Orphaned at birth, Luka was raised along with several other children. Being Asian made her stand out quite a bit, and whilst she was Japanese, she was taught English as her first language then learned her native tongue down the line. She wasn't very good at making friends and thus developed a self esteem problem, but the teachers always told her to stay optimistic. Eventually she began to hide all of her insecurities behind that optimism, often ignoring her sense of fear and self conscious. Finally, she requested to leave the building at age 16 and move out. Luka wanted independence for herself. She wanted to go out and see the world with her own two eyes and choose the most exciting place to move to. She's lived there ever since. Sure the consistent strings of crimes and destruction was exciting, but it bothered just as much as not knowing her parents bothered her. Very little. She isn't a very exciting girl, just trying to go about her days without any worries. If trouble doesn't find her, she won't find trouble. However, despite all of this. There was a secret she his from almost everyone she knew. Luka had a weak immune system. Not enough to kill her, but she got dangerously sick rather easily. Not wanting to worry anyone, she never took any medications or asked for help. She worked through it via will power. Every now and again though, she'll have a small spur. Becoming very sick out of the blue, leaving her helpless for quite a bit.
