Character Name: Regulus
Reason for Revision: Original eternal power was written very under-powered compared to his earlier attacks as he was stamped without one and I panicked. As per the submitted plot, this revision is intended to be more in line with his other abilities

Old Eternal Power: Summon the Prince: ((WIP)): Regulus summons an spectral lion, largely translucent and flickering with ghostly fire, with it's brightest point being the dazzlingly bright light at the heart of the creature. The lion lunges to attack the senshi's foes, though it's strike is not that of a corporeal lion, and instead strikes as a powerful wave of heat and force, intended to drive an foe back or bring them to their knees in parody of surrender. The attack is not un-dodgeable, and a strong enough opponent is likely be able to stand their ground.

Summon the Prince: As with the weaker attack, a spectral lion of flame appears, this time appearing only around Regulus, surrounding him in air hot enough it feels dry and scorching, like an open oven door (but does not cause more than discomfort).
Instead of driving the foes to their knees however, it summons what look somewhat like burning 'lashes' or whips, in the same position as his earlier 'claws'. These burning lashes are similarly thrown, cutting through the air until they hit a target, and then vanishing. Not true lashes, they do not entangle, or linger, though they cause longer cuts than the 'claws'.
The damage they cause is similar to the claws, shallow cuts and narrow strips of burned flesh, no wider than the lash. (light) Blistering is possible, and cloth may smolder (or even potentially catch fire, but this is not a given, and is up to the subject being attacked, and possibly to the material in question.) metal may become uncomfortable to touch.
(Heated metal is merely uncomfortable and while it might make skin red and tender, will not cause sufficient damage to blister, or really burn. No Indiana Jones pendant on the palm damage here. The heat simply isn't applied long enough.)
Like earlier attacks, it's possible to see this coming and maybe try and get out of the way, his aim is not infallible, (try throwing a handful of pencils from between your fingers and see how well they hit your target, then imagine them being on fire at the same time.) and greater distance will cause the lashes to separate, making it less likely that one person will get the brunt of the attack.
Casting Rate: Once per night (MAYBE twice if allowed, but as this covers more surface area than the claws, Once is fine with me. It's gonna smart. That's plenty.)
