 Hailey stood outside of the Academy by the front entrance stairs, waiting. As she stood there she grumbled and scuffed her shoes on the ground -- kicking at little pebbles here and there -- and fussed with her backpack. She was waiting for her 'Big Sister' to meet up with her for the first time. The little Geist wasn't nervous, but she wasn't completely interested in doing this either. The only reason she signed up in the first place was because Malachi told her she should. He didn't want her to be lonely while his extra classes took up more of his time. "That guy is lucky I love him! Huff. All off... leaving me for more school work. It's so lame." she grumbled to herself as she bent down and picked up a little rock. She almost threw it at a post in the distance, but she got a better look at it "... Malachi would like this one..." she grumbled again, stuffing it and her hands in her pockets. "And the waiting continues!" she griped as she kicked another pebble. Not that her 'Big Sister' was late. Hailey was just impatient and grouchy.SpuddyZombie Hope this is okay! Hailey is grumpy right now... Don't mind her, Eileen! lol

 Eileen reached the steps of the academy but before she stepped down, a smile ran across her face. She was so excited on meeting her new sister, it was the only thing she looked forward too all day. Even lunch time didn't compare.
I hope she likes me she thought while walking down the steps. Of course Eileen would like her, she loves freshlings.
Eileen thought on how she wished she joined the program sooner but due to her being consistently busy, there was no way she could have. She regretted taking taking the extra classes while she was a junior.
Once she reached the last step, She looked around to see if she could see the freshling. Once she saw her, she smiled and walked over to her.
"Hi! Are you Hailey? My name's Eileen." she said, trying to keep her excited in.

In her own little cranky world, Hailey didn't really hear anyone around her. Not until her name was said, anyways. The Freshling lifted her head, but made sure to keep her eyes hidden behind her bangs just for the first glance. Hmmm.... This Senior was kinda hyped up.
Hailey kept quiet for the first minute, taking in what she could observe before she raised her head up more, bangs falling to the side. "I got questions for you, miss lady person. I hope you have good answers!" If this girl was going to be her sister, she was going to have to be good for it!
Stance widening, as if to pose a challenge, Hailey crossed her arms over her chest and started her bombardment of inquiries! "What's your favorite subject in school? Do you like extra classes? What's your favorite food? What do you think of plushies? Do you still have plushies? Are you a lover of Flitterats? Do you have a job? Do you have any other Little Siblings? Are you going to take me out for food? What's your opinion on cheese?" Yup. Those were all super important questions that needed being answered and she waited for them to be with a smirk on her face, waiting to see if her would-be 'Big Sister' would be stumped by any of them.SpuddyZombie Ahhaha... Oh gosh... Sorry that she's yours, Eileen! XD

The young baphomet looked down at the geist freshling and couldn't help but make a soft giggle.
"You're quite the questionable nigthmare." she said, while putting her hands on her hips. She seems so curious. But that's normal for someone her age to do and Eileen is a total random stranger. So she understands if Hailey isn't too sure about her.
"Well, my favorite subject is art. I do like extra classes, but only if it's ones I like." she paused, trying to think what her favorite dish was. There was so many.
"I really love steak fries. Especially the cheese which answers the cheese question. "she said with a small little chuckle. "I do love plushies but I only have one. Its pretty special to me, though. And I don't have a job, don't have any siblings but I will definitely take you out for some food." she laughed.
Eileen then reached into her pocket and pulled out a small furry ball with wings. It looked like a big candy corn. The furry creature stretched and looked at Eileen, then at Hailey.
"This is my flitterat Squeaks. I found him at last years Haunted Hollows. Poor little guy was left out in the cold. I take in flitterats that are abandoned or just homeless. I'll be a crazy flitterat lady one day, so yes, I do love them." Eileen said while petting Squeaks. He seemed to be pretty calm. itsie bitsie spider Eileen can handle it. She thinks shes too cute haha

Hailey looked up at the older girl, stumped on why she was giggling at her! Why was she giggling? The little Geist was most serious in all her questions. Hmmmm... This chick was going to be weird. Yup... Hailey settled on weird.
"Darn tootin' I am!" she interjected. But as the older girl placed her hands on her hips, so did the Freshling, as well as giving a raise of her chin. Although she settled on this senior being a weirdy, she was also waiting to see how her questions would be answered. Especially the food one because her stomach was grumbling some now and she was totally hungry. That's what she got for skipping lunch, though. But those veggies! Yuck!
And then answers began to flow forth, bringing a smirk to Hailey's face once more. These answers were totally acceptable. Art was awesome, so brownie points for that. No extra boring classes so that was more time for Hailey. Fries?! Fries were awesome, especially with cheese on them! Though the fact that the older girl only had one plushie was very sad. Super sad, really. Like... one of the saddest things Hailey ever heard! But then the little Geist was back to happy once more at the no job thing. Again... more time for her! And... and she was going to get her food? Sweet!
This senior was passing her test with flying colors. She loved everything she had heard to the point of forgetting one of the questions was unanswered. Hailey had let her guard down some, even stepping a wee bit closer, curious as to what was in the pocket. It wasn't until beady little eyes were staring her in the face that she let out a little yelp, backpedaling a few steps. Her eyes narrowed some as she shuddered. Flitterats gave her the creeps since that night with Malachi when she found one in her trick-or-treat bucket! But, for some reason, this one didn't seem as bad... probably because it looked like candy. "I... errr.." The Freshling inched closer, reaching her hand out some before pulling it back. "Does it bite?" That was her biggest fear... well, that and feeling those little rat feet on her skin. She... she was trying to make an effort here, at least.SpuddyZombie Oh good! Cause Hailey plans to be a handful lol Future Flitterat and Vespercat ladies here XD

Seeing Hailey scared of the flitterat, she qucikly pulled her pet back torwards her chest. Eileen forgot that not everyone likes flitterats. She felt a little bad that she scared her new little sister.
"Oh, I'm so sorry. I didn't know you were scared of them. He's really a nice little guy and he doesn't bite. Only cuddles" she said, while smiling. "But if you don't like them, I can put him back in my dorm. Don't want you to be scared."

Hailey twitched her bitty nose, debating on if she wanted to brave being around the little flitterat. It was a bit surprising to see the older girl pull it away from her like that. Did she think Hailey would hurt it? "'Scared? I ain't scared! They... just weird me out is all." Standing more upright after noticing that she was kind of slouched and hiding away some. "Malachi has one. It scared me when it popped on out of my trick or treat bucket." The Freshling inched a wee bit closer once again, giving the rat a look. "It won't eat my food, right? I'm good with it if it won't eat my food." Yeah... she would at least try to be good with it. She loved her pets, so she got it.
"Speaking oh food... Where yah taking me?~" Yup... food was more the matter in her mind right now, especially as her stomach grumbled a little louder now.

Eileen smiled at Hailey and placed Squeaks back out towards her. She contunied to pet her flitterat, making sure he'd stay calm. She didn't want him to freak out around the young Geist.
She looked over at her when she mentioned her friend. Who's Malachi? She wondered. Must be one of her freshling friends.
"Oh no, he wont eat your food. He'll only take from mine," she laughed. "Oh, I almost forgot about food. The only thing that can get my mind off it is flitterats. Isn't that silly?" she said. She took a quick moment to try to think of a place to take her. Eileen couldn't think up anything though so she turned to Haily and asked "Where would you like to go? "

Hailey watched the flitterat being held out to her once again. She didn't even notice until she needed to take a breath that she was holding it to begin with. Oh geeze. Those beady little eyes... But she got her bearings together, reaching out to touch it on the forehead with the tip of her finger. "Eep!" she let out with a bit of a giggle. After a moment, she began to pet the little rat lightly with just the one finger a few times before pulling her hand back. "I... errr.. I guess he's not too bad."
Her eyes looking between pet and owner before offering Eileen a grin. Okay... She could warm up to the two of them she supposed. Especially since one was going to get her food and the other wasn't going to eat it! She laughed as the older girl talked about food and smiled so big her cheeks began to hurt. "Naaaah... That's like me with art!" But hmmm... now she was asking where she wanted to go to. Honestly, Hailey hadn't a clue what kind of place she'd like to go to. "Uhmmm... OH! How about a place where we can get cheesy stake fries!" He fingers laced together and she bounced up and down excitedly at the thought.

Eileen laughed at Hailey's reaction. "I use to be like you, not sure of Flitterrats. But I learned to love them with time. " she said. She then placed Squeaks on her shoulder, letting him perch
The baphomet pondered again. There were two places in town that sold steak fries. She'd have to pick between the two. She'd had to make sure that they were the best so her new little sister liked them.
"I believe I know this place that sells the best ones.I'll take you there now." Eileen said.

The expression on Hailey's turned to one of surprise. "Really? You didn't like them before? Huh... Well I can't promise I'll like 'em, but yours is pretty cute for being a rat~" she said, giving a snicker as she watched the little critter take its spot on Eileen's shoulder. "If I do end up liking them... they'd have to watch out for my Vespercat." the little Geist commented with a bit of a twisted smirk. "Booka and Whipporra are kinda lazy, but they might keep little Flitterats on their toes..." and she made a funny face because all she could think of at that moment was those little rat feet on her skin.
Of course, the mention of knowing the best place for stake fries totally took Hailey's mind in a different direction! "Food! Yes! Let's go! My tummy is gonna start eating me from the inside out if it doesn't get food soon!" She was oh so good at being overly dramatic. Without thinking on it, she smiled and reached up, taking her new big sister's hand. "Let's go!"SpuddyZombie If you still want to keep it going or wrap it up is fine by me~ Hailey will gladly take the chance to stuff her mouth full of fries XD
