Temari was drinking as deeply as she possibly could. It did hurt to stand and she wanted to sit again. But the cool water felt good down her throat and seemed to calm her down quite a bit. If she could be calm that was.

She was in an uproar about the pups that she was going to have. She still couldn't remember who their father was, so she was worried about the questions that would rise from them. Maybe Jamaa would help her raise them? She could only hope, then she was in a pack. So there would be lots of other little ones to watch. So she didn't feel entirely alone in that. But still.

The warm winds ruffled her fur as she padded along, her throat dry and her paws aching as she moved away from where she met the other wild dog. Since than, she had traveled alone once more, only a wanderer because of her past. Shaking the thoughts out of her mind moments later, Miremba just moved closer towards where the grasses rose, remembering that was where there would be water.

However, as she finally pushed through the strong wall of wildgrass, she caught sight of another, and her ears fell flat on her head. Stilling completly, she took a deep, shuttering breath, and decided it would be best to turn away and avoid such contacts.

A crunch in the grass caught the pregnant female's attention and she swivvled both of her silky ears in that direction, causing her drop earing to dance on it's chain. Slowly she turned her head and caught sight of an ice blue female Wilid Dog. It would be hard for that female to hide in the long grass, unlike Temari who was tanish gold. She could just lie down and dissapear. That was her best defense right now since she was pregnant.

"Hello? What's your name?" She called out jovially. Her tail wagged heavily enough to make a noise that would show the female that she indeed was wagging it at all. She wanted the femme to know that she was friendly and not an enemy.

Dafina was on the search for Temari, He hadn't seen her for a long time, and he wondered if she was doing ok. He stuck his nose in the air, his nose could be heard sniffing from almost any distance.
"Temari?" He called out as there was a crunch then He heard Temari call out .

Because of his nature Dafina quickly bounded towards the ice blue female. He would protect Peach, he could smell pregnancy.

He would dash though the tall grass and come to almost a hault infront of the female growling. He didn't say a word, just growled.

Turnin her suddenly back, she stilled and took a deep breath. She just stood there blinking at Temari, not showing the normal friendlyness that most wild dogs held. Stepping back, she suddenly let out a growl of surprise as another came, and stepped farther back. Flashes broke through her mind of the night not so long ago, and she shook her head before moving away from view, deciding to peer through the grasses with mute aprehension.

Well, that was unexpected. Dafina lunged in front of the female wild dogs body and growled at the newer dog she'd just met. She didn't want to snap at him, after all she was insanely happy to see him again, but she didn't want to make the other dog mad.

"Dafina!" Laughter was in her voice and she pulled herself to her feet and walked up to him. She licked his nose happily and yipped in happiness. She had missed him so much, but she didn't want to lose a new friend.

So she walked a little closer to the female, Temari knew that she could protect herself, pregnant or not. "I'm sorry. What's wrong?" Her tail kept wagging, this wild dog female didn't seem that friendly. Maybe it ws just that she was shy, or maybe not.

Dafina pulled off from the other Female who still remaned namless and watched from a safe distance. A low growl still emitted from his throat.
"You be Careful"
He watched waiting to see what the other female would do.

Miremba let out a slow growl, "You dont even know me." She cholked out, no anger in her voice, just a soft pain as her eyes did nothing to hide it from the two. Turning her head away, she took a deep breath and accepted that he seemed to not even want her there, not quite affecting her as it should have, for she was used to being alone.

With her tail fallen down to a drag, she moved away with her light padding steps, moving out of the grasses and towards the dirt paths that went through the southlands. Pausing there, she looked up to the cloudless sky and thought of the past long forgotten.

Dafina would assume that Tem would give him a look that would say Go Fix your mistake.

"No wait, You can stay, I don't want to see you out there in the dangerous lands by yourself. Please stay?"
PostPosted: Wed Mar 22, 2006 4:53 pm

Temari nodded her head to Dafina's statement. She didn't want this female to run off. She wanted to be able to stay with them and take a drink and talk. Maybe even run or something, but she wasn't sure. She just wanted the other girl not to look so sad. So she walked forward on strained legs and yipped welcomingly.

"It's really lonely out there. Do you really want to be so lonely? I can't imagine that with that look you like it." Temari said. "What could be the harm in talking to us?

Miremba found herself still searching the skies that her markings mimiced so well. After a moment, she lowered her eyes and settled them upon the two others with a hidden mask of features, but her soft eyes still held the sorrow from her past.

"It is not something that can be cured by talking to one..." She said softly, a mocking smile crossing her maw as she all but laughed at herself, "...always, you will find yourself losing thoes you think are close." It was a twisted sense, but in her mind it was the truth. She had lost everything around her.

"Well, I don't suppose that anything that has that much lonlieness behind it would. But being with others might. You never know. Besides, you can't think that someone will leave you, we may part, but there could be a time where our paths cross again. Havent' you done something like that before?" Temari asked confused. She had separated from Dafina, yet she had found him again. The same with Jamaa and Temari. If you wanted to, you could run into anyone again.

Her tail wagged and she watched the other female's face closely. She didn't want the female to run away. She seemed so sad, so lost, so alone. Temari remembered that feeling. After she lost her memories and found that she was pregnant, she had been in those same shoes.

Dafina stood quietly tring not to be too much more of a pain than he already was. He knew he was too protective and he need not to be where they were but with the smell of babies all around him and the smell of Peaches Pregnancy there wasn't much else he could do but wish and have his daddy instints kick in.

Turning her head away despite the urge to stay, Miremba shook it back in forth a moment as her ears fell.

"It is not my intentions to stay, nor was it from the beginning...you just caught me." Sending them a ghost of a smile, she continued away towards the clearing, remembering their faces but deciding she would not quite be ready again. If she staied any long, she feared her past might be back to haunt her once more.

((Sorry, XD Miremba had to poof *realized that Miremba was about to have a breakdown* ; ; ))

Temari didn't want the female to go away and be lonely. Swishing her feathery tail she smiled at her in a warm way. Almost the way that she might smile at her pups when she had them. She knew that she had lost another possible friend that day, someone that she might have been able to help. But as she thought back, she was still helping Yakuti, trying at least. Miremba wasn't as bad off as her more skiddish pack mate, but she was a little saddening.

With a sigh, Temari turned back to the watering hole and let her ears drop. She was used to this really, so why did it make her sad?
