He ended up at another door, This time is was only a green one and he did not wanted to get close but he still slowly walked towards it. He really did not want to go to the door and he really did not want to open it. It all went almost automaticly as he opened the door he did not want to open. He felt horrible doing so but he slowly walked through. He did not trust what was going to happen now.

As soon as stepped into the dooropening he started to remember everything. All the things before day zero but also all the things that happened the last month and the last few confusing days came to his mind. He also now knew for certain he was infected and he would die pretty soon. Soon everything would be over for him and everyone else. They were not going to get saved.

He started to become something he didn't want to be and it scared him. He was more scared that he had been the last few days. More scared he had even been in his whole live! He did not want this. No, not infecting others and doing bad things. He didn't want to harm anyone he wanted to help! He wanted to stay Mike not some sort of monster. He also started to realise that all the "creatures" and "beasts" around him were ones like him. It was horrible but true. They couldn't help it could they?

He suddenly felt a strange sensation he couldn't understand as if he was tearing away from something. He was now free!

Mike slowly woke up not having a true form anymore. He was no longer a full human and that was terrifying. He started to look for his body. He wanted to find his normal human body. He now saw vines everywhere and to his surprise could make them to things at will. Thousands of vines start to form some sort of body. The vines do what he tells them too. They make him arms legs and some sort of a head. He looked alot like himself now but with vines. The vines make him walk forward when he wants it. The vines were tied together as some sort of body held together by Mike his own thoughts and memories and feelings.

He started to walk around with his new form. He finds someone he hopes is himself but it's not. It's the person who tried to rescue him earlier in what he had seen as a dream. This person who was now in serious trouble had tried to save him earlier. He had to do something about it. He had to return this favour and now tried to save his rescuer. He felt bad for the girl who tried to save him so he now had to save her in return. It was probably his fault she was here so he had to save her to make up for it.

He finds some stairs and starts walking up to it. His body that now is made of vines drags the monster up the stairs but also slowly starts to fall apart. He loses more and more parts as he walks up the stairs. He sees an exit there and wants to bring his rescuer there. He just has to do so. He falls apart but also when he is back at the bottom forms a bit again. He tries again as he really need to bring his rescuer there. He can't fail now as he has to save her. He walks up the stairs again and stars falling apart again. But this time he did not give up even if he falls completely apart. He brings her to the exit and falls apart. He goes down the stairs again with what is left of him. He is only something small now and he is back down at the start of the stairs.

He started to see other like him around him also as vines. He was not alone as his memories and that of other were still around. He wasn't completely human anymore and he wasn't sure if he would even turn back to normal. He didn't know if he would be like he was before but he did know one thing. He was still himself with his own memories. He was still himself.
