As a recruit, your job is to do all of the jobs other people don't want to. These may be boring, or dirty, or just plain ridiculous. For those interested in gaining Cred with the medical section of the prison, your job is to keep the medbay stocked and organized. This is a tedious, and thankless job.
Step One:Opening Supply Boxes All supply boxes are unmarked and in no order. It's your job to open them, and find the supply you were assigned to stock and organize. Good luck - it's a complete mess in the main supply room.
-Roll 20d10 -The first dice decides what you've been assigned to. See the list below. All other dice are your attempts at finding it. You need to find at least one box to continue. If you do not match your first number with any of your other dice, you must continue to roll 20d10s until you do. Each time you must roll to search must have at least 100 word count. Feel free to match to the list of what you did find as flavor texts for your posts. -You receive 1 bar for attempting this, pass or fail. If you do not pass, you cannot continue on to step 2, and leave with only the 1 bar.

Example: I roll 20d10. I get: 5, 6, 8, 10, 5, 8, 5, 7, 6, 5, 2, 5, 3, 8, 5, 4, 4, 2, 4, 1. That first dice is a 5. This means I am in charge of finding bedpans. I now have 19 other chances to find boxes of bedpans, and lo and behold, I found five of them! I take those back to the medbay with me, victorious.
Step Two:Stocking Up -This is the easy step. Roleplay in a separate post, your character stocking the medbay with the item you've been assigned to. They may go in the supply closet, or in the case of drape sheets, be put directly on the exam tables. -This post must be separate, and 100 word count minimum. -You gain 1 bar for this step, and it is mandatory to move on to the next step.
Step Three:Organizing The supply closet is a complete mess. You can't just leave it the way you found it. -Roll 2d6. The total of your roll must be between 7 and 12 in order to have completed this task. This post has a minimum word count of 100. You receive 1 bar for attempting it, pass or fail.
Rewards: In addition to the rewards already listed, if you are successful at all three steps, you are awarded an extra 3 bars. You also receive 25% Medical Cred. If you failed at step three, you only receive 10% Medical Cred. Please keep track of your Cred in your journal! You will need it in order to complete Officer level quests!

Candice could deal with the monotony of sorting the sad excuse of a medical supply room. It would have been better with company and conversation, something she was missing more each day, but she'd do it anyway. It also made her feel like she was helping. At the very least someone sent her to do this and was expecting the item brought back and stocked.
That and she still was not feeling very well. She had bandaged up her own wounds, but she'd need to recover. This was not going to happen by sitting in her cell.
Despite her best effort, and probably because she herself desperately needed medical attention, she didn't find much. Candice grabbed the two scissors she had located and glumly set to returning with them. She had really looked hard too. Maybe they were short on scissors?
Candice used the wall to steady her walking and guide her toward the medical bay. She often found after the explosions that she got very light headed and dizzy. She probably shouldn't be carrying around or be around sharp objects, but she didn't want to not be doing it either. Candice stopped and waited for her vision to clear before attempting to put the scissor where she had been instructed to.
She had only managed to grab two of them, so she split them between two rooms. It was disturbing how even this simple task seemed so hard going. Her vision went fuzzy again before she found the first cabinet. After a while of staring at the contents and debating with herself on the best location did she choose to drop it in a tray. She did the same thing in the other room.
Candice would have to try harder next time, and that would be easier if that supply closet was actually organized in the first place. She didn't have anything else to do so she decided to set down the hallway again and organize it as best she could. That would help in the long-run at least. Unfortunately fatigue was settling into her body, and it took an extreme amount of effort to make it back and set to organizing. She found moving in general difficult and she was almost constantly dizzy. Candice was sure if she didn't stop she'd end up vomiting and making things worse. Defeated, she left it as it was, which is probably better than anything she could accomplish at the moment. She was so angry at herself for being unable to even that.
Candice had not been satisfied with the previous days work for the medical ward. She had located some supplies, but it wasn't much and had done little else. She found even more supply boxes strewn around. Some where open and some were still nailed shut. She felt at least here she could go her own pace, which was sluggish. At least her cuts stopped hurting as much. So in her attempt to not overexert herself she steadily checked each crate.
She had been sent off with the order to find supply lists. She wasn't sure exactly what that meant but she figured she'd know when she found them. After literally taking time to go through every crate she found two of what she thought qualified as supply lists and went off to set them in the medical rooms.

Candice had rushed back up with the lists and caused herself to get into a fit of dizziness. She had to sit on one of the chairs located in the med room before even attempting to stock them. She wasn't sure where they went but it seemed reasonable to think they would go into the supply cabinets themselves. Once she was able to stand, Candice opened the cabinet and leaned the list against the back so it was visible from a distance. She made her way to another currently unoccupied room and took her time doing the same thing. Once that simple task was done she was eager to try organizing the crates, if she didn't get sick again.
The former C.O had left the supply room worse for wear. She had went through all available crates, opening the still closed ones in her search.Candice had also left a lot of supplies strew about the room.It was arguably more messy than it had been before she arrived. She intended to fix that.
So she set about emptying all the crates and organizing items into each one. This way a runner should be able to just come down and pull from one crate the items they needed to fetch. It was a little therapeutic organizing it all and the result was obvious and fulfilling. It was also easy on her tired body.

It was huge mood killer to the find the medical storage was once again a complete mess. All the work she had put into it the previous day was completely undone. Candice checked the bandage crate and managed to find one among the other supplies that shouldn't have been in there. She would still have to search through all of them again. That and she was sure new ones had arrived. What was that message she had heard yesterday. Something about drops for seven days. That was very final. Seven days. What happened in seven days. Was it like the movies. they'd just wipe out the whole city. Was this task pointless, all of it pointless?
If she kept thinking like that she'd spiral down and never get back out. She had been given a job and she'd see it through. Candice was just barely regaining her energy and usual pep, but she still had to deal with the dizziness. She kept her pace but made sure not to push herself. She only found two bandages, but she seemed to only ever find two of anything. Maybe it was the way they shipped the supplies? Didn't matter, she just had to take it upstairs.
The short woman leisurely walked back to the medical ward, checking for empty rooms she could restock. Finding one she went immediately to the cabinets. It already had bandages in stock so she moved on. Her mind wandered back to the warning. She had started marking the days in her small notebook, and any other important bits of information. It used to fit into the pocket of her C.O uniform, but since that had been badly damaged in the battle she hadn't worn it. Now it was in a slot of her thick officer belt.
Candice noticed an empty room, found the cabinet void of bandages and placed both into it. She did this without even thinking about it, mind still dwelling on the countdown to what? Death? Abandonment?
She continue her musings back in the medical storage, where she would once again at least to reverse the mess she had made. She didn't know if she had the willpower to sit in her own thoughts and organize it again.
Candice hadn't planned on reorganizing back to perfection, but it happened. She was more absentmindedly doing it then actively trying to. Mostly the actions just accompanied her thoughts. Or were they more of worries? Maybe nothing would happen in seven days except the supply drops stopping. Even that could be what destroys them at the end. There already weren't enough to go around, but with no drops it would only be a matter of time before people died because of it, or rioted and set in motion other events that cause people to die. It was ripple effect of destruction in her mind. She only stopped dwelling on it when she had no more to do, the room organized once again.

It was probably because she wasn't oozing out blood and nearly tripping over her own feet in waves of dizziness, or it could be her freedom from that creepy cannibalistic casino, but Candice was heading into medical storage with a new sort of pep in her step. She wasn't even disappointed that the place was a disaster again. She really had expected it to be. It was fine, no problem. She'd been sent down for the odd supply lists again.
At least Candice was sure of what they looked like and with the ability to see clearly and not feeling like her world was swirling around her she found some easily. She dug through a couple crates and managed to pull out four in total. She didn't even bother going through all of them! She was happy with that much.

With her new energy and appreciation for the faction...well at least the boss, she sped her way back into the medical ward. She wanted to make sure her and her faction survived. Even if, like she though, something happened after the seven days of supplies, at least they survived that long.
Stocking the closets was easy. She hadn't heard any complaints about where she had placed them the last time so she'd aim to just stand them up inside like she had previously done. She figured one per room was still a good plan. Candice was able to find empty rooms and stash away the supply lists in very little time.
Once she got back down to the storage, she couldn't seem to sit still enough or even think about the tedious task of organizing it. Candice could be off doing something else much more beneficial to the faction. Clearly the organizing didn't help that much if it was always strewn around the next day. She did make a half-hearted attempt and cleaned up her mess at least. She made sure everything was away in crates. The supplies weren't organized by crate, but nothing was left on the floor. This was something she had enjoyed when even lifting a supply or two was difficult. Today she could move onto harder tasks.
Another day another medical supply run. Yes it wasn't that interesting of a job but it was a quick task that she felt like did help. She was also getting fairly good at making speedy runs. She hadn't been sent down for exam drapes before, but Candice remembered seeing them when she had over-the-top organized the medical storage a few days ago. That didn't mean she'd have an easier time locating them at all, but she knew sheets had been shipped to them before.
Once she was in the storage room, she overlooked it's disarray once again and searched through the crates. She supposed disposable exam sheets ween't a top of the list emergency item and chalked that up to the reason she only found two. Still it was something.
