For the tail, "Moga Huey" it can be found actually at Go Fusion. Also Astra: Blue Swishing Wolf Tail (I think) and a few others can work as well. If you want the upper leg fur or what people call "shorts", look up Prince of Icy thieves. Although if you want a different color, just look up Thieves and you'll find plenty. The eyes, usually go with Base Vivid Red eyes, if for the serious look "Pride of Hubris". You can just really experiment with eyes on Avi Builder. Hair? That is debatable. Mostly just try to experiment around with it till you find one you like. There really isn't a good hair for it. Those "dreads", either experiment with hair, "Dark Dolphin Tail", or "Astra Black Fluttering Hair Bow". The nose is simple and cheap, "Black Nosey Face Tattoo", you can just get one black ink and get it at skin tyte for 25g. Although there are 4 recolors of aura specialist besides the blue: yellow, white, pink, and red. Although the "I Don't Give A" items could work pretty well. Also there's a fox item (forgot the name) that has more recolors now and has a few other colors of good ears. Really you could pick and chose what you want. If you went straight black. Even the anubis item has a decent pair of black ears. It's up to you but most of those items I listed have recolors. I have even once made a rainbow lucario (purely out of boredom). You could always look on DA for ideas (trust me tons of different color lucario)
