog. "He's coming." Naoko said, the only one of the three who had a great sense of sensing others chakra. She still didn't notice the others as she was specifically trying to sense Shayu. Lately I've been, I've been losing sleep
