Being an odd plant form didnt mean you couldnt have some fun now did it? Leiah looked around the center, trying to find two specific forms. She had unfinished business after all and damn it she would complete it before they all heeded the call of creation to go to their final resting place. Leiah beamed when she saw a familiar pair of glasses on a plant form that looked similar to what could be a very awesome looking fairy of the frost. Not very far from this form was a mass of swirling, ever changing vines that reminded her of a tentacle monster from one of those cheesy japanese porn cartoons. Those had to be the plants she was looking for.
She carefully walked up to the frost fae [Gretel] and appeared happy. "Gretel!!!! Hello!" She tried to sound as cheerful as she felt, jumping up and down. "Can you come with me? I have some one I want you to meet!"
It was time for her to some how accomplish the greatest matchmaking of the century....Plant style.

"No, no, no...." The words radiating from the roiling mass of vines were dim, almost like static, as they approached. Where some had chosen to go calmly to their end, 888 refused to accept it. "How could I..."
The vines would continue to lash and twist up until the moment he was addressed, at which point the violent movement would immediately cease, and the ragged, inhuman cluster would gather itself into a slightly more recognizable silhouette.

She missed her human shell, she and the rest were merely lined up to be absorbed. Like a new-born baby, she had to learn from walking again. The vessel made of mainly vines and plants was a brand-new concept. While her human body didn't require her to prevent pieces from falling apart, the shell made of plants needed her will to cohere bits and pieces attached to her core. Loitering in the corridor, she picked up a pair of glasses the tenth time. Without glasses, Gretel didn't feel calm and composed. However, the profile of the vine body didn't allow her to hold the glasses stably on her face. She had a cascading layer of vines attached to her head, dragging along the ground as she moved. The next moment the glasses fell and she picked it up again. She seemed klutz. She waved a branch at another vine form, at the back of the form were wing-like features made of fine vines. Hello Leiah, I can come with you. Gretel brushed her with a vine, directly speaking through minds. The tall form followed behind the cheerful form, she paused as the glasses had the tendency to slide down. Gretel seemed to have issues skittered like Leiah over the ground, the hair was too much of a burden. Two thick vines raised to hold the glasses in position. They met another vine form.

The aura around Leiah was beaming with happiness and mischeviousness as they approached the swirling mass of angry vines that she assumed was 888's, her aura dimming a bit in sadness at the anger he felt. Perhaps bringing Gretel would cheer him up a bit? She nodded before reaching a vine over to tapp one of his that weren't trying to destroy something. "888's? Is that you?" She tilted her head with curiousity, waiting for a response. She turned to Gretel in the meantime, her wings seeming like they were fluttering behind her.
If she could at least get Gretel and 888's together, then she could go try to find her other half...She haddnt seen him since the hospital incident. She was...Afraid. What if he didnt reconize her or what if he was angry? Leiah decided to worry about that when she was on her own. For now, Gretel and 888's. Yes! This would be fun!

The violent movement of leaves and vines had slowed to more of a creeping and shuddering. 888 looked vaguely humanoid in shape now, though here and there along his form he seemed to unravel the moment his thoughts drifted. He turned what amounted to a head in their direction, looking them over with unseen eyes.
"... Leiah? Gretel?" The voice - if one could call it that - had more clarity now, and a strange sort of sadness to it. The tangle of vines drifted a little closer, as if in disbelief. "Oh, no, not you too."

Oh well, she guessed they were not humans anymore and shouldn't feel awkward. She was wrong, when the roll of hedge changed to something more human-like, she sensed who that was shortly. Leiah's question also confirmed her guess, plant meeting shouldn't be a bad idea, Gretel thought. What's more, Leiah felt happy about meeting acquaintances, the sadness she felt in her was fading. Yes, that's Leiah and Gretel, the taller plant form voiced. She could feel the sadness that drowned him as well as the sensation of surprise seeing them. She ensured his guess again, our bodies got taken and we hosted in whatever left. A greyish white vine depleted of green reached out to the back of his hand as she talked. Glad to see you again before we perish to nothing. Plant mind worked differently, Gretel realized. The few emotions left within this shell became more direct, just a simple contact and they would know how each others felt, there was no need to lie or restrain feelings. Humans were much more complicated in that sense. A flower bud bloomed into a lilac on the bed of woven vine which should be her hair in human's sense.

Leiah was not expecting the waving form of 888's to take some sort of humanoid shape. He looked like he was pondering about something when she called out to him so perhaps he was a bit sad about that? The plant sighed, looking over at the exchange that just occured on Gretel's side. She wanted to bring up the tiny bit of info she heard from jeff earler when she visited him, but she wasnt sure if she should. For all she knew it could be a false hope and they will never get a choice for what they wanted to do.
She tried to smile somewhat, sending a vine out to touch as well. She still wanted to play plant matchmaker, but it could wait untill they were all comfortable. I dont think we'll parish into nothing.... But then again, she didnt know how she felt about all this either. It was weird only haveing half of you, feeling incomplete and never really knowing if you will ever regain that part of you again.
But, Im unsure of what this is if Im being honest.
