It was nearly time for finals, which meant nearly time to start packing up to head to university. Starlet had always been a well-prepared person, and this was no different. He'd been thinking about which university he'd go to long before the teachers started asking him what he wanted to do. His path was clear, he wanted to study astronomy and he wanted to study divination. Admittedly he'd been disappointed when he learned that he couldn't do both at the same place, it just seemed like a hassle to transfer schools in the middle of his education, but he'd do it.
So when the application periods opened, he had to make a decision... Start with astronomy, or start with divination. He figured that since he was primarily interested in astrology as a form of divination, he should start with astronomy. The application process wasn't much of a bother, what worried him more was funding. He'd put in his applications for financial aid and scholarships months earlier, he just needed to hear back about it. He supposed that was just one more downside to being a cache kid, he had no family to help even a little bit with expenses.
Family... He really did want one of those... Perhaps university would open that door, too. But for now, he needed to focus on getting to Leviathan to start his astronomy education. This would be wonderful.
