Why did Zelda keep giving her a small bag? Was she trying to say something about Rajni's physique?
Either way, she begrudgingly took the bag and plodded her way out the door. It was cold today, a blessing really. Searching in the hot sun was always terribly dehydrating and with water being the main problem with the apartments, it was good to have a cold day.
Regardless, Rajni went back to the same place she'd been yesterday. Always a little farther out, a little closer inspection. Nothing could go untouched.

Food. ******** beefaroni. Rajni cradled it for a moment, checking the expiration date and for signs of damage (a can infected by the virus wasn't going to do anyone any favors) before shoving it into her bag.
Her stomach growled, reminding her that she still hadn't eaten. Sometimes she really hated group mentality. She knew being factionless ******** you over and that was why she hadn't left yet, but she often thought things would be easier. Just a small group, maybe three at most. You could easily cover more than enough supplies, enough cover for watches...
She sighed. Maybe later. For now, beefaroni.
