Sophomore Quest: Workouts

The leaders felt that now you have a higher standing in the group it was time to enforce workouts. Both good for the mind and the body.

Quest Notes:
- Remember only Sophomore Level people can do this quest!
- Please roll each in separate posts and RP accordingly.
- You may do this one in a group or as a solo.
- 500 words mandatory for this quest!
- You can re roll if you get a double number.

Roll 1d10 in Four separate posts and match your results with the below.

  1. Run some laps around the Gym!
  2. Is that weights? You use a few weights that were left behind from the raids.
  3. Wildcard: Choose a activity to do some exercise! (Remember the area was raided, so there is no pool and the actual large gym-equipment seems to have been destroyed)
  4. Time to do some curl-ups.
  5. Push ups are the way to go.

  7. There is a bar still attached to the wall, do some pull-ups!
  8. I think some nice relaxing Yoga will do, theres a soft section of the floor to the side of the gym.
  9. Wildcard: Choose a activity to do some exercise! (Remember the area was raided, so there is no pool and the actual large gym-equipment seems to have been destroyed)
  10. Jumping jacks time!


Rewards:
- This quest is considered complete once every player inside has rolled all the times and made the minimal 500 word count each!
- Completion of this quest will give you 5 Credits.

I think some nice relaxing Yoga will do, there's a soft section of the floor to the side of the gym.
Since Rinko manage to rank up to the 2nd rank, Sophomore, she now have a higher standing in the group, thus it was time for her to join the workouts to train both mind & body.

Showing up at the Gym as instructed, she was directed to the corner of the Gym with soft sections of mats pile around. Snatching one, her shuffles her mat close to the others, before settling down. One of the seniors is heading the class, going though the motions of Yoga. She mention something about Yoga being able to sooth the body, & in turn sooth the mind. Rinko is rather skeptical of those claims.

Rinko sheds her outer layers for better mobility, settling them next to her mat before trying to follow the leading senior. Since she has never done more than the mandatory stretches for exercise, her muscles soon start to burn, unused to the paces she is putting them though. Her lack of prior experience also prevents her from completing most of the psotures the senior is going though. A look around at the others following the senior shows quite a number of them are capable of going the full posture, while there are a few that were in the same boat as her.

Wildcard: Choose a activity to do some exercise!
After Rinko moves away from the Yoga corner, she notice another group of people gathering at the open area. Curious, she settles her outer clothes over her bag, jogging over to check it out.

They were going to play Tag. Rinko decides to join the 2nd round, as the current round is alreadt on its way. Dumping her things with the other bags, she took her place in the circle, waiting for the others to join or leave so that the Tagger can be chosen from them. Soon, the previous Tagger steps into the middle of the circle, before spinning around & pointing at 1 of the players. Everyone else rapidly scatter.

Running around & dodging to escape Tags was suppose to simulate escaping an enemy, but for now she can let go & have fun for a while. Twisting away from the hands of the Tagger, Rinko sprints behind another player, grinning all the while.

Push ups are the way to go.
Later, after the adrenaline rush faded, Rinko found a Professor going though the drills he had learned while volunteering as a soldier. Getting snag by the sharp eye professor before she could escape, Rinko begrudgingly settles next to another person, both sharing a look of commiseration.

The professor really loves his push ups, if the amount of push ups he made all of them go though is any indication. Rinko's body ache from the half an hour she was stuck in his command.

Quickly moving off when the professor's attention was caught by another unlucky by passer, Rinko wanders over to the pile of weights the others manage to save from the raids. Though given they are weights, she understand why no one actually took them.

Following the way the other people were using the weights, her muscles start burning from overuse. The previous push ups did not help at all.

Sighing, Rinko heads back to her dorms room, wanting to get a shower & food for her tired body.
