*~:: The Remodeled Warehouse Loft in Industrial Iwatodai::~* [Jurou "The Sex Panther" Kikuno and Elena "The Magazine Maiden" Wakahisa's Totally Swanky Abode]This stunning multiple levels loft of 5,000 square feet is located in the Industrial Iwatodai Neighborhood near the Moonlight Bridge. Developed by its former owner in collaboration with the Kirijo Corporation, this upscale, customized property was leased a little over a year ago with the option to buy by the up-and-coming superstar bassist Jurou Kikuno. Recently his Magazine Mogul girlfriend, Elena Wakahisa has moved in and been added to the lease.
The roof line is adorned with multiple skylights including a 16 x 20 foot retractable center skylight that literally brings the outdoors inside. Converted from an original warehouse structure, the property’s radiant heated hardwood floors were salvaged from an Osaka airplane hangar and pay homage to that original hangar use reflected by nearly 30 foot exposed timber and white-washed ceilings.
The first level contains three full-size couches and a massive, cinema-quality big-screen television, a full-spread open-concept kitchen, bath, fire place, a tree planted and growing through the floor, and a large open floor in the living area with a laid-wooden court for small-area use with a mounted basketball hoop (complete with a rack of basketballs beneath the hoop).
The second level contains a luxurious master bed and a second guest bedroom, a wide over-look office space, recreation area (with Foosball, several couches and chairs), bath for the master bed, and large walk-in-closets in both bedrooms.
On a balcony outside of the second level is an outdoor jacuzzi and patio set-up complete with an open-top, gas-powered grill and several more luxurious chairs.
...This property is not just for anyone! To live here is to proudly state the comfort of your life and tell the people you love in a loud voice, 'I've made it!'

Elena Wakahisa, Mag Editor "Mm..." Sunday. She liked Sundays. She could sleep in, stay in bed for a little longer. Instead of her usual before dawn schedule, she could stay in bed, enjoy watching the sun rise, enjoy the silence, the soft breaths of the man sleeping beside her. She could leave work aside, if only for a moment. Juro always found ways to keep her in bed just a bit longer; this time... his arms around her waist physically restraining her for the time being. She didn't have the heart to wake him though... specially after his long night. And if she was being honest, the feeling of his body behind her, snuggling very tightly was...very nice. Elena smiled sleepily, nuzzling closer against her boyfriend, fingers brushing over his arms idly. "Good morning, sweetie..." the young woman whispered as she turned around to face him, pressing her lips to his brow in a little morning kiss. He had arrived late last night, and she had had a little time of chatting with him about his night out with Taichi before they had fallen asleep together, cuddling.
"Did you sleep well?" Her fingers brushed through his hair softly, before resting her head back against his chest. "Is Tai downstairs?" A little amused smile curled at the corner of her lips. The pink haired guitarist had crashed in with them more times than she could count, and the thought amused her. She was used to it...and it wasn't like he caused too much trouble, though. "Did he find someone nice last night? Or is he still the same flirt as always?"

Jurou Kikuno, The Ultimate Sex Panther Bass "...If everything could ever feel this real forever, if anything could ever be this good again...."Last night had been a late one; waking up early in the morning after staying out at the club that long would have been difficult for most. For the bass player of the nationally-popular band Tartarus, however, mornings were never much of an issue for him. Maybe it was his blood pressure that allowed him to deal with the morning haze so easily, or maybe he just had a naturally-active metabolism. Whatever the case, the mornings often consisted of his being roused by his early-bird girlfriend's morning routine, nodding back into an hour or so of peaceful sleep, before climbing out of bed fully refreshed and ready to face the day almost instantly. But today was Sunday, a day he knew that the platinum-blonde girl beside him loved, because it allowed her to be lazy and relax away from the high-stress lifestyle that her magazine forced upon her during the weekdays. Sure, he could steal her away during the week sometimes to go out, to eat, to occasionally put aside work and go with him on the road to this place or that for a concert or a short getaway, but there was nothing quite as relaxing as a Sunday with absolutely nothing else to do but whatever in the world they wanted. Today wasn't much different, and so he soaked in the warmth of their bed and kept her from crawling out of the covers too early. He let her hair tickle his nose as he held her close and thought for the thousandth time how happy he was that she had chosen to move in with him months ago, now. Of course, it wasn't just them this morning. He tried not to sigh when she asked about his companion from the night before...if they hadn't been out so late last night, maybe when he'd gotten home he and Elena could have...
"Yeah, Rabbit is down there right now," he smiled faintly as he brushed her arm with his fingertips, deciding internally that it would be time to crawl out of bed soon just so that he wasn't left down there by himself, "He found a few girls last night. And then he lost a few girls. Probably on purpose." He chuckled gently and raised his upper body from the soft mattress to lean over her faintly, stealing a real kiss before sitting up fully and cracking his back in the process. "The search continues," the bassist smirked mirthfully, always having been more than happy to spend time with his childhood friend and bandmate, especially if he could help him find a girl the way that he had met Elena back then. Speaking of whom...it was morning, and they were both awake. His mind wandered to several places, not the least of which included...
"So...breakfast? You can stay in bed, I'll cook? I'm guessing he's hungry, too."
He smiled faintly, comfortably. Cooking in his own place, with his own girl, for his own guests. It was all so...normal. A normal, comfortable life. And Jurou Kikuno rather liked that.
Apart from the whole 'J-Rock Star' thing. That part wasn't quite so normal.

Elena Wakahisa, Mag Editor Elena chuckled as her boyfriend related the events of the night before, shaking her head at the pink haired guy's antics. "Sounds like him." she mused just before returning the kiss and smiling softly. She propped herself up on her elbows as Jurou stretched and stood up from the bed, grayish eyes looking at his toned muscles on his back and arms as he shook away the sleepiness. She smiled at the sight, before pushing herself off the bed as well. She was happy. She was happy to be here with him...and even if she had been living in this place she called home for six months now, there was no day she didn't think she was extremely lucky for having found Jurou in that bar two years ago. Elena guessed she had Taichi to thank for it, actually.
The platinum blonde looked at the clock on her bedside table and nodded to herself. It was 8 o'clock already, and they had slept in for too long. With a small yawn escaping her lips as she stretched, Elena turned to look at her boyfriend again, brushing the short locks with her fingers to tame the bed hair. "Breakfast sounds great. I'll take a quick shower and join you in the kitchen afterwards, alright? I can't leave you to tend to our guest on your own, hm?"

Jurou Kikuno, The Ultimate Sex Panther Bass "...If everything could ever feel this real forever, if anything could ever be this good again...."Unlike his girlfriend, there wasn't any real immediacy in the oft-busy rock star's mood this morning; it was a rare day when the both of them were free from their duties working at the office or performing on the road. They never had the time to sleep in. And while today he might have taken advantage of the rare opportunity, he was awake now. If Elena was getting up as well, then he had no qualms about getting up to face the day. It wasn't as though he was all that tired, anyway. And getting a little extra time around the loft together...he smiled as she brushed down his bed hair and adjusted his legs to the side of the bed, standing at last and letting his body crack and loosen with each stretch and movement he made. "Don't say shower. You'll make me jealous," the bassist mock-grumbled, glancing towards the door and the couch downstairs below where he knew his friend was crashing, "If we were alone here this morning, I'd come with you...but I guess I should get breakfast going." It was as much a grumble as it was a way to playfully tease her, but before she had time to really think about it he rounded the bottom of the bed and met her lips with his...then slipped out of the bedroom and walked the path through the office area towards the stairs to the first level below.
Around the corner at the bottom of the stairs was the largest of the couches in the loft and the fireplace, the perfect place for the Rabbit to crash on most nights when they came back from the club here together. That was where he had left his cuter companion last night when they'd gotten back and he went upstairs to meet with the cutest of the three current--occupants of their home (Elena, of course). Pausing to look back at the bundle of blankets he'd left behind, his body was already waking up to full functionality now. Might as well give him a shout before he got started. "Hey, wake up," Juro spoke up to catch the Rabbit's attention, "Breakfast will be done soon. If you don't like natto and fried eggs, deal with it."

Taichi Sawamura, Lead Guitarist "Nnnnnngh....Good...Good." the voice of Panther's closest childhood friend called, as Taichi slowly lifted himself out of the couch, and sat straight up. It had been a....busy night, picking through the flowers in the club. While there had been several enthusiastic girls, (and more than a few less than enthusiastic boyfriends of said girls), he still couldn't find someone who just...made him tick the right way. "Food'll be food, I guess." he mock-complained, as he glanced around. Sometimes, a date would make it here, and find their way out...But, last night had been a bad spell. He'd only really found two girls he cared enough for to pursue....And they were out before the party could really get started. A shame...but, nothing that would keep him down much longer. Especially with that one guy.. he thought, a devious smirk coming to his lips. One of the guys had started drinking a bit earlier than he should have....And, took very unkindly towards his advances towards some girl that apparently resembled his sister. Being used to the kind of situation, he was able to avoid the drunken stupors of the drunk until security threw him out. Routine, really. "I suppose you've been giving Wakahisa quite the article to once over as night's passed." he teased lightly, as he started to idly stretch. She was probably upstairs at the moment. If he'd hazard a guess, he was preparing breakfast in bed for her...Or something equally romantic. 'Maybe I'll have to try that sometime.' he thought, before lightly shaking his head. 'Nahhh.'

Jurou Kikuno, The Ultimate Sex Panther Bass "...If everything could ever feel this real forever, if anything could ever be this good again...."Even though they had known one another for a long time and the Rabbit had often crashed at his place after their nights out and about in Tokyo and Iwatodai, it was still hard to picture the pink-haired guitar-slinging dynamo as a morning person. Food was a good motivator in the morning, particularly if it was pretty decent. Juro had a little bit of practice cooking so he wasn't completely hopeless, but the vast majority of what he could make was breakfast foods...between his band and Elena's magazine, they rarely had time to cook lunch or dinner. Ordering out was routine for the two of them, and it wasn't uncommon for Rabbit and the so-called 'Sex Panther' to come home from a late night out and find not one but two separate boxes of Chinese or a full box of pizza waiting for the two of them in the fridge. Last night, though, had been tense...with the drunk man flashing stink-eye at his companion for the majority of the night, Juro was fairly convinced that if he hadn't slyly tipped off the security guard when he went to pick up something to drink for the two of them and Rabbit's lady companions that things would have gotten physical very soon. Crisis averted, though. He'd had years of practice playing the wing-man to his childhood friend's romantic misadventures, and he had gotten exceedingly good at it. And it seemed that in those same years, his friend had gotten quite good at slinging friendly needles in the direction of his long-coupled companion in crime.
"Don't let her hear you say that," the bassist shook his head in amusement as he made his way into the kitchen and started rifling through the shelves, the fridge, and warming the stove-top to get ready to cook, "If she comes after you with a pen, I'm not standing in her way. Besides, didn't you tell me last night that chicks dig scars? If she hurts you she's doing you a favor." He laughed as the telltale sizzle in the pan began to slowly fill the kitchen and the first level of the home with the smell of food...he spoke more and laughed more here in this house with Rabbit and Elena than he did anywhere else in the city. He worked casually and moved about the kitchen like the expert that he definitely wasn't. He was serviceable, of course, but part of his charm was that calm confidence that emanated from him even in situations that might have been awkward for others. The kitchen was no different. He cracked an egg and leg it drip into the pan and crackle with the rest of the dinner. This wouldn't take long. Just long enough for Elena to get her shower and come downstairs. And then...they could figure out what came next in the day. Wasn't often they all had days off simultaneously, right? Especially since Nyx went AWOL and left Tartarus as the top attraction at the record company.
Though if last night's rumors of a reunion show in Inaba were true...that reign might soon come to an abrupt end. And the challenge between bands would spark to life once more.

Elena Wakahisa, Mag Editor Elena smiled as Jurou walked off, the kiss leaving a little tingling sensation on her lips and warmth in her chest. She then turned back to the task in hand, walking over to the bathroom, humming lightly to herself as she undressed and readied the shower. It was a good day... just a relaxing Sunday for them to spend together, with nothing to worry about. The water was warm against her pale skin, washing away the laziness that lingered after waking up. Lavender scented soap washed over milky shoulders, her stomach, her legs... the bubbles rolling down to the tile and down the drain.
A relaxed sigh escaped her lips as she turned off the water, taking her towel and wrapping it around herself, and using another for her hair. Elena walked back to the room, turning on the tv for a moment, tuning in the news as she dried herself. There was something about Nyx giving a concert in Inaba...and before the blond could focus on the actual news, a buzz distracted her from the screen, turning around to look for her phone sitting on the bedside table. Eyebrows furrowed in curiosity as she looked over at the number on the screen, a groan leaving her lips unconsciously.
"Wakahisa, here... Miko, it's Sunday. Yes...no, I was awake." The woman shifted the phone from one ear to the other, using her shoulder as support, freeing her hands as she looked for her clothes in the drawers.
On the other side of the line, the voice of the woman sounded extremely excited, almost as if she had had a revelation of some kind. "I am telling you, Elena! This will be an amazing article! Just listen to me. Listen."
The woman suppressed her reply. It wouldn't be of any use to ask why this couldn't wait until tomorrow. And she was already on the line, so why not listen to the writer's idea.
"Evil. Twins."
"... What?"
"You know! We will cover stars and their doppelgangers. It is proven that there are people in the world that look similar to oneself! So, we'll look for these 'evil twins' of the stars. It will be amaaaaze! I've heard rumors that the Risette that appeared on that weird program last year wasn't actually her, but her evil twin! Isn't that interesting! Imagine we find Jurou's evil twin! Imagine if you confuse them and you end up with the wrong guy! Wouldn't that be something?"
The silence became more uncomfortable as the seconds passed..and finally the editor answered.
"Miki... No."
"But-"
"No. We'll talk about it tomorrow."
With that Elena hung up and flopped the phone on the bed. Despite it all...she couldn't help the snort that escaped her then. Evil twins... such a silly idea. How did Miki even come up with those ideas? That writer... she would have to talk to the woman tomorrow. She had rejected more article ideas from her than from the rest of the others...together.
But today was Sunday...and she had promised herself she wouldn't worry about work today. Not when her boyfriend was making breakfast downstairs... not when it was still so early, and it was a very nice day... and they had all the day in front of them.
