Hello, just a few issues tiny little things minor corrections... your nin should be 34 split between your 2 elements. Reason behind it is cause of the path you chose in the ninjutsu main class.
the second issue is your two PA's

if you want a increase to speed and agility it can only be a .5 increase not 1 per attribute. and you don't have to put in per battle.

This one I can not agree with only cause I feel its too broad. it says jutsu not a single thing meaning you could grab a slot wherever you feel like.
