It was about time for them all to meet. At least, that's what he thought. It was just easier to speak about people if they all knew each oher, after all. That, and he thought that perhaps Parodia and Perigor would get along. Both were fairly... overbearing, but in different ways. Perigor was... unique. Parodia was aggressive. Though, he he had worried that perhaps the two high energy personalities would meet and expand, which would be far too much for him to handle on his own. So, he'd brought Histeol as well. Histeol was calmer... Much easier to handle than either Parodia or Perigor combined.

Thankfully they all had the same lunch period. This time he'd asked Parodia to wait for them in a specific location. Once he spotted her - hard to miss with that pink hair - he started off towards her table. "This way. She is waiting for us already." He glanced back to Perigor, and Histeol for a moment before continuing on his way.

User ImageHisteol had never met Perigor until today, and found his fellow hybrid to be...odd. There was something a little unsettling about him, as if he was vibrating with an unknown energy, slightly out of sync with the world. It hadn't helped that Perigor had introduced himself by loudly and enthusiastically announcing that he was not only weird, but also crazy and evil. Evil! Who called themselves evil?! So Perigor was odd, verging on creepy, and yet, despite swiping Teo's glasses and poking his blank face, Peri did not seem particularly dangerous, or indeed, particularly malevolent. Just a silly buffoon who liked pushing people's buttons and carried around with him a cloud of emotional darkness.

But Prometheus was his friend, and he trusted Promme. If Promme said that Perigor was alright, and a friend of his, then Teo was not going to argue. Especially since this was not the only friend of Promme's he'd be meeting today. Promme had promised to introduce all of his friends to each other, and that included Parodia. He hadn't heard of her yet--well, okay, he had, but only a couple vague references from Promme. She sounded interesting. Well, she had to be, to be Promme's friend! So he was definitely looking forward to meeting her, his cane sweeping back and forth across his path.

User ImagePeri giggled and jumped over the cane. "You can't hit me, I'm the pumpkin king!" he sang at his fellow hybrid. Perigor was in good spirits today. He'd made a new friend! Someone else who was polite enough not to rub his face in his own awfulness. He liked Histeol already. He was weird, but in a fricking awesome way. He had no eyes! How cool was that? His face was just dimpled where his skin stretched over his eyesockets. There was even flesh underneath! Cool, right? And Prometheus was going to introduce him to a new friend today, his friend Parodia. Peri was very excited about that. He'd gone from having no friends to having three in a short period of time, and he took that as a good sign. He was practically bouncing off the walls, but at the look from Prometheus, he made an effort to calm down. It was hard not to--Prometheus was so cold, so cool . He made everyone else look like a really little kid by comparison. It was hard to resist someone like that! So he kept himself calm by going over in his head all of the folds of an origami eagle. That would be nice for Histeol--it represented his wing! He wondered what animal would be best for Parodia...

When he saw that they were making their way towards a pink-haired Baphomet girl he ran over to her, ahead of Prometheus and Histeol. "Hey!" he said. "Are you Parodia? 'Cause I'm Perigor, the evil one!"

Parodia was very interested in meeting Promme's friends. Who were these other people that her friend hung out with? Were they good enough for him? Would they take her place...? Would she be left out? The mutated bapho sat calmly at the table Promme had designated as the metting place, her expression unusually sedated.

When she spotted Promme her mouth instantly spread into a wide toothy grin and she waved at him excitedly for a moment then set her hand back down on the table. Minutes after spotting Promme an interesting looking demon hybrid ran up to her table with an interested introduction. She looked him over with a critical eye, her face set in a little scowl. "I am Parodia. I guess... It's not too terrible to meet you Perigor. Sit down." She turned her slitted eyes to the other freshling standing beside Promme. "And you are... Histeol, right? I've heard a little about you. Promme says you are really smart. You can sit as well." She flicked her eyes to Promme and smiled toothily. "Sit Promme! Are you hungry?" She offered the tray she had set aside to him.

Ah, that grin of hers... At first it had been unsettling, but he had grown to pity her for it. Not that he'd ever state so, oh no. It was an obvious mark of irresponsibility on the behalf of whomever had awakened her, nothing she could be blamed for. Still, she was the one suffering the consequences. Histeol suffered the same, though he supposed blindness was a problem many others who did have eyes suffered from.

He couldn't help but internally roll his eyes at Perigor's greeting. Did he always have to do that? Parodia didn't seem all that amused by it, which... was a little surprising, actually. He'dve thought she'd be all about that.

Once joining her at the table, he nodded a greeting and then sat, absently watching to see if Histeol would need any assistance. He knew he wouldn't, but it was only polite. "It is good to see you, Parodia." He looked at the tray, and then shook his head. "I am not hungry at the moment, but thank you. Are either of you hungry?" He turned to look at Histeol and Perigor, quirking a brow in question.

User ImagePeri liked Parodia's grin. It was big and toothy and kinda cute, but mostly it was fricking cool. He tilted his head at her, looking her over. The way she had responded, all cool and scowly, was definitely a sign that she was one of Prometheus's friends. She seemed pretty awesome. Or at least really bad-butt. And Peri was definitely in favor of meeting some bad-butts. The scowl didn't turn him off--most people didn't like him. Didn't mean they couldn't be friends, right? They were both Prometheus's friends, and if he wanted them to be friends, then they would be friends. End of statement. "It's super fricking cool to meet you, too, Parodia." Since she had not offered him a hand to shake, he did not shake hers. Neither did he hug her or try to feel around her mouth. That scowl said no, in some pretty clear and consistent language.

She had, however, ordered him to sit, so sit he did. He made sure that he had at least three thighs' widths of space away from her so that he was only barely brushing her personal bubble (or where he estimated it to be) and waited for Prometheus to sit. He flashed Teo a jealous glance. How come he couldn't be the smart one? ...Oh, right. It was also a little shocking to find out that she also called Prometheus by a nickname. Everyone else seemed so comfortable... "Nah, not really all that hungry. I'm cool." He actually was hungry, but if no one else was eating, then neither was he.

User ImageApparently Parodia had misgivings about their new friend as well. Well, Perigor did not leave a good impression on people, probably. Teo made a note to have a talk to Perigor about that. Leaving a good first impression would get him far in life he was sure. But that was a discussion best done in private. In the present, there was someone who had addressed him. Teo shifted his cane to the other hand and held out his right hand towards Parodia. Not everyone shook his hand, especially peers, but he wanted to try anyway. Not only because of first impressions--shaking hands could tell Teo a lot about a person. Specifically, it identified their race, though Promme had already told him that Parodia was a Baphomet. It would be nice to have some confirmation. "It's nice to meet you, Parodia. I hear you are very brave. I wouldn't really call myself smart, though--I just know smart people. I picked up stuff from them."

He sat down across from Parodia, cane held between his knees. "I'm not particularly hungry," he murmured to Prometheus. "But I am a little thirsty."

"It's great to see you too Promme!" Parodia said with nearly sparkling eyes. Promme was just so cool! She really enjoyed being around the composed litch. Because of him she got in less trouble with the teachers and caretakers. Promme said he wasn't hungry so she moved the tray closer to Perigor and Histeol. "You guys can eat too, if ya want." She invited with a small smile.

Perigor couldn't be too bad if he could tell how awesome she was within a few moments. She was just put off by how he introduced himself as evil. She had no qualms with evil people, she was kinda a witch herself, but he was so up front about it that it would make him an easy target to blame if anything bad ever happened to others. He needed to be more secretive.

She blinked as Histeol offered his hand to her. He really was mature. She reached out and shook his hand firmly. "Nice ta meet ya, Histeol. Brave? Did Promme say that about me?" she giggled softly. "It's kinda true. I don't fear anything!" She reached out and grabbed the bottle of water she had got with her lunch and set it in his hands. "Here ya go."

The bapho then looked to Perigor and held out her hand. "Shake my hand. Next time you introduce yourself keep out the evil part. Be more secretive, so you aren't the first person people blame if anything bad happens. Promme taught me that." She admitted with a little glance at the dark haires litch.

Perigor's behavior did not escape Prometheus' notice- the way he purposely stayed out of Parodia's space bubble to the slight jealous glance he gave Histeol... He would need to praise him later, perhaps. After all, a good friend uplifts his peers when they're upset, yes? "I hope you were not waiting too long, Parodia." He nodded a little, glancing back over to Perigor again... Now would not be the time to make any compliments- that should be done in private.

"Ah, Parodia, you do not have to give up your water, I could go get some. It is not a bother." He tilted his head, though he took this as a good sign. Histeol, he hadn't really been worried about. He tended to leave a good impression on most people right off the bat. it came with maturity, probably. "It was merely a suggestion- but I am pleased that it is working for you." He looked over to the others to explain, "Parodia enjoys pranks." That would suffice for now... if Parodia chose to elaborate, she could. Though he would deny any outright involvement in the more... dangerous pranks. It just wasn't part of his image.
