The Roman Bathhouses
Although the actual Bathhouse in Ancient Rome were notorious for their mixed gender public nudity and their rowdy behaviour and their sometimes unsanitary water - the Bathhouses of New Rome and Tertio Rome are very different from their Ancient counterparts.
The Bathhouses now function more as social spa-like resorts with single gender and mixed gender facilities depending on what you want. The Baths have swimming pools, saunas, steam rooms, massage tables and all sorts of relaxation and bathing utensils to help one relax.
And even though most people in Tertio Rome have their own wash facilities, The Bathhouses are still very popular and are often used for more social or business-like endeavours rather than actual bathing. It is said that if one wants to close a deal or put their fingers on the pulse of the Rome, all they need do is go to the Bathhouses and they will know.
