Kirigakure has my vote. Still, Suna-for-life, but Kiri is more diverse setting wise.

Don't really have an opinion one way or another but since my only character is in Kirigakure, I guess it gets my vote.

Sunagakure...
I think that it should be in a less popular guild location and I think that it would be cool to make everyone move to the desert. I think that would be an extra hardship for the majority of the RPCs.

Out of the main five: Kirigakure.
But if we can have one of the less popular locations for a village-wide plot, I'm all for Uzushiogakure.
