Tomorrow, my school is having a blood drive, and I'm due to have my blood stolen around 9:30 in the morning.
I'm scared... I hate needles... Well, I'm not as bad as some people, but I don't think anyone likes to have a needle jabbed deep into their skin. Especially when it's a blood drive and they're sucking it out of you.
But hey, I get to pig out on food afterwards, so it's all good... I think. x_x;;

Every time my high school had a blood drive after I had turned seventeen I donated, and once I was sixteen my mother and I would go to malls and such and do it there. Then again, needles don't bother me, I've had them poked in me since I was tiny. But it's a really good cause, so even if you're a bit squeamish about needles, do it anyhow if you can manage.

My husband donates blood regularly, in fact they call him up and ask him to donate. I wouldn't mind doing it, but usually when they have a blood drive, it's on a day when I can't make it or don't have anyone to watch the girls for me...one of these days I'll go and give blood smile
My step father has been donating blood for years and recieved a few awards for his generousity...I think that's awesome 4laugh

Yeah, my grandma has donated so many times she has like four 'Gallon' pins. So, in her lifetime thus far, she's donated four gallons of blood... nice. I strive to beat that record.
