Personality: Rykuō seems to be carefree and not taking things seriously but in reality he is analytical and perceptive analyzing a situation and acting accordingly. At times his actions seem to be only for his benefit but have shown to be extremely loyal to his brother.
History: Rykuō lived a simple life enjoying every day to its fullest till he realized that as the years past he never aged and feeling alone he was afraid to make lasting friendships. When he activated his doll he found a lasting friend but could not control it till he met Reiner. With Reiner teaching him he finally manages to bond with his doll during that time he met others like him and no longer felt alone. Although he seldom steps in to take a attack for others he will do so without hesitation for Nero. He is also the younger brother of Nero

- Venom field: By preforming the sleeping yoyo trick a purple miss covers the floor that causes any but himself who are touching the ground to become slower and eventually renders them immobile

Doll's unsealed form: Rykuō swings the yoyo in order to unseal Hebinoō, to which it lengthens and widens taking the form of a sapphire snake with black stripes and green eyes. Hebinoō is commonly seen wrapped around Rykuō’s shoulders. She is highly malleable and can be used as a sword, shield, and whip. When using her powers Hebinoō's eyes glow indigo.

Dolls abilities
1. Snake Animation: A technique that allows Hebinoō to turn whatever she touches or sees into a snake through her imagination. These snakes are usually formed from the shape of lines from any material or object (such as pipes, ropes and cracks on roads) into snakes. The amount of snakes created are limitless and are entirely controlled by Rykuō.
2. Snake Snare: Hebinoō's ability lets her create seals all around an area that Rykuō is standing in. These symbols disappear and reappear wherever his enemy steps causing massive pillars of snakes to appear like a spike from the ground, stabbing and biting the enemy. They can also react and counter attack any threat to Rykuō
3. Constricting net: Works the same as Snake snare except that instead of attacking they wrap around the target and infect them with poison effectively trapping them.

Specialization: Restricting movement, Rykuō uses his dolls abilities to limit the area in which others can move.
