Step 1: Warm up
It's always important to warm up before you exercise. You wouldn't want to pull a muscle, after all.

2-3. You've warmed up adequately. Time to get to work. No modifier.
4. You've done an excellent job. Your body is perfectly primed for what's ahead. +3 to your work out roll.

Step 2: Working out
Roll 1d20 and choose a cardio exercise of your choice. Running, jump rope, ect, ect. Then RP it out according to your dice results. Add or subtract whatever modifiers you might have had from the previous step.
1-5: You tried to work out, but you ended up hurting yourself more than anything else. + 0 Bars.
6 -15: You get a decent workout. Not amazing, but it's still something to help keep you in shape. +2 bars
16-20: Great job! You feel invigorated and strong for this vigorous workout. +4 Bars.

Deciding that staying in shape was a definite plus to how things were going, Mia stretched and raised his arms to the sky before moving onto his legs, fingers dancing down his slightly toned muscles as he fought to get the maximum stretching that he could.

To anyone looking on, he rather resembled a scraggly bear trying to lick jam out of his toes in an awkward pose that would make even the gods cringe. It was obvious that the blond hadn't done this in quite a while, by the way he was going about it, but he did get to stretch to his heart's content, feeling rather good about the fact.

Seeing no one around, Mia started with a jog around the building, keeping pace rather well while he attempted to control his breathing. The results weren't that great, but as long as he kept up with it, he knew he could improve at least slightly, if anything at all.

His mind was still noisy and distracting, giving him all kinds of what ifs - such as, what if a branch was in the way and you tripped on it and ate asphalt? He'd get his face marred up a little bit, unless his arms decided to get in the way and then he might break an arm, unless his legs got in the way and he ended up looking like a bedraggled yarn ball that a cat got a hold of and was just having a hayday with.

Pinching the bridge of his nose, Mia grumbled quietly and forced the thoughts away, slowing to a stop. He didn't feel like exercising anymore once his mind got like this, and he slowly concentrated on breathing. One, in, two, out.

He did have issues, but Mia tried very hard to work on them. Friends helped, but those were sadly, too few and far between.

Surveying the area around himself, Mia did a few last cooldown stretches before heading back inside, away from the outdoors.

He'd had enough air for the day.
