Hello- Do you copy?" she muttered into the radio communicator. But it fell upon deaf ears as it cut off again. Digging her nails into the table she continued trying.

The woman stopped only to hear broken up words, her skin starting to break in a cold sweat as the pieced together words seemed to bring bad thoughts to her mind. She knew that in seven days they were supposed to be saved... but those few missing words in that broadcast made it seemed like they were doomed instead. Gulping down air she just hopped that it was just her imagination playing tricks on her and they weren't meaning to say that in Seven Days the choppers would no longer be able to reach them.
