Wataru didn't really know what he was doing. If he lacked anything it was the ability to physically intimidate people, and honestly, well. He kind of intentionally avoided muscle development. He had to look graceful and pretty, with long limbs and a long neck. Heavy lifting just wasn't in his cards. So he didn't really know why he'd returned to his little box of sheet metal, except that, well. He was scared, he guessed? That undying might smash the glass of the windows?
That was reasonable, he guessed. He still wasn't quite the best person for this job.

Well, who cared? He was the one with the staple gun, so he was the one who got to do s**t.
Right? Yeah. That had to be - ********. It had to be reasonable. Because Wataru didn't really want to go back to sitting around apathetically. Then it might even be his fault that they got overrun by undying.
Yeah, okay, so maybe that was a bit of a stretch. But he'd never expected this.
Well, whatever. He'd already developed a strategy for putting the sheets of metal together yesterday. He hauled them up to the third floor to begin work, picking an unoccupied apartment arbitrarily. Time to hammer sheets together. Joy of joys.

Like the other, it had three windows. Wataru was creating the barricades for the windows first, all at once because he didn't really want to keep switching between sitting on the floor and standing up - it grew a little tiring, and he needed to conserve his energy for smarter things.
(Like spinning plates. Hah.)
He was done with two of them and about half-done with the third. He could begin putting them up soon. Had he made them the right size? He sure ******** hoped so. If there was a break in and someone realized that Wataru was at fault...well, he didn't really know what he'd do.

Probably be thrown out? He hoped not. There were intimidating people around here. They could probably handle the undead, no matter how bulky they looked. Right?
Uh. Wataru didn't really know. And it didn't really matter. Barricades done, he began fastening them to their respective windows. The first one went on a little crooked, but the other two seemed fine, even after a second inspection. "Can I pat myself on the back or is that too much of a douche move?" he mused.
