Stohess Cafe A local cafe with windows all along the front of the building. There are some two-person tables outside, and some small trees casting shade over the area.

[Wren Harbinger] Wren smiled a bit as they approached the aforementioned cafe, as it looked the same as she remembered. The windows on the face of the building reflected the sun brilliantly, as they were facing east, which made for great natural light inside. Most buildings that were away from the shadow of the wall tended to use this method to avoid having to heat up the building with candles during the day.
"You just want a coffee, right? I'll go in and order if you want to sit out here," she smiled. "If they haven't fixed it, the far left table has rickety chairs, so avoid it." -- ooc; laughs at my poor description of this place.

Elin nodded slightly, still feeling slightly sleep-logged. "I usually don't have caffeine, but I'm sure it won't be a problem." Considering that she often went between cool and collected and a hell-raising rogue, what she said could turn out to be false. "I'll avoid it, then. It's probably still damaged. Many don't bother with that sort of repair, and even the store owners have fun watching people fall over."

[Wren Harbinger] Wren waved her hand in response as she walked ahead. "I'll have them add extra cream to yours," she called as she pulled the door open and disappeared into the cafe. - She kneed the door open, careful not to spill the two cups in tow. Spotting Elin at the far right table, she approached and sat in the chair opposite to the sleepy looking redhead. "Looks to me like you need this," she laughed. "We were up fairly late." She lifted her cup to take a sip, ignoring the scorching heat of the liquid. -- ooc; link to my planned wren avatar under the cut~

"Yeah, extra cream is great, thanks!" She called after Wren as she seated herself. It seemed that people would stare at anything these days, as people continued to look in Elin's direction many solid moments after she'd raised her voice. Dirty looks couldn't get her far, but the angered aura surrounding her gave enough of a hint to look away from the peculiar, seemingly cute little girl.
Her shoulders fell with relief as her fellow soldier walked over, taking the cup and setting it down. "...Oi, you won't be able to taste anything if you have no tongue." She held the mug where there wasn't heat, blowing on it. "I don't mind heat, but I do like my tongue, personally."

OoC: Wow. I just sorta threw this together. Doesn't entirely fit the timeline with that shirt, but whatever! I got the hair cuz I liked it, then went "...waaait."

[Wren Harbinger] Wren laughed, voice crisp and sharp. There may have been some truth to Elin's words. She ran her fingers through her bangs, pushing them up away from her face. "Heat doesn't seem to bother any part of me so much, but I suppose I've got all my outdoor habits to thank for that." She finished her sentence with a grin and took another drink of the hot coffee. "I almost never sweat," she set the cup back down but kept her hands on it. "You know, unless I get nervous."
She looked down and itched at her tattoo blankly, wriggling her nose a bit. "Which is fairly often, I suppose." -- ooc; lol! i've been saving up for OCD leader since i got back on gaia, man. times is tough, they say. also i lol'd at your skype status because i have that same feel all the time. i always read creepypasta before bed >_>
ohh edited because i missed the tongue biting thing -- which is a good idea, but the necklace actually has a use wink

"Do you really have something against superiors?" It came out as more of a statement than a question as her red hair shifted around with the shaking of her head, taking a tiny test sip of her coffee. "Sweat keeps you cool."
Elin looked down into her cup, staring at it intently and murmuring to herself, "I think it's okay now..."

[Wren Harbinger] Wren tilted her head, tucking her fist beneath her jaw as to look deep in thought. "Mm, superiors? Maybe I do. It's a good thing you're starting back over as a squad member," she winked, a smirk stretching over her features. "Kidding about that," she added, hopefully in Elin's favor.
She hardly heard the other girl's words, and it seemed as though she were speaking directly to the contents of her coffee cup. "What'd you say?" She asked, a hint of concern in her voice. Had she offended the other girl with her joking? -- ooc; ah, wrens. she uses it to.. you know ;O

"I said, 'you're never going to get married with that attitude.' " Now it was her turn to smirk a little, leaving behind the small, tender look she gave the drink in front of her.
Elin picked it up, electing to imbibe her beverage. It felt sort of fancy, somehow. Taking a large sip caused her mouth to fill with the smooth fluid, the flavor of coffee beans on her tongue. A little pinkness came to her cheeks as she murmured, "Yummy...~"
[Wren Harbinger] Wren snorted, crossing her arms over her chest, sweater slumping off her shoulder. "As a soldier, I know better than to think about getting married," she paused to take a sip of her drink. Clearing her throat before continuing, she mirrored the other girl's blush somewhat.
"And like I said before, nobody wants to get stuck with this rickety plank of wood," she giggled a little, in spite of herself, and distracted her embarrassment with the coffee, solemnly wishing to herself that she had another cigarette.

"With that attitude, anyways..." Elin started to drink more, bit by bit. It was nice to get some air and start to get rid of the disgusting feeling in her body. That was, of course, if it ever did leave. She rubbed her thumb against the base of her index finger, rubbing a fat silver ring.
[Wren Harbinger] Wren rolled her eyes mockingly, but held her small smirk. "So I guess we should be figuring out what we're gonna do from here on out." she paused, eying her coffee blankly. "Assuming all it's gonna take to get you re-situated is a simple request, we'd only need to talk to the head of your branch, right?"
Looking back up, she tilted her head a bit. "Ah, hopefully we won't have much hassle." -- ooc; aah without any other people how are we gonna go about this? ;__;
