Legacies#11 Match The Brightest Lights (C) vs Cartwright and Jaws
The camera fades-in to show the WWFG Legacy Champion, The Extraordinary Englishman, Cartwright! The crowd cheers loudly for their champion as Cartwright is shown with everyone's favorite WWFG Interviewer, the beautiful Renee Young.
Renee: "Cartwright, congratulations on your WWFG Legacy Championship title defence against Trent. You faced him one-on-one just like he wanted. How does it feel to have showed him who the better man is once and for all?"
Cartwright smiles at the question. It's like a weight has been lifted off of his shoulders.
Cartwright: "It feels great Renee! After so many months of Trent whining, crying and complaining about a title shot that he didn't even deserve, he got it and just like everyone else who has faced me for the WWFG Legacy Championship, he went down for the three count!"
The crowd cheers Cartwright, because nobody likes Trent. Not even his own Mum.
Renee: "So Cartwright, you defeated Trent and you have defeated Bad Boy in singles title defences. It looks like you are the dominant force in the WWFG Main Event scene and the deserved Legacy Champion. What is next for you?!"
Cartwright looks at his WWFG Legacy Championship, which is draped over his right shoulder, showing it off to the camera.
Cartwright: "With Trent and Bad Boy disposed of, I am looking forward to seeing new faces rise up into the Main Event scene for a shot at the WWFG Legacy Championship! As we saw earlier tonight, Jaws and Miranda met in the ring for a shot at my WWFG Legacy Championship! That is two new faces rising up the ranks already and I'm looking forward to defending my title against the winner at WWFGs next Pay-Per-View show!"
Crowd: "JAWS IS JAWESOME! CLAP-CLAP-CLAP-CLAP-CLAP! JAWS IS JAWESOME! CLAP-CLAP-CLAP-CLAP-CLAP!"
Everybody loves Jaws, the man who lives to fight Trent.
Cartwright: "Can you imagine Jaws in the Main Event? I can, because he's already in the Main Event for the first time tonight, as he teams with me for the first time ever to challenge The Brightest Lights for the WWFG Tag Team Championships....for the first time! So many firsts! If you want to see Cartwright defend the WWFG Legacy Championship against Jaws, let me hear it now!"
Crowd: "JAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWS!"
Renee: "You seem pretty keen to wrestle Jaws, Cartwright. Is it because he is a little bit s**t?"
Cartwright looks shocked at the accusation. The crowd loudly boos Renee.
Crowd: "JAWS! JAWS! JAWS! JAWS! JAWS!"
Wow! This Jaws kid is so over with the WWFG Universe.
Cartwright: "Wow Renee! Such a potty mouth! Did you not hear what Jaws had to say in the ring last show, Renee?! He wants to face me! That's why he was in the match with Miranda, who also wants to face me! It feels so nice to be popular with the roster! I'm sure it has nothing to do with the WWFG Legacy Championship!"
Cartwright looks faux innocently into the camera. He must surely know better than that as a nine year veteran in the industry!
Cartwright: "The point is, I'm a fighting champion! A proud champion! I worked my arse off to win this title! I won the Royal Rumble, I overcame a career-threatening injury and went on to win this title on the grandest stage of them all, Wrestlemania! I love being the WWFG Legacy Champion and I love to show why I deserve to be champion! Being the proud champion that I am, I accept all challengers! Man, woman or in Jaws' case, animal! And I couldn't have done it without the great WWFG fans, who were always behind me 100% of the way! They deserve a fighting champion! They deserve to see new and exciting matches and I aim to deliver on that!"
The crowd applauds Cartwright for showing such passion for being their champion.
Crowd: "CARTY! CARTY! CARTY! CARTY! CARTY!"
Renee: "That's all well and good, Cartwright, but you seem to have forgotten about the shadow that looms over you. The Money In The Bank briefcase."
Cartwright rubs his chin at the thought.
Cartwright: "Of course I am aware of the Money In The Bank briefcase! However, I provide to you a few thoughts! First, it is held by my mate Hiro! I think Hiro is happy for my success, as I am happy for his victory at Wrestlemania when he won MITB! I think, just like I do with him, he respects what I have achieved and does not wish to spoil it...."
Cartwright gets a glint in his eye and smirks as he thinks about what he is going to say next.
Cartwright: "...secondly, if Hiro really thought that he could beat me for the WWFG Legacy Championship, he would have tried to cash it in on me by now!"
Crowd: "OOOOOOOH!"
Cartwright: "It's been great chatting with you Renee, but I have a Main Event tag team match to prepare for! You remember me talking about new challenges and challengers?! Here's a new challenge for me tonight, to win the WWFG Tag Team Championships and hold them with the WWFG Legacy Championship!"
The camera fades-out with Cartwright walking off-camera as Renee smiles.
JR: "The champion sounds confident, King! He's overcome all the obstacles put in-front of him and now he's looking for new challenges!"
King: "Pfft! I can't wait to see Jaws shock the world and become the new WWFG Legacy Champion! That will teach Cartwright a lesson! But up next, we get to see The Brightest Lights, Stevie and Silver, kick BOTH Cartwright and Jaws' asses and it's going to be great!"
