Magic, magic, magic! Elvira was all about practicing her magic. Ever since her training session with Newgrange, she had been so very pumped up about it. So here she was, out again, her tiny four foot eleven inch frame bouncing around as she looked for someone new to practice her attack on. Well, really…in a way it was more like looking for someone new to make happy. It didn’t sound quite so bad when it was put like that, looking for someone to make happy sounded much nicer than looking for someone to attack.
Yeah. Yeah she would go with that.
The chibi’s lip had jutted into a pout after about forty five minutes of searching for someone. Anyone. Finally there was something off in the distance. Someone was there, she felt them…a nice warm tingle, so she knew it was someone friendly!
The pout went away almost at once and the little senshi gave a little whoop of joy, breaking into a skipping run to go find this person. Upon getting closer, Elvira’s eyes widened. It was another senshi, or at least she thought it was!
“Hello there! I’m Sailor Elvira, I really like your top hat! Can we practice magic together? I really need some help with my aim and you look like you wouldn’t mind, so can we? Please?”
Upon closer glance, the senshi didn’t look too much older than herself. Maybe they could even be friends!

So.. Here he was. Trudging around the city, cursing under his breath, just WAITING for someone to come and talk to him, to punch.
What he wasn't expecting was it to be was a girl. A girl who happened to feel alot like him. Senshi wise, not look wise. She looked way too happy.
"You like it? eer.. Thanks.. Chara's the name... " He spoke through his teeth, willing down the urge not to be a complete d**k back to her. She was probably sweet. And nice... And UGH.
"You want to practice magic... Suree.... Okay, we'll practice magic.. But how about not on me, we'll find some b*****d to fight."

Elvira shrugged. “I mean, my aim is terrible so I’d rather practice on you if that’s okay! My magic doesn’t hurt anyone, honest!” All it did was make you feel happy and wonderful…or at least that’s what it seemed like it did. She wouldn’t be using it on people who were on her side of things if it hurt them! That would be terrible!
When the other senshi…Chara, or so he said cursed, the chibi winced just a little bit. She wasn’t too fond of curse words and honestly, anyone who used them so freely in describing other people made her just a little bit uneasy. “I really don’t want to fight with anyone, I don’t want to hurt anyone…I’d rather everyone just be…you know, happy and smiling and…nice to one another…”
Her sentence finished rather lamely and she shrugged. “You can practice your magic on me too if you want, unless you’re good at aiming…I’m still kind of really bad at it. I tried on my brother and the first time I missed so bad it was kind of completely terrible.” At least Newgrange hadn’t minded, and she had gotten to try again and he had ended up so…ugh.
Her attack was just perfect. When it hit.

Chara's eyebrow raised up when the girl seemed almost frantic about her powers not hurting anyone and that she'd rather practice on him.. THEN she stated she didn't want to fight anyone that she was all peaceful and 'want everyone to be nice'. What kind of world did this girl think they lived on?!
"Okay, Okay, One, kid, I was thinking more of a youma, then a person. Two, what kind of little crazy world do you live in to expect that we'd all get along. It's not going to happen! Haven't you seen the news? s**t's messed up and there's no way we can remain in a happy go lucky world no matter how optimistic you are." To his own surprise, his words are angry but not harsh, not as much so as before. Was it because he was worried about her reaction? Bah, either way, she MUST have known that.
"I've used my magic before, and it's fine. It's just firecrackers, really, but hey, it distracts people. If you REALLY want to try to fight me in practice, fine. Let's do it."

Elvira’s lip jutted into a pout again. Kid? She was almost fourteen, he couldn’t be that much older than she was…just because she was really short, that gave him no right to call her kid. And why shouldn’t she have a positive outlook on life? Nothing was ever gained by being unhappy…seriously. You always got more when you smiled and made people feel good than you did when you were grumpy and mean…didn’t he know anything?
Or maybe it was just she got away with more because she was cute. That was also a very big possibility.
The idea that his attack was firecrackers intrigued the chibi and the pout once again faded from her face, replaced by mild curiosity. “Firecrackers sound pretty neat! I wanna see them! You go first, okay Chara? Use your attack, then I’ll use mine on you and you can see just how I can make the world better all on my own!”

If Chara's eyebrows could go any higher they would disappear right into his hair line. This kid was so.. Weird. She switched her attention so fast it was almost kinda scary. But whatever, if it was her coping mechanism to handle his truth then let her use it.
"Yeah. Fire crackers.. I mean, it's really pieces of chocolate, but it's kinda LIKE fire crackers. Chara Chocolate Kiss." He held out his hand for the girl, and in his palm came a sizable amount of chocolate kisses.
"You throw them, then they explode. Kinda stings. And you can't eat them, I tried. They just kinda vanish."

“Woah…” She wanted to touch them. They looked so edible and…kind of delicious…now she wanted some candy…
“So they explode? That’s really cool. Like I said, my attack isn’t really an attack…It can’t do much for me if someone’s attacking me…but it can distract them, I think.”
Honestly, Elvira wanted to see the little chocolate candies explode but…she wasn’t going to have him throw them at her…but if he wanted to throw them somewhere else, she wouldn’t mind watching.
“Here! I’ll show you mine! Elvira Wreath!” The chibi clasped her hands for a moment, and then flung the wreath of poinsettias at Chara, giving a shout of delight when she managed to land it right on him. “Bullseye!"Kapoodles Sailor Elvira holds her hands together and says the name of her attack, then spreads the hands apart in a circle formation, creating a wreath of energy poinsettias. She flings these at an opponent and if they hit the/a target, the/a target will suddenly appear to be wearing a wreath of the energy poinsettias and a feeling of happiness will overtake them, lasting ten seconds. The attack can be used three times per battle.

"Explode and if they touch skin, they cause whelps and what. Totally aggressive, so yeah, Woah." A bit of pride swelled up within Chara as the girl pretty much oozed all over his attack in glee. Personally, he thought his attack was s**t, but if she wanted to coo and gush all over it, let her.
Elvira Wreath? Was that really her attack name? Her Senshi name? A vision of that creepy little girl from those Looney Toons cartoons he remembered watching growing up. Wait, wait, she was going to.. Was that a wreath? Was she going to really throw that at him? What was he supposed to do with these things in his hands?! Before he could stop her, the wreath came at him!
"AH!!" Chara squeezed his eyes shut, expecting to be taken out, but.. That wasn't it. That wasn't it at all.
Just happiness. He couldn't explain it, why he felt this way. It was warm and cozy, kinda like that feeling after having eaten too much after Thanksgiving. And hell, even the ever permanent crease in his brow relaxed allowing his face to actually look his age. It was magical, really. His eyes no longer narrowed and somewhere in the back of his mind he was sure that if he were to look into a mirror, he would no long be able to recognize himself without his normal scowl.
"Well.. Uh... This is different.." The hand not holding the little chocolate firecrackers came up to poke at the flowers around his neck. Energy, huh? Just like his candy. "Is there supposed to be a side effect? It kinda feels nice.."

“Nope! No side effects, at least none that I’ve ever seen…I mean, maybe the side effect that the world gets a little bit brighter for a little bit longer!” The change that her attack made in him made the chibi smile brightly. “I think you should feel happy more often! Seriously, I think everyone should!”
Elvira yawned largely and rubbed at an eye with one of her gloved hands. “It was really nice to meet you, you know! I think maybe we should do this again sometime!” With a small thought, she drew out her senshi phone and snapped a picture of the older senshi…flower wreath and all. Click!
“Ahaha! You look kind of adorable in the picture! I’ll text you sometime and we can hang out and stuff!” This phone was one of the coolest things about being a senshi, and she was so glad she finally had started using it. What a great tool!
“I should be getting home now though! Don’t you go and eat your firecracker nuggets okay?” She yawned once again and gave a sleepy little smile, glancing at the picture one last time before laughing and running off into the night, glad that she had, once again, managed to make someone happy.
She was so cool.

What the hell was wrong with this child?! She was speaking so fast, and without care that even through this weird hazy happiness Chara heard his mind go "Wait, what the flying ********?" Was that really even target practice? Was that even a real thing that just happened?
"Are you ******** serious?" Ten seconds had past and the wreath vanished allowed the scowl to return in full force.
"ARE YOU ******** SERIOUS?!" She had had the audacity to take a picture of him too! Not that he cared all that much because, hell, he was cute as ******** in this terrible outfit, but WITHOUT Permission?! That just wouldn't fly!
But.. Before he could even do anything, she was off and away, like she hadn't even existed. Of all the weird s**t he had seen.. He swore that this weird child was the weirdest of the weird he had ever seen. Maybe it was a ********' ghost or something.. Ghost of some weird Senshi child that had perished in all this fighting.. That was way too depressing..
Not wanting to think of it any more, Chara spun on his heel and headed back to his home. He was so DONE with this night.
