In a small mountain city named Aspen, used to lie a school by the name of Ashworth Academy. Ashworth Academy was home to a variety of SuperNatural Beings, and built according to house and teach these beings.They were the longest running school of its kind until the shadows began to consume the world.
With the loss of so many people to the beasts that came from the shadow. Ashworth closed its gates in rememberance of the dead students and teachers.
Following the closing, was said to be the end of the world. Streets full of havoc as stores and homes are raided and burned. War between Human, Mythical kind, And the demons from the shadow s lasted many years. Though the world is now less filled with both human kind and Demons, the Humans and SuperNatural Beings still hide in fear of being killed by the creatures of shadow.
Fifty years later the world is still consumed in shadow, a light shines out of the window at the top of Ashworth's tallest tower. The light a black flame, it was lit to show the way. Ashworth Haven was open to any SuperNatural Being or Human.
Ashworth was said to have been hand carved by a Grand Wizard sometime in the first century. Carved throughout the massive building is writing in a language that has long been forgotten. The language being a protective barrier for those on school grounds. The gates and walls of the school are also protected by these barriers.
