Having escaped the creature from before Alice's heartbeat had finally slowed down a bit. She felt far from safe, but anything was better than before. Suddenly she hears a ringing from somewhere. It sounds like a phone. She decides to ignore it, but after a while the the ringing gets annoying. Deciding to at least find the stupid thing she goes out searching.

OOC: SCENARIO 4

Scenario requirements: A phone begins to ring as you wander the inside of the hospital. At first you do not want to pick it up, but the noise persists. You wander multiple rooms, and there are multiple phones. Each one you pick is a voice from a person you recognize, begging you for help. Whenever you ask where they are, they hang up. The ringing continues, over and over. If you are RPing this with multiple people, all of you hear the ringing, coming from various phones. It is up to you when your character comes to the realization that the ringing is all in their heads, (or if they need other chars to help them realize so!)

When the event is over, add +10 infection to your character's infection meter.
Characters involved: Alice
Extra effect: Flashlight (don't have) and this effect is stacked with the above effect.

If you one person rolls a mob in a PRP/SOLO/ORP thread, nobody else in the thread has to roll for mobs! This post's effect is applicable to ALL characters, flashlight or none!

The ringing persisted. After some searching she finally found the ringing phone. She answered the phone and was met with a panicked voice. The voice felt familiar, but at its panicked state she couldn't identify it. The voice cried for help. Alice quickly asked where the person were, but the second the words left her mouth the person hang up. Her panic level was rising, but her panic attack had to wait for her ears caught the sound of a new phone ringing.

It took sometime for her to find the phone only to have the same thing happen again, but with another persons voice. And again, and again.

After the fifth time Alice started to realize the pattern. Knowing that there was nothing she could do she felt extremely helpless. She sat herself down on the floor to calm down. While she concentrated on her breathing she realized something she hadn't done before. Where did the electricity to the phone comes from. The whole hospital was dark, because of the lack of electricity so how could the phone ring? As she realized that the ringing didn't actually exist, the ringing stopped. She realized that it must be due to the virus coursing through body. The hopelessness returned as she walked on.
