How about a place to advertise existing role plays both in and outside the guild, as well as other guilds? Possibly in exchange for mutual advertisement. They advertise their thing in Whatever Your Muse but have to advertise Whatever Your Muse in their thing? A mutual benefit sort of thing. That way the guild isn't one of those self-centered "it's all about us/we don't care about you" places nobody likes.
I do have plans to initiate an affiliations forum, as I do have one in my other guild. However, I am going to wait a little bit until my own guild gets some ground before advertising others.
