The hospital was creepy, and Dylan wasn't even inside it. He was outside, in between the gates and the hospital, avoiding the fog, but not wanting to go inside. He had seen way too many horror movies involving hospitals, especially ones that looked like this one did.

Scaredy Cat, scaredy cat.

"Go Away!" he shouted, pulling at his hair. The voices, the faces, they wouldn't leave him alone.

OOC: SCENARIO 11

Scenario requirements: A RANDOM NPC (make up a person!) is hurt in front of you. If you are rping in a group it is just ONE NPC character that is hurt (feel free to rp them out!) They are gravely injured and begin to beg for food and water. If you give it to them (DELETE IT FROM YOUR MINIS INVENTORY). Only one person needs to do this.

You may spend time nursing them back to health, or choose to ignore them and continue onwards. If you choose to ignore them, you take NO infection. If you choose to nurse them back to health, add +10 infection to your character's infection meter as you realize, after a while of talking to them, there was no injured person at all, and you have been talking to nothing

Whenever you rp from this point onwards, you will occasionally see them staring at you from the darkness. If you helped them, they say nothing, if you did not, they accuse you of abandoning someone to die over and over.

When the event is over, add +10 infection to your character's infection meter
Characters involved: Dylan Sallow
Extra effect: Any player in your party [ carrying a flashlight ] will be able to shine it in dark places. This does an additional +1 damage every time they hit any sort of mob (including boss mobs!) when they flash it at them.

So when he first heard the cry for help, he didn't think much of it. It was just another voice, another thing to bother him, but when it happened again, louder, in a sobbing voice, he turned to look.

There was a older women, crouched on the ground, holding bandages against her skin. She looked like she had lost a fight, and she looked at him. "Please, can you help me?"

Dylan didn't answer. He had enough troubles on his own without helping her. She wasn't even one of his faction, wasn't one of the ones from the university. Should that even matter.

"Please. Food. Drink. Anything? I'm dying."

He should help. He should stop and help, but uneasiness stopped him. What if she was already infected? What if she just wanted him to get close so she could grab his stuff, and run. What if she wasn't really injured?

He stared at her. It was hard to fake blood, but there were enough injured around that it could probably be done. He scratched at himself, the itching slightly unbearable. He could see a face in the fog behind her, and he looked away.

"Please." She asked again. He had been a good person once, as much of a gentleman as he could, and he half laughed to himself. That was so long ago. He should help her, but he didn't want to get close. Couldn't get infected, couldn't be hurt. He dug in his bag, maybe he had something that he didn't need that he could offer her.

Bandages? No he might need those. HIs weapons. No. He might need those too. He didn't have any food, but he did have an extra bottle of water and he rolled towards her. It landed by her foot, and Dylan nodded. "Here's some water," he responded. "I." Do you really? "I hope you get better."

"Thank you. Can you help me bandage my wounds?" Dylan shook his head. Water was one thing, and out here, you did what you had to do. He had helped. Some help you are.

She wasn't his concern. He walked away, and he could feel her staring at him. Maybe he should have taken care of her, but Dylan couldn't' bring himself to turn back.

Not even when she cried out in pain.

He didn't trust her. He couldn't trust anybody. He kept walking.
