Being a gun: Self explanatory. Maggie is a high powered laser magnum, having multiple settings for her energy blasts, including stun rays,, sonic pulses, heat blasts, and her highest level setting, the Decomposer. The Decomposer fires a massive bolt of energy that vaporizes its target on a molecular level, but it shuts Maggie down for three hours so she can recharge.
Transforming: Maggie can shift from her gun form to a small, bipedal robot in order to interact with her surroundings. She has no lethal weapons in this form, but has access to her stun rays. However, her transformations aren't always voluntary. If someone says the phrase "Golden Eyes," she's forced to change to gun form until she's told otherwise.

Background Story: As part of a C.I.A. project, several scientists wanted to make a weapon that could both be a devastating force and a useful infiltrator. In order to make operations more stealthy and avoid making full sized androids, they made a gun with advanced A.I. that could shift into a small robot to hack computers. This robot was named Project Quickdraw. The robot's repairs were left to a woman named Nico Colton, who actually grew to love the robot as her own daughter, giving her the name Maggie. Maggie learned quite a bit from Nico, including the value of human life. One day, Nico wanted to give Maggie a better life, so she tried smuggling her out of the lab. Unfortunately, one of the scientists grabbed Maggie and used her to shoot Nico as she made it out. Maggie managed to escape, but ended up lost in a nearby town. Now, she lives in the display case of a gun shop in Metropolis, hoping for a chance at a new, peaceful life.
